I went for the premier showing of Harry Potter 6 at the midnight showing, and I was amazed of this Movie theaters lack of communication with its customers. The movie was supposed to start at 12:05am. By 12:30am, NO ONE had came into the theater to let anyone know what was going on and exactly why the movie hadnt started.... (and this was a packed show). When I went to talk to someone about maybe getting compensated for the inconvenience, the guys and girls behind the consession stand acted as though I was bothering THEM. I overheard... well actually stood there and listened to another customer complaining to a manager that said that he would make sure EVEYONE was given free tickets or "Rain Checks" for free admissions... when the film was over, there was no one handing out anything!!! :::::UPDATE:::::: After writing a disappointment letter to the district, I was responded to and received my apology, and free rain checks in the mail. They cleared things up after getting through to someone!! :)

They have multiple theaters in great condition. The seats are a little small width wise and the arm rests dont go up so its a little uncomfortable but there clean all around, bathrooms are great. the price is awsome 4.50 with student ID is great and thats on a friday night cant beat it. The location is...ghetto...not someplace i would walk around but theater seems safe. The kids working there dont always have a peppy attitude and can get snarky but not horriable. Drinks are great deal, large is a half gallon i think they were liek 6$. snacks are absurd even the popcorn which was cold. buy their soda...sneak in your own food.

I stood in line for 20 minutes waiting to just get popcorn because one person was selling tickets and popcorn and soda and candy. ONE. And we were behind ONE person who insisted on getting another bag because his small bag of popcorn ripped and he was informed that he couldnt have another bag because they "count" the bags. So we waited 20 minutes for the one guy working to find him a BOX to put more popcorn in. Not only is this unsanitary to me. It is also more than. Ridiculous. We never got our popcorn and was late to our movie. They werent even busy. We will NOT be back.

Our family LOVES this theater! Good prices on tickets (especially matinees) and comparable prices on concessions. Usually not too crowded so you dont have people sitting on top of you like at some of the other theaters in town. They may not have fancy seats, but those they do have are clean and comfortable. I wish they still carried the occasional Indian film, but they do have all of your first run shows. Food is usually good with friendly staffers at the counter and they have juice options for the kids.

I absolutely love this theater its cheap and has almost all the movies that I am dying to see. I am new to Lexington and I just have to say that this was the best price for tickets that I have ever seen. I am usually paying around $10 for one ticket and now I only pay $4.50 during matinees!!! Plus its never really to crowded, its relatively clean, the workers are friendly and it has a old timey feel to it which is awesome!

Love this place and movie prices. Nice seating and great digital screens with the workers here being more than nice. Online free stuff with refillable drink cups and popcorn containers, makes the concessions fair priced, better than most movie houses. Been going here since it opened and will continue. See you all their.

The price is very decent. But..... They sold me movie tickets with out letting me know the soda machine was broke. There was only one person in front of us and it took forever to get popcorn. THE SEATS WERE BROKEN. Just overall not a comfortable experience. Cheap ticket price tho :/

Update 10/6/2016: permanently closed. It was at one time Lexingtons nicest and newest theater. Built in the mid 90s, when stadium seating was a big deal. It outlived the Lexington Green and Man o war Cinemark but ultimately met the same fate.

This theater has first run movies at prices less than the other theaters in town. It is always clean and the customer service is consistently good. I go here because its not as crowded as the other theaters in town and has stadium seating.

My favorite theatre in Lexington but you get what you pay for. With the cheaper tickets come worn out seats and movie screens. It doesnt ruin the viewing experience by any means, but dont go there looking for the premium feel of Fayette Mall.

A nice, moderately-priced theatre with comfy seating and plenty of space. Concessions are steep, but what else is new? Certainly no more expensive than any other theatre in Lexington. Pro Tip: On Tuesdays, tickets are half off!
