Worst experience I have ever had, I grew up in Shakopee and have gone to this bowling alley many times in my life, I even had a gym class go to this bowling alley as well when I was at the jounior high school. When I got there they told me how the pricing worked, which they didnt explain very well, and then me and my bf had his little cousins with to bowl so we picked up our shoes and bowling balls but many of the managers already were keeping an "eye" on us, we arent white so it was pretty obviously at this point that we had to be careful, so we started putting our names into the system and we wanted the bumpers up for all 5 of us because we didnt want gutter balls the whole time we were there because we arent good bowlers and the fact is we are playing to have fun. So my bf bowls, doesnt hit the bumpers, next his cousin bowls, doesnt hit the bumpers, the next cousin bowls, hits the bumpers to try getting a strike (he is 11yrs old, easily trying to goof around), all of a sudden the bumpers turn off and we are all confused, so we told him to go ask why they were turned off. Next thing we see is the old white guy, who is the manager/owner come up to him and starts to yell at him, instead of coming up to us and talking to all five of us about the rules, he just stands behind the counter and yells all the way to our lane on how we lost the right to bowl with the bumpers, so long story short, Im going to bring my business else where, most likely the Brunswick bowling alley in Eden prairie, that one hasnt failed me yet so far, I felt like he was looking down on us and racial profiling for no reason. He was bullying two 23yrs olds and a 13yr old, 11 yr old, and 9yr old, this old man needs to grow up and be professional with how he talks to his paying customers of all walks of life.

One of the worst place ever my little cousin was messing around and thought it was ok to make the ball go side to side on the gutter wall thing but one of the employees working there was being a jerk and decided to turn it all off for everyone that wanted to use it that I bowled with what the guy should have done was came up to us and talk to us about the rules and stuff and say its not ok and we felt we were racially profiled because there was a group of white family bowling and no one was keeping an eye on them but as soon as me and my little cousin and gf came to bowl they were keeping an eye on us monitoring us one of the most racist place in shakopee I ever been to I hate how the guy talk down to my little cousin instead of taking to me about the situation so I felt like he was a big bully talking down a kid my best advice is to avoid this place if you want to go bowling I would suggest going to burnswhik and cause they have a better arcade and nicer staff than this piece of trash of a place, I even said sorry to the guy and he act like he didnt hear my apology I hope he reads this post and learn how to treat people with equality instead of bullying little kids because that makes him worst as a man instead of talking to me about the situation

I have been here multiple times and i have had nothing but horrible experiences my first time i accidentally let out a curse word.... ooo boy did i get scolded like i was in preschool or a library. I also had issues with the service when i was on the lane noone was around so i got no help for half hour. Also yesterday i was there with a couple of friends about 1pm i asked for a beer and opened a tab.. my friends and i wanted to try some new shots and asked the bar tender an older gentleman if he would make us a certain shot, he than stated this isnt the time of day to be coming in and ordering fancy shots... well im sorry i work over nights and this is the time i like to come in and let loose with some friends maybe another bartender is needed. so i apologize i will not be spending my time and money here anymore

I had bought a deal from Groupon. Deal mentioned to call for reservation. So I had called for reservation & the lady mentioned come any time.. Great ! Then I mentioned I have Groupon. The call then was transferred & the person mentioned we have league going on so only on one day (which was not weekend) they have spot in evening. Rest of the days you have to be done bowling (2 hrs of bowling) by 5 PM. It seems like a great place to avoid if you have coupons (which you pre-pay) with league play conditions because you might not be able to go when you want to!

My friends and I absolutely love this place! Great staff, besides the bartender who takes 15 minutes to ask you what you want and another 5 to get it to you. During the 5 minutes he takes to pour your one beer, he is accustomed to telling incredibly racist and sexist jokes. By all means, go there to bowl. The shoe guys rock-especially the one with the cool hat. But stay far away from the tall old bartender whos hobbling around and talking too loud.

Warning ,bar manager with anger issues displaying irrational and rude behavior . We have been driving by this place for years and finally did stop in on a Sunday last fall .They must count on his "captive" customers during leagues,because his treatment we witnessed of staff and toward us convinced my wife and I there are better options in the area.

Decent bowling alley. Appetizers are pretty good. Nice that it doesnt smell like a bowling alley! They also have a few pool tables and a handful of arcades. We life going here with some friends for double date nights away from the kids but definitely a great place to bring the kids. They have summer bowling specials that are worth checking out.

Not the nicest bowling alley, but not terrible. Worker recommend it for a large party, as there is limited space around the lanes (3 seats per lane and a small shared table with the lane beside you). Bar service terrible but the attendant at the bowling desk was great.

Staff was really rude did not want to open up lanes for people since they were not busy. The Staff all wanted to leave at 10 even if they are promising to stay open till 12pm. Would not recommend this place specially since that old fat man was rude.

Louisville lanes is a great bowling alley. The staff are nice and Louisville is always changing in order to get the best experience out of us. I personally bowl in a league there and have a lot of fun. Hope you have fun too!

Ive never had any issues with Louisville Lanes. Theyve been extremely busy at times, but we usually dont have any problems waiting for a lane to open.

Great atmosphere, very comfortable place to goof of with your kids, plus they also have league bowlers. Very friendly staff, and very affordable
