I am writing this review hoping to help others. Usually I am not a person to comment but this time it is an exception because we are so disappointed. We have our daughters 7th birthday party at Skyzone, Gaithersburg on April 17th and it was a total disaster. We took the package that is highest price and accommodates 20 kids. As we want to offer food for our adult guests I made couple of calls before and ordered the food. Also when I talked to them I asked if all the 20 kids doesnt show up what you do. The representative told me they will give a store credit for future use. I thought all was OK. When we went there the initial receiving was OK. And once the kids went to play area there is no guided representative to guide them(which is promised) and staff was very lack luster...zero enthusiasm. They are behaving as if they no at all interested. For god sake a 7yr old expects enthusiasm on her birthday so does the kids who are small ..they were looking for some fun and they felt so unhappy as there is no one to cheer them up. Then Party room is a TOTAL disaster. The guy who came to help us..he didnt even serve the food or anything. Me other moms served the food and drinks. He was like going out and coming NOT paying ANY attention to the party guests. We were so disappointed. Not ONLY us ..the party guests felt the same thing they were wondering why this guy is not at all doing anything. NO one to sing party song and make some funny things to cheer up the kids. I hope you understand why I am wring a big review. Totally it was a bummer party and we are not happy at all. Wish I would have chosen some place where there is some fun and respect to their customers. Billing is another thing...you need to be very careful as they charge more. When we are coming out they said when you select a package you need to pay all the money disregard of number of kids showed up and no store credit. Which was total opposite of a statement they stated when I booked the party. It is not even worth giving any star. Too sad we planned our daughters special day here and the lack luster staff made sure ruining her day.

I only come here for tot time. The place as a whole is standard to sub par as far as facilities. Ive been to bigger and better jump places but it works and is a functional space. My issue however is the inconsistencies of the staff. All summer we came to total time and I was able to jump with my child with the provided pads pass, I was told I couldnt be off jumping on my own or doing my own activity but I could be jumping WITH my child. But since fall Ive been told a different thing every time Ive come. Once I was told I could jump but we couldnt be on the same square or holding hands (for context I have a two year old, its not like were double jumping, its like Im steadying her). Another time I was told I could only jump like that or my child couldnt sit at any point on the trampoline (she fell and was sitting for less than 2 minutes when we were told we had to move but no one else was even in our area). Most recently however I was told I can not jump AT ALL or be on any trampoline unless I buy the $12 pass on top of her $7 pass. I have no interest in jumping, I just want to play with my child. Im not paying $19 total for that. Rocking jump has similar to the times which are longer and $5 per person (so $10 total) and I will be going there from now on. Ive talked to other parents too and we have all experienced this and others have said they no longer want to come.

Ok let me get one thing clear, horrible customer service. We were at rockin jump the day before (which is way better) and we wore the jumping socks we got from there to sky zone. I went to jump in the foam pit and while I was trying to get out one of my socks fell off. I was looking for it and the worker (total $&&@!) told me to get out. I told her I was looking for my sock and she said to go get another pair from the desk. I walked out and she saw my Rockin Jump sock on and told me I cant wear those. Where does it say you cant wear Rockin Jump jumping socks to sky zone. She also mistreated my sister by telling her to pay attention in line or she would not allow her to go back in the foam pit. There was also a party of literary the trashiest people you could ever imagine in there. They were shouting, touching each other with to much PDA (public display of affection if you dumb sky zone people dont know). Thanks for the awesome fun sky zone I will never go back.

My god brothers and I came here not too long ago, and i come here often with my brothers. I agree with several people that the workers arent very enthusiastic, rule-enforcing, or pleasant. I had fallen after attempting to do a flip and i was lying on the trampoline for probably about a second or two and a worker instantly told me to get up. I didnt know you had to fall and was expected to get back up less than a second later. Many workers also dont care to offer help to people who struggle to get out of the foam pit. Please fire workers that are only there for the money. The reason we pay is to have a great time, so please hire more enthusiastic workers !!

Came here on Monday during Labor Day and had an absolute blast. Thought it would be crazy given most schools and parents had off but it wasnt bad at all. Talked to a very nice manager in his late 20s about booking a birthday party here for my son and he couldnt have been nicer or more professional during the half hour my wife hounded him with questions. Im seeing all the other reviews about pricing or it being a mess but you have to think. This is DC....everything is over priced or expensive!!! The facility was clean and well maintained. Hogwash to the other reviews!! Most certainly will be back!!!

This is the worst f****** trampoline park in the world I went here with my friend he seemed to like it but I thought it was absolute s*** first off the staff is so rule oriented that whenever you try to do something fun like jump together on a trampoline they dont allow that and I got hit in the face at the dodge ball pit and the stupid b**** didnt even care and threw me out but the kid that they hit me got to stay in overall if youre thinking about going to this place dont it is a complete s*** hole and and please read this review PS sorry for my cursing I am just very mad at them

It was terrible, rules were not being enforced and workers were rude. Rockin Jump was so much nicer and the layout was better. At Rockin Jump there was an airbag, Sky-zone has foam which is extremely difficult to get out of and when I was pulling my feet out I lost my socks. This was supposed to be fun but instead I spent too much time worried. Also gum was on a trampoline along with gummy bears. it was lacking hygiene and people were obnoxious. If I could I would rate a big fat 0!
