Sitting here as I type. HORRIBLE service in the restaurant. This server is absolutely unfriendly to not just our table, but every table shes served around us. Not to mention the 10 minutes it took to even take our order because we werent immediately ready when we sat down; out menus werent even open when she first asked us. Bad business.

It may have beed that night, but I had the worst customer experience ever with the server. I did call the GSM and he offered to make it good, but like I told him. I was not looking for a freebie I just wanted him to be aware. It was the best Prime Rib I have had there.

I witnessed a customer acting incredibly rude to the male server with tattoos and braces and he handled it with a smile and not once did he let it bother him. Give that man a raise!! The club sandwich is pretty good too!

I have been going to the red dolly for quite a while . and the peopke there are very nice. From the servers at the slot machines to the restaurant. I will keep on going back. Thanks guys , keep up the good work.
