The hotel is fair, but I wouldnt go out of my way to stay there. We stayed for two nights, in two different rooms on different floors. Our first night, we were on the 5th floor, and the entire floor smelled like urine and vomit. The room was clean, but nothing spectacular. We had to search the entire room to find an outlet to charge our phones. The second night we had a suite on the second floor, with a river view. Even though the suite was a smoking room, it didnt smell like smoke. The jetted tub was big enough for two, and the shower was beautiful and large. There were outlets all over the place, thankfully. The bed in the suite left a lot to be desired, as I woke up with a backache. The casino is impossible to win anything in, unless you are playing table games. This place is TIGHT! I never saw a jackpot being paid out, and my biggest win was under 100 dollars. We ate at Boyds steakhouse, which is part of the Par-a-dice hotel and casino complex. That was the high point of the weekend. The food was excellent, no need for salt, pepper, steak sauce, or anything else and the waitstaff was attentive. All in all, the hotel wasnt really worth staying at, the casino wasnt fun, but the steakhouse saved the weekend.

The drinks are EXPENSIVE!!! There are THEIVES EVERYWHERE!!! A lady pulled my wifes card out of the machine played off her money and went to the machine behind that one. We called security out etc. etc. Then with 5 security people around they tell me there is nothing they can do. It was directly below the cammera!!! The reason the lady never left is she has done it before and they never did anything about it. We were riding the shuttle and this poor lady had no coat because SOMEONE STOLE IT from the coat check in!! They did nothing to fix it with that poor lady. I complained enough that we had 2 buffets that tasted like CRAP!!! The lady at the comp desk was rude and maybe even MENTALLY ILL!! We dropped 800.00 in gambling and drinking in two nights and it will NEVER happen again and it would have if it was better. Another thing there were no major jackpots or even payouts that we had seen! Go to St. Louis it is better!!! They have not heard the last of my money being stole!!

Ive never been treated so poorly at a place like this. As a group of us was walking out after gambling a lady told us that we had to come back in. They accused us of having an unpaid tab at the bar that none of us went to. We told them that it wasnt us. But they didnt believe us and wanted us to stay until they they could review things even after we had to walk by the waitress that had the unpaid tab say it wasnt us. About 30 mins later the manager came back over to us and said it wasnt us. Then offered us a free deli sandwich for our trouble. Im sorry but accusing me and 5 of friends on something that we didnt do let alone from a place that we didnt even step a foot in and waste 45 mins of my bachelor party is worth more than a deli sandwich. My friends and I will never step a foot back in this place again.

Management is very unorganized. When we were leaving they asked us to come back in. They falsely accused me and my friends of walking out on a bar tab that wasnt ours. (We were never in the bar) They had the bar tender look at us to see if we were the right people. After she said NO they said we were free to go. When we were leaving the second time they stop us again. After threatening us with criminal charges, they said "you dont have to stay, but you should probably come back in". Which we did, Then waited for 15 minutes while they review the video. It turns out, it wasnt us. When they realized we werent happy about the situation. They offered us a cold deli sandwich for all of the trouble. We declined the offer, and will never return. I hope no one else makes the same mistake we did, and go in there

The machines are a little too tight!!! Now for the hotel.....the first one I had was nice and clean. The second time I stayed....Ewww the room was a bit disgusting! The curtains looked as though some bodily fluids were on them and on the lamp shade as well, Ewww! The corners of the dresser was beat up as well as the nightstand, and the table was nasty too. I always make it a habit to bring bleach wipes and disinfectant spray everytime I go to hotels. But this time I used half the container and disinfected the beds, toilets, and carpet. I think the housekeepers are slacking a whole lot or maybe they dont have enought staff to deep clean those rooms. I hadnt been back there since. (The Paradice Hotel that is.) if those machines keep on being really tight Im gonna have to stop playing at the casino too!

I sat down at a blackjack table and was dealt my first hand. So far so good. The dealer then went around the table asking people to stay or hit per usual. (There were 2 people playing including myself) It came to be my turn and I thought about what I wanted to do for roughly 5 seconds. Within that time the other player told me to hurry up and that he didnt have all day. I told him it was my money and that I can take as long as I want. (Not literally, I was just pissed) the dealer then chimed in to tell me that I could not take my time in deciding what I wanted to do and agreed with the guy yelling at me. I thought about what I wanted to do for maybe 5 seconds and this is the outcome. At a table with 2 people. Dealer sucked, the guy sucked...it was a bad experience that I drove an hour for.

Casino is ok. but the casino bar cannot make a drink and the security staff was extremely rude. The hotel staff was also Terrible!!! rude!! OVERPRICED TOO! walked in to the front desk, asked to see a room. the receptionist said that it is against their policy to show a room prior to making reservations. I go online to view photos. The place looks beautiful. I book a room. Photos are totally deceptive. The room looks like the inside of a super 8, Stains on the reclining chair and all. I would only recommend staying here if youre stumbling out of the Casino and looking to stay close.

Management staff not friendly at all. After you accuse a group of guys of stealing and threatening us with criminal charges even after we told you it wasnt us and the waitress didnt recognize us you should compensate us for the time we lost and the disrespect you gave us. Oh wait you tried to do that with a cold meat sandwich. You need to retrain your staff on how do deal with people and different situations. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a casino. I will not go back or recommend this place to anyone. Is that wasnt enough the slots were older machines and there wasnt enough table games.
