Frontier Town campground is a place our family returns to each August for a week of camping. We have a tent and use the primitive sites. The campground is safe, easy for our kids 9 and 6 to bike around with some freedom and pretty quiet after 11pm. The camp store is reasonably priced if you find yourself forgetting something like an extra tarp, rope or other camp supply. The food is pretty overpriced but they sell beer and wine! The waterpark is fun but very crowded and you can bring in your own food to the waterpark which is nice. There is a family movie every night that is free, hayrides for the kids twice a week and a disco party with DJ on saturdays. The bus to OC or Assateague is free but we drive everyday to assateague as the pass for a week is only $15. The primitive sites are nicely shaded and on a U backing up to the woods. The bathrooms are always clean but always very crowded for showers. The ice delivery truck comes each morning at 6am and noisily chucks ice into the coolers for a long while each morning and if you stay at the primitive sites you are right across from the campstore. The laundry room is clean and reasonably priced. It is the best cheap and easy beach vacation. If you have young kids who love to bike, ride around making friends and going to the beach it is a great vacation. Our kids count the days each year until its time to go back.

July 9, 2008 four kids under age 7 ( 2yr, 2-4yr, 7yr old)$12.00 each. 4 adults $14.00 each. Great price for a whole day filled with fun stuff for the kids. free pony rides, free train ride, free indian show, free cowboy fights in the street, indoor show inside with dancing girls and rope show.Get something to eat and watch the show at the same time. gift store has nice items we bought four sets of guns for 4.99 each great price for the fun they had with them. Free swings that a pony pulls around so cool even in the little rain we had that day it was still wonderful. We had the indians paint the kids faces for $2 each and bow & arrow for a $1 or 2.00. We all even went for the gold and had the pans in the water for $1.00 each what a deal. Yes we had to finish the day with ice cream and soft pretzels. Asset to worcester county! They should be proud!!! We live in OC and as a kid in the summer Charlie and catherine use to ride the bus from atlantic hotel 1 time a month in the summer with the big bull atop it. This brought back wonderful memories. Clean and neat. Thanks staff for a outstanding day. Great acting and nice looking cowboys too. The Hall Family

Imaginative entertainment for all generations! Old Frontier Town laid back adventure. Our family has been visiting yearly for over 20 years. Actors are funny and friendly. Shops including an ice cream parlor, a saloon selling birch beer, hot dogs, chips and water, a old western general store selling caps guns, authentic Cherokee Indian goods, toys, gifts, handmade leather goods and more. The merchandise and food is reasonably priced for a theme park. Most of the entertainment is included in the price of admission. You could stay all day without spending a additional dime. There is an active old town with live interactive shows throughout the day. Train ride that gets "robbed" for gold, stage coach rides, poney rides, swing rides, pan for gold, an authentic Cherokee Indian educational show including dancing, drums and homemade jewelry. The story keeps going throughout the day. It is a must see for families. Bring your imagination, sense of adventure and you will not regret it. My boys love it and dont even complain about the absence of electronics. We dont stay at the campground, we visit for the day on vacations.

Would be nice if the older kids stayed out of the kiddie pool! We brought our two young children to F.T. and they loved it. The kiddie pool has a slide for the younger ones that attract people who are teenagers for some dumb reason. theres plenty for older kids to do without them being disrespectful in a kiddie pool. The lazy river is nice and the restaurant saloon has great food...if you love seafood try the crab dip as it is so good! Maybe next time there will be patents telling their teens and tweens to play at the other pools and leave the kiddie pools to the toddlers or Ill be there to make sure your kids arent knocking over mine!!!!!!

Weve been going to frontier town every year for nine years and wouldnt miss it we drive seven hours from Connecticut its better than any other campground weve been to. There are 1 million things to do if you get bored at this campground then you just shouldnt camp theres a cowboy town theres a water park, theres mini golf, restaurants, there are shuttles to the boardwalk shuttles to the beach, an ice cream, shop arcades , theres the ocean, fishing off the pier, a real Indian storyteller, movies, dances, crafts, golf carts to rent , horses to ride , A brand-new three level high adventure ropes course in the woods, and more more more.

Frontier Town could have had more services and help geared towards the guests, if you are staying in a tent all through the night there are trucks and people with golf cars loudly driving through camp.I barely saw any staff members except for the life guards .The Camp Store only had things like Smores or Energy drinks, for real food you had to either bring it or leave. I must admit the Bus services were nice and the views are nice on the Ocean. It is nice if you are wanting to have a survival experience. I really had more fun at ocean city during my stay in July of 2015.

Great campsite. Fun for the whole family. Golf cart rentals made it easy. On site hookups and space are great. Very clean bathrooms. Can bring your own golf cart. And boat as well. Can dock boat next to rv site. Many life shows. Low ropes course. And a very friendly environment. Definitely loved it and would recommend it to others.

Lazy river is so relaxing. Food is reasonably priced for an amusement park. Alcoholic drinks are $5 per cup or $10 for a bucket, $9 if you bring the bucket back. There is also a sit down restaurant and bar with AC and a larger menu. The pulled pork was great, with house made kettle chips.

We had a great time on a hot summers day here. Never thought Id enjoy a themed water park but Frontier Town exceeded my expectations. You can bring your own food and drinks (no glass) & they have a full bar for the parents :)
