Service is mediocre and over priced. First, the good: - The atmosphere is good and the decor is nice. - Live music on a Friday night was good. - Food was good and restaurant quality; definitely different from what I would expect at a bowling place. - Servers were friendly The Bad Service was slow. I had to continually check on items and some of our food was delivered to other tables Over priced. - A hamburger was $14. - $56 for four people bowling 1 game ($8/game $5 per shoe rental). - Bocce Ball: Its $10 per hr per person on a busy night. The more people you have, the more it will cost you. You are also subject to giving up your game for a reservation (understandable). However, because of this, we didnt get a full hour, but played for about 30-35 minutes. The only way they can enter their time is by the hour, so six of us for Bocce ball for 30-35 minutes was $22 / couple, or $66 total. A bit ridiculous. Seating by the bowling alley was tight, and if you play with more than 2 people, you will be stepping over each other to get to the lane. The tables are also small and shared (~24" wide", so be prepared to keep your drinks and plates close to one side if you only have one lane. You cant pay for it all on one ticket from what I can tell. If you bowl, you pay that on a separate ticket than you do your waiter while bowling. Then the server in the bar/restaurant is different. Then if you move to play bocce ball, you pay separate there, again with a different server. We ended up having 4 different tickets overall. Recommendations - If you like bowling, there are less expensive places to bowl - Make sure you get reservations if you decide to go Conclusion: Its not worth the money for this. I feel there are better places to go that wont cost you as much. Food included.

Im absolutely appalled. We had reservations at 11:15am after a yoga class on Sunday. 45mins later we were still waiting. Maybe this wouldnt have been so obnoxious if @ 11:20am I hadnt informed the hostess that my friend is diabetic & had a very low blood sugar. Luckily we had some coffee with sugar in the car or she would have gotten very sick. I went up to talk to someone 4x and I was exceptionally patient with the employees. On top of checking in multiple times, the only person who was truly helpful was the girl up front, Abby. The manager was quick to attempt to resolve our first issue but sat us outside without asking if we were ok with the cool weather outside. Our food was instantly cold because we had to sit on the patio with the doors open and the wind blowing in. Thankfully we eventually warmed up after they shut the garage style window. Our waiter Mike was very inattentive & couldnt remember our drink orders at the end. He tried to charge one of us for 2 drinks when we had each had 1 drink. This place is very overpriced for the lack of service. We will never come back for Brunch or anything else ever again. I would not recommend this place to anyone. To the owners of this place - if someone makes reservations @11:15am, then 5mins later tells the hostess its a medical issue for the patron not to eat in a timely fashion, THEN 40 mins later after finally asking for a manager being seated in the cold...your staff obviously doesnt give a eff. Consider retraining or finding employees with a higher IQ. My friends blood sugar got to the brink of her going into a seizure.

We hosted my mothers retirement party here as we have had good experiences in the past when dining. The packages for hosting events are spectacular and the food is outstanding. The only downfall, in our experience was the wait staff that we had during this time. Understanding that the 22% gratuity is included with the packages we chose for food and fun. The wait staff was, by far, horrible when it came to the level of service given. Yes they were cheerful and good demeanor. But the fact of knowing that they are getting a tip no matter what, due to the gratuity, made way for them to not go out of their way to provide a 4 or 5 star rating. Taking 20-30 minutes for our guest to be seen by our assinged wait staff to even order a drink, or the dirty dishes that sat for a large majority of the time we were there. It was only after speaking with the manager that things got a little better, but not by much. Having worked in the service industry for some time. I understand that you get busy, but people are paying for an experience that includes food and service. Will I dine here again, Yes. Because, as I said the food is outstanding. But I will not look to host another event here anytime soon.

Our Favorite, Plays to Relax and Have Fun :) Updated // We booked a reservation for 2 for Bocce at 11am and went outside to play this time, and Wow Talk about another great opportunity to play the game but in a different location of the restaurant :) I think we have found a NEW Place to Hangout and have fun .. Oh & Next Time I will have to bring a few friends from the Google Local Guide Program // ---- End of edit // We Received a Gift Card from Friends and Enjoyed the All You Can Eat Buffet for Brunch and played Bocce Ball for the first time :) We plan to be back with some friends next time .. It was a great atmosphere with the staff very friendly and attentive.. I do want to complement your chef that was making omelets, he really went out of his way to cook my omelet without dairy as I cannot have it at all, and found out they use milk in the eggs. Anyhow he asked the kitchen to bring him out fresh eggs and really went out of his way for me . Thank You x1000 we had a great experience :)

Today we decided to go to Pinstripes to go bowling instead of our normal ally due to league bowling. Boy was that a mistake. The lanes were complete garbage. After throwing 2 frames we were ready to leave and never come back. Sticking it out for 2 games were we diagnosed the lanes to be incredibly dry. In fact, upon closer inspection we noticed there was no oil on the lanes AT ALL, nor was there any evidence to suspect there had been oil on them at all. At this point I started bowling with the house balls as i was afraid to break my own equipment with how fast we had to throw the balls down the lane to get any sort of strike. On top of that the staff looked very professional however were quite snooty and seemed very reluctant to offer any sort of assistance. We didnt order any food due to inspection the menu and noticing a regular cheeseburger for the price of 14 dollars. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Avid bowlers beware, do not, i repeat, DO NOT BOWL HERE.

We had my daughters wedding there and I was not pleased. The balcony area was to be closed. A July wedding can be hot.It was too late when we arrived and for some reason they couldnt close it. Instead of cocktail hour everyone was inside due to the heat. Bar was set up in one area which was away from the dinner and dancing area. They lost her cake topper they were asked to save. The salad tastes spoiled and yes we had several tastings. No one announced the cake and gelato bar. No salt and pepper on the tables. We has oil but no bread. Dirty dishes were not cleared from the head table after being asked so photos all have dirty plates and glasses in them. Service was slow. Pasta was cold. No one cared when I brought this up. Numerous staff said they didnt know and one said it was her first night . Oh..and the head table didnt get served all the food we ordered. Not a great experience like we hoped.
