Half of the theater seating was reserved for upcharge seat pricing. What a waste as no one was able to sit there. Not one of those seats were being utilized. The line for popcorn was very long as the machine was being serviced. I eventually left the line and bought some nachos instead. Bad idea as the nachos were terrible. They give you a sealed pre-packaged bag of the worst chips Ive ever tasted, and a sealed room temperature cup of cheese. We went on a Wednesday early afternoon. Not the experience you would expect when the theater is at its lowest capacity.

I went to watch Southpaw and I only have a College ID and the staff was cool about it, she said dont worry about it, thats fine. Which is why Im giving them 2 stars. Im above 18 years old but I have just a college ID so then I wanted to watch Straight Outta Compton and this other staff is like, "You need a State ID or a drivers license." Didnt even say sorry about that even though I only went to Stratford to watch it. Plus, their seats are all squished together and theres no place. Id recommend going to Marcus cinema, this place is garbage.

Yes the theatre is convenient and runs all the first run movies,,however with all the choices of AMC and Marcus theatres the place definitely needs upgrading in terms of more comfortable seats and more handicapped space for wheelchairs. Otherwise not a bad place kind of cozy place and relatively clean . Does need updating however....many broken seats in the place. Please management talk to your bosses...It is time to upgrade if you want to continue in the business....

Century Theater has been my regular theater over the past few years. I have been slowly disliking the theater mainly because they do not check IDs for rated "R" movies. When I went to see Deadpool there were soooo many kids who were 12 or 13 without their parents. The staff needs to step up their game on this front. Today I went to see Neighbors 2 and the same experience as Deadpool occured. I have reached out to the theater about this before and will not be returning based on this experience.

This I a great place to watch movies at affordable prices , you cant blame the theater for ignorant people who cant keep the place clean and free from damages!! So those who complainers look around you and if you cant find a decent seat move Im sure you can find a seat as big as the place is. This theatre wasnt made broken its the idiots that made it that way. This happens everywhere, even at the malls!! People throwing sh.... Everywhere !! And giving places a bad name!!

My goodness. What can I say? Just not my place. The prices are fine for tickets. But the food there is ridiculously expensive! The other day I went purchased a mini pizza for almost $7 and had to wait 10 minutes. I take it back to my seat and it was cold. Just disgusting. I go to the Manager and let her know what happened and she offered me a new one. I said no, I just wanted my cash back and she didnt even apologize! Never again!

Pretty much what you would expect from a typical Cinemark theater. Ticket prices werent terrible for a Sunday night, definitely cheaper than some other places. Staff was polite and friendly. Theater was clean. Concessions were priced same as any other theater. Love the stadium seating and lazy boy chairs! Overall, Ill be making this my usual spot when going to the movies.

A well put together little theatre, with ample seating and a great deal of room for the many screens. Well placed in the thankfully more subdued Stratford Square Mall. Also of note are the offered souvenir cups and popcorn buckets, which substantially cut down on what youll pay for refreshments. This can make a huge difference, if you go to the movies as often as I do.

I think its a very nice theater, though a bit under staffed at times--and contrary to other reviews, if many seats were broken that is no longer the case as most of the auditoriums now have new, and more comfortable seats--though not adjustable. And happily--seats are NOT reserved so you can sit where you want--first come, first serve.

Seems this place is the last of a dying breed of theaters. Call me crazy, but I enjoy being able to go to the theater on a whim and not have to worry about preselecting our seats ahead of time. Not to mention, their matinée price is $4.50... $4.50!!! Seriously theaters have gotten so ridiculously expensive, makes me love this place.

In a time when most theaters are putting in fancy comfy chairs and updating their service tactics, this theater seems stuck in the past. The chairs wobble and are uncomfortable, and the self serve snacks feels like a band aid for not having to pay as many employees but puts the burden on the customer to push through the crowd.

Great Theater, always has great movies snack prices are a little high but they go a long way, arcade is always fun to go to every now and then, the theater area is great electric recliner chairs, and amazing screen quality, I would greatly recommend this theater to someone looking to see a movie at a great price.

I like the fact I can buy a ticket & wander the mall till show time, I do wish the floors inside the theater were not so sticky other than that everything was great bathrooms clean & had paper, clean presentation in outside halls to theater viewing rooms. Very nice well stocked food court.

The seats are the only thing that I do not like about this theater because when all the seats are taken except for the front row we have to sit there and we dont want our neck to cramp. On the other hand the staff is so nice at times.

It may not have the fancy recliners some theaters are installing, but Ive never had a bad experience here. I especially like that I can get dinner in the mall before seeing the movie. Its kept clean and the volume is appropriate.

This is where I usually do my movie watching the rooms are pretty decent sized and the food is good too, but as far as luxury goes it could use some work, but overall this is a very nice theatre right in the mall

Love it. Great ticket prices. They offer many deals for concessions that are excellent. At the beginning of the year I purchased a bucket/large drink cup combo that is good for a year of refills for half price.
