This was our familys first escape and enjoyed every minute of it! I called the listed number outside of normal business hours and had my call returned within 10 minutes. The gentleman I spoke with took the time to answer any questions I had and reserved us a room for the same night! We live about 90 minutes from the location but didnt have any issues with finding the place. Lots of (free) parking right in front of the building! We were early but the waiting area has plenty of seating, activities, and drinks for a very reasonable price (bottled/pop/water/gatorade). The building has been fixed up extremely well and is VERY CLEAN!! We had four adults and two children (7 & 8 years old). It was so much fun for the whole family! The owners have taken the time and creativity to make this a very enjoyable and unforgettable experience for the whole family no matter what the age!! You will not find Nicer staff anywhere else! Every single person there went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable time!! We cant wait to go again!! The prices were more then reasonable! Go check it out!

I was quite skeptical when my wife surprised me for my 40th birthday by taking me here and having some family members meet us for the experience after dinner. But suffice to say, we had an awesome time and well be coming back to try out one of their other rooms. We did the Zombie Apocalypse room which was a blast and was the only one appropriate for our large group. Unfortunately we found out it was also the most difficult room. But the staff were all wonderful and provided us with just enough assistance to make it a fun 1 hour experience. I also have to say I was skeptical of the zombie actor that they in the room with us. Not to give too much away, but it was hilarious seeing people freak out when he (the zombie) got too close to them. All in all, a very enjoyable birthday and a very creative thing to do in Omaha!

This place is awesome. I did the batman cave and was seriously impressed. The individual puzzles were a balanced mix of easy to difficult. Just the right amount of gratification, frustration, and adrenalin. The props were on point. Do your self a favor and try it out. BTW my friend an I werent able to complete the entire puzzle in an hour, but the proprietor was nice enough to let us stay overtime and finish anyway.

I came here with my team from work and we were very challenged and the clues were well hidden but understandable. I would definitely return with work or friends for another great experience. I was recently looking for an escape room on a raining day for friends. They were all booked except The Escape Omaha. The room we experience there was no where near as fun as The House of Conundrum room.

A group of us went to the Zombie Apocalypse room and had a fun time! It tests your brain so working as a team is a must! We want to try the other rooms so we will definitely be back! The staff was great they were helpful energetic and booking a room was very easy cant wait to go back. I recommend House of Conundrum to anyone wanting something different to do i promise you will have a great time!

We went for an outing and generally had good time. The staff came off a bit worn out and exasperated to me. I was surprised really. Cant imagine its super common that groups get all the answers simply. Our room was fun enough but Im not sure Id go back to this one in particular. Parking sucked too. They get a decent rating because the room was set up okay and we had a good time together.

This place was so cool. We went as a family ranging from adults to an 8 year old. We all got to participate and it took team effort. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking something fun and a little different or team building exercise. Personally, the staff is what made of for me.

My second time to House of Conundrum I took the family and we enjoyed the experience very much even with a few misplaced locks. The staff corrected the problem quickly and offered a discount for return trip without us asking or complaining. Top notch service, laid back experience, and fun for all of us from the tweens to the adults.

This is our second experience doing an "escape" room. Our first at the House of Conundrum. My family of 5 ranging in age from 15 on up, had a great time. The employees were very friendly and helpful. If you get stuck they will offer you some hints to get back on track. We did the "Saving Lincoln" room.

Amazing experience, truly bonds a group together. I went with a group of seven, and all of us contributed, earning respect for each of us. Staff was very nice, offering us a discount on a second room after finishing the first quickly. Highly recommend the submarine room, lots to figure out and find.

House of Conundrum was a great deal of fun for our whole family. The clues were challenging and reasonable, and everyone was able to participate. The best part about the place was how well the room was themed. We will certainly be back to check out the rest of the rooms in the future.

It was a great experience. Going with a group of friends I think is really important. It is designed as a group experience and having the ideal size of 4 to 6 players I think is important. It was my first escape room experience and I definitely think I will try it again.

The puzzles are a challenge, even for seasoned gamers like myself. Very friendly and informative staff. The rooms were clean, and all possible risks were clearly described. I cant recommend this experience more and I plan on returning. Thanks House of Conundrum!

This was my first escape room and I loved it. They are very friendly and fun people and well done puzzles. Most fun I have had in some time. Great for groups of friends. They showed us the other rooms and they are decorated well. Cant wait to go back!

We have been two times! Once we went with our office and the second time with seven 8th grade boys. Both experiences were great. It is really a fun and unique place to go! We will definitely go again! Very friendly staff.......even the Zombie!

Fun with great staff! We loved our experience here, booked two rooms and they were both fun and challenging! The place is in a great older building with easy parking, a nice waiting area, and was an all around fantastic experience! Check it out!

We enjoyed our escape room experience, although we did have one small issue: the final key to the puzzle was left out initially, so they had to reset the room and we had kind of a big hunt as to which direction to go. Still had a good time.

What a great time!!! I took my wife here for birthday and 8 friends. Did zombie apocalypse and she said it was best birthday present. Staff is great and lots of fun. Zombie was great and it was a real challenge. Will be back for sure!!!!
