Very secluded, or that is what it at least felt like. Get this—smack dab right in the border of Buffalo Grove & Long Grove, some of the safest suburbs of Chicago. The trails were well kept and views were scenic in some spots. If you enter the parking lot or under Arlington Heights road, make the right up the hill or from the parking lot. It will take you all the way back. Come here for a long walk or bike ride.

My husband and I bring our dogs here regularly. The area is clean and well maintaned. Would like to see more easily accessible picnic areas from the main trail, but we always enjoy our time here

Oasis of nature, hidden in the burbs. Great for a run, walk, or bike ride. Wonderful for families looking for an easy place to encounter nature that is close to home!

Not many trees for a forest preserve. Was looking for a shady spot between soccer games on a tournament weekend. We didnt find one
