Went there at 5:05pm on a Saturday afternoon after looking at their website with my family. Do not be DECEIVED by their website. Even though it shows Open Bowling rates, Monday - Sunday 5pm to Close yada yada . . . you need to "call first" before going between 5pm to Close. The lady told us, and I am quoting to a T, "sorry, all of our lanes are reserved for parties or used for leagues until 9:00". I asked her about the website saying 5pm to Close and she said that you needed to call first. Also, we looked around and only ONE lane was being bowled on at that time. (no lie!) That is why I had to come on here and let others know because this was absolutely ridiculous.

This was our first time here thanks to a Groupon. We brought our semi grown children for family night and I have to say this was probably the funnest night weve had in a long time! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. There was not a lot of loud noise or distracting technology like you find in most places. As a same sex family we felt 100% welcomed and comfortable. This is an underrated family friendly establishment. Our kids are already looking forward to our next visit.

The family usually spend our summer weekends here. But today was the worst service. We wanted lanes by 2 hour and the guy behind counter goes I already set you up as play as pay as you go and hit himself in the head. Then he tells this guy to leave because he was being disrepectful. But the guys was yelling at him. Then my friend tells me that they were force to pay by games when she asked for by 2 hour!

The bowling is fine with decent lanes but the staff need to learn some customer service skills. Older lady behind the counter can be nice one time or rude the next. My family and I bought a summer pass but we decided when the summers over we will not be back and will do our bowling elsewhere.

The deals for summer are excellent. We bought balls from the store and they were extremely nice and accommodating. Only draw back is they dont have very many bowling balls to choose from.

had a Great time bowling at Val Lanes NOT Bowlerama as listed. Each bowler had there own lane to throw on w/ Fresh oil. Denny Torgerson did a great job putting this together.

We got the summer Groupon here. It was a great deal. 4 games a day and shoes included. We really enjoy our hot weekend afternoons here.

Its a nice bowling alley with a decent variety of bowling alley food with a mandatory bowling alley bar.
