Wow were to start ...... under staffed way unsafe . I would definitely make this location my LAST option. Went with a large group and we had 3 staff memeber. One kid hung unattended for 15 minutes. We could not find a staff memeber in site . We tryed to find a manager and the staff looked for 45 min . Lucky I found a guy that called him self the owner and god no were with him . It took 1.15 just to get thought the first safty stage . Worst place to spend money . I feel that all of my kids are unsafe . Update at the end of the day . All staff showed up at 130 to take all of the climb gear . Would have been nice for them to show up at 9 for are big group . Going to be getting money back

We went for the first time the Saturday of Fathers day weekend. It was a spur of the moment thing in the middle of the day. The staff was helpful and friendly. Weve never been to a place like this before, so the quick instruction class before you start was very helpful. I was impressed with the safety harness. To me it seemed very idiot proof and tamper proof, so I felt very safe the whole time. My wife went on a course with our 5 year old daughter. They both had a great time. I went with my 7 year old daughter. After the first course she probably could have gone by herself. We both had a great time. I cant wait to go back.

A magical place on a rain-free day. We took our 9 year old boy here and he was in heaven. It was too difficult for our 5 year old girl, but Im not sure tree climbing is her thing anyway. Staff were lovely and refunded 1 ticket without fuss when my daughter decided suddenly she wouldnt/couldnt do any of the activities. Whoever thought of this place was a genius and deserves a medal for services to humanity. Or at least a medal for making the world a cheerier place. Seeing adults and kids high in the trees reminded me of the Ewok party scene from Return of the Jedi. A good place. Worth going to.

If you go on a day when there are not many people climbing, it is a truly amazing experience. We are lucky to have this place so close. Unfortunately, if you are a good climber and visit when they are at or near capacity, you will probably be frustrated and disappointed. If you are a beginning climber, you will probably have fun whether the place is crowded or not. MAKE SURE YOU DONT GET CAUGHT BEHIND AN UNSKILLED CLIMBER ATTEMPTING TO COMPLETE A BLUE OR BLACK COURSE. YOU WILL SPEND MOST OR ALL OF YOUR VISIT STUCK BEHIND THEM!!!

Place is awesome, hands down! Anyone that complains, all i can say is...theres always gonna be "that" person that no matter what, will always find something to complain about. We went with our two kids, ages 5 and 7, and we all had a blast. They were both able to learn the concept and go through the course with very little assistance. Staff...we had Logan and he was awesome. All the others went out of their way to help and be of assistance too. We loved the whole experience and would definitely come back again. Great time!

The weather almost held us off but we stuck it out. You can play in the rain but not with thunder. They are extremely strict about that. Ive been to Go Ape and really enjoyed it. This is the same experience but different. Kinda like Coke vs. Pepsi. This facility is much more a workout than Go Ape. It also has a bunch of different levels based on your level of comfort and age. You need to be at least 8 to play. Its a total blast! If you are thinking about doing it, JUST DO IT. You wont regret it.

This place is amazing! For those who complain of the wait, I recommend buying tickets online well in advance, as well as filling out the waiver online to skip a lot of the wait. The safety system is amazing and foolproof, and the courses are so fun! The only issue is getting stuck behind a very slow or inexperienced climber can keep you waiting for a majority of your visit. Be sure to see whos ahead of you before starting a course.

This is a outside in the trees obstacle course. Each purchase includes harness rent and gloves. Climbing time is about 3h. The line can get pretty long on some days, reservations are suggested. The obstacle levels are based on skill/age. Blues are harder to reach if you are below 5ft. Once completed both blues, you can go on black. And then double black. The price is okay, but could be cheaper. Honestly, i love this place

The course is incredible but the staff was VERY rude and didnt treat our group like the others. We also had an issue with the facility being wheelchair friendly despite inquiring about that before booking...we were then told we couldnt receive a refund for those tickets until pushing the issue and speaking with a manager. A diversity and inclusion nightmare. Will NOT be returning or suggesting a visit to others.

This place rocks. Its our special occasion go to with the kids. Quite pricey but top notch. Just remember to chill when someone who is not really skilled for the level of climb they have taken (or taken their child on). It happens. If it gets bad, take one of the early exit ladders if they dont and choose a new path. Great staff(professional, friendly, capable, safe) especially considering they are all kids.

Great fun. Expensive in comparison to European climbing parks, insurance costs? Best thing- climbing the advanced courses or any of the courses when its not crowded. Worst thing- getting caught behind very slow climbers on the moderate courses who belong on the beginner courses. UGH! Spent an hour sitting on a blue behind beginners.

. They advertise ages 5 and up but I would not go with anyone under 10 unless they are fearless. We had a large group of young kids. We were never advised that 5 and 6 year olds need a 1 to 1 ratio and in my opinion under 10 should be a 1 to 3 ratio. It would be a great place to take teenagers

I have been here at least 7-8 times, and I love it always. I have conquered my small fear of heights, because of this course. Staff are always helpful, and will always help out if needed. Just make sure not to get stuck behind someone who doesnt know what they are doing.

This was a surprise place I ended up at for my birthday. Little did I know I was going to get a really good workout for turning 39. There were a ton of zipline courses to participate in and I definitely would like to go back. Price was a little high but worthwhile.

Brought my family here and we had a blast! My youngest daughter was scared at first and the staff was so accommodating. They helped her down and even talked her into giving it a second chance. My entire family left exhausted yet thrilled to have gone!

I always heard of this place but I never pay attention until I got the chance to do some electrical work and I saw the effort from the stuff to make customers be safe and have fun at the same time. Definitely I am coming with my kids and friends.
