Fun for children and adults. However, its obviously built for children and is usually over-run by such. The trampoline area is very large. Main area is 60 large rectangular trampolines put together, not counting the ones along the walls. Smaller separate area is probably 12 large rectangular trampoline plus walls (though they seem to never want to open that area). Even with that amount of space, theres usually 30-40 children bouncing around. So me being a 220lb grown man, you have to watch yourself. I tried to avoid even bouncing on the same trampoline as a ~50lb child. Some children were as young as ~3. I still had enough room to bounce between trampolines, do flips, etc, but you have to watch out and be cautious. Super soft foam dodgeballs and frisbees are scattered around. Theres a basketball hoop, but its far too high for anyone to dunk on. haha 18 and younger are required to wear a foam helmet (provided) (like for sparring). As a last note, I feel its necessary to warn everyone that injuries seem to be pretty common here. I know children tend to cry over the slightest scrape, but I saw more children crying with ice packs during my two hours here than I have ANY place else. But the real kicker is that there was also a full grown woman who obviously did serious damage to her knee. So just be aware. If youre out of shape, brittle or commonly hurt yourself, Id avoid this place.

One day, during the summer of 15, i visited airheads for the first time. I walked in to this place is utter shock at the cleanliness of the place as a whole and the staff looked good as a unit. I smelled the urgency in the air immediately ordering my pop corn and my red cherry slushy which is the perfect combo to get my head in the game for the intense games of dodgeball i was about to play. As i made my way towards the trampolines for my first taste of what being an air head really felt like, i was approached by a handsome, very fit, hispanic young male, with the name of Joshua Green. Greeting me with a huge, "hey bud!" "ready to go get em tiger" "you got this champ!" right off that bat! i was at home, i was at home and i knew this is where i have always belonged. At this point and time i knew my Airheads experience was about to blow any boring boing or rebounderz experience out of the water then some! Joshua green let me know that it was ok and assured me nothing bad could happen on the trampoline with the right steps and procedures being taken place by me the person jumping because my person safety is my own problem. Joshua Green was my security blanket that day, and for that I had the greatest experience Ive ever had anywhere at airheads and go every monday and thursday at lunch time. Joshua Green! i hope you see this! <3 thank you!!!

The place was ok my wife and I brought out 2 kids on a Sunday around noon, the place would have been preety empty had it not been for a birthday party. They offered seating for the parents near the trampolines but is was metal benching with no back rest. The kids lost interest after a short period of time until more kids showed up and they started a small dodge ball game but after time lost interest again. The kids became thirsty and i didnt see any water fountain available on site and they wanted almost $2.00 per a bottle of water. Like I said it was ok but not sure the kids will want to return for lack of games on the trampoline. Lots of staff on hand and they were all friendly but with all that staff the could keep kids more interested by offering different games.

We have been coming to Airheads for about 5 years now and love it. We even had our daughters birthday party there one year. The staff is awesome! Recently however, a few things have bothered me. The unlimited free drink cup has been discontinued... big bummer. Also, the french fries that I ordered were burnt and they gave them to me like that. I should have refused them, especially after seeing the next batch that came out perfect! . I think its time to expand the bounce area for kids that are more active and athletic. Perhaps have different level jump areas. My kid is a super athlete and feels very restrained with the new safety rules. Overall, I still enjoy the place especially with the discounts they offer through LOCBOX and GROUPON.

Customer service was horrible, food took 42 minutes. When I went to check on it because it had been 30 minutes( I had been told that it would take 10-15) The cashier gave me a blank look and the cook came out and gave me a terrible attitude. He said in a very unpleasant tone well Im doing the best I can; I had to make 7 wraps for the birthday party. First off fella if it really takes you over 40 minutes to make 7 wraps you are in the wrong profession. Second thing Mr. attitude if you dont have someones food ready in the promised time not to mention 30 minutes after, then you should lastly of all have an attitude with me for having the nerve to come and bother you for my food That I Paid For 34 minutes ago NOW!!

Great organization of parties, and good. However, and I am writing in part for my 9 year old son, the "new" rules are absurd. My son told me he does not ever want to go there again. It simply is no fun anymore. I dont know if someone got really hurt at some location so the company freaked out, or if you just got new advice from counsel. Either way, the concern for liability is now to the point where you might as well not be open for trampoline business. You have taken away every reason for me to pay you guys $ rather than jump on our own trampoline in the back yard. By the way, the second to "final straw" was NO JUMPING on the same square. The "final straw" was NO RUNNING.

My grand kids were down from Ohio and they wanted to jump on trampolines. The concept of the facility is nice but the customer service is terrible. My wife bought two Groupons and we went twice that week. Hoped the second day would be better than the first, but both days they were very understaffed. The tables were all dirty, they had one staff member watching an entire trampoline of kids, no control of kids coming and going. One of our kids got hit in the face by dodgeballs from older kids, no referee controlling the games. They should care more as a staff to take care of their customers.

This place is amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The environment was clean and safe and the kids are having non- stop fun. Of course my only complaint is the price. I understand that what they have to offer is unique when it comes to trampoline parks, Ive been to quite a few in a couple of different states and this one stands out. I still feel the pricing is a bit out of control. They have A HUGE turnover rate so the fee could certainly be reduced or they could offer an all day pass for a certain amount because paying to add time drained my pockets.
