Excellent buffet, awesome views, great pool, average casino. The crowd is older but people are typically nice. It is nonnsmoking throughout which I like because never smoked. There is a smoking lounge with tvs and such for smokers. STAY OUT OF THE HIGH LIMIT AREA SLOTS!! They do not pay out enough compared to amount bet. Ive lost 10s of thousands in high limits. Average to above average payouts on rest of machines so you can expect to do fair, just dont expect any large payouts. Average player rewards program I initially thought but now know above average. I experienced poor interaction with hosts and such on what the benefits are. I did not know many of my tier benefits until too late. When I got a letter a month before my benefits were to expire listing all benefits I realized how good a program they do have. When I emailed asking why I didnt know they told me it was all explained. HARD ROCK GUILTY OF THIS TOO. If I have been told about the benefits why would I not use any top tier benefits for the entire time Ive been top tier? I just assumed all i got for top tier was free slot play and room comps. Great view from rooms and outside of casino of the bay. Pool is one of the best, hot tub one of the biggest. The pool also has a full menu restaurant and bar which is unique to Biloxi. Friendly staff for most part and that is why go there still. Lori, Christine, Judy, Rich, most all staff in all shops and restaurants come to mind. They are very friendly and welcoming. BUT SOME OF THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY, very unwelcoming, distant, and downright rude. This is only about 30% of staff and mainly those in security, front desk, player services/cashiers, hosts. Ive spent more of my gambling money at The Palace than any other casino in 2016. This will NOT be repeated in 2017.

Got two free rooms, requested upon reservation that they be close to each other. At arrival, they were on different floors but the concierge was happy to remedy the situation by upgrading one of the rooms. The rooms were beautiful, and we had decent views, although not of the coast. The buffet was delicious as always, but the diner was awful. We ordered sweet potato fries and the smokehouse fries. The sweet potato fries were bland, and the BBQ sauce I dipped them in tasted like ketchup and pepper. The smoke house fries was described as "crinkle cut fries topped with grilled chicken, prime rib, tomatoes, cheese and green onions". For 12$ Im not sure what kind of meat that was, but it was not prime rib. It was mostly gristle, and inedible. Absolutely gross. We mentioned our dissatisfaction to the waitress when she inquired how are meal was, and she apologized but didnt offer us a replacement or discount. Overall, would definitely stay again, seeing as its the only non-smoking casino/hotel on the coast, but would NOT eat at the diner again.

This hotel was a total rip-off! I spent $24 for 2 premade sandwiches and 2 small bottles of milk. There were no stores or shops in it at all, therefore no choices. There were only 2 extremely expensive restaurants inside it. The view from my room was all the expansion construction I was paying way too much for. The parking garage levels didnt jive with the hotel floor numbers and was constantly filled up to the brim with locals who were not staying in the hotel making us have to park very far from the entrance. At the very least they should have made prices lowers while under construction, but nooo, they were very greedy! They will not be seeing us again, or our money, well go somewhere we can get some kind of value for our hard earned dollar. Neither my husband or myself EVER won a single dime from them in the casino - hmmm, you think thats not planned?One final note to the proprietors, you need to get the damn cigarette smoke out of the casinos - somehow!! Impossible to breathe!

I would not say that my experience with the palace on this is it was very good. From the valet service to the restaurant server the service was lacking. I parked my car in the valley because I needed a wheelchair so they brought out the wheelchair I didnt have to roll myself up the hill into the casino and then upon entering the casino didnt know where I was going and there was no one to show me where to go so I just kind of push myself along till I found another guest, which whom asked. Our server at the buffet was horrible to say the least if she came to our table it was only because we called her over and when we asked her for a drink because our glass was empty yet again and I dont mean just a little empty I mean completely bone dry and empty she might bring us a drink back but more than most we had to ask again for the drink. Not all of the servers of the restaurant or bad but she he is the worst. I guess on a positive note at least the food was good.

No Crab at their new Buffet?! I couldnt believe it when I showed up after they re-opened their new buffet, and they didnt have any crab!!! Are they crazy??!! AND..to top it all off..their prices are higher too!! I spoke to the buffet manager about this and he gave me some BS story about how they didnt have crab because they didnt want to pass the cost to the customer -total BS! If that was true, how come their buffet went up in price? How come other casino buffets charge the same amount or less and offer crab ALL THE TIME??!! I promptly asked for a refund and will NEVER go back now. A coast casino buffet without crab is UNHEARD OF..and Im not paying over $22 a meal and not get crab. Not to mention the money I normally spend gambling after I eat. YOU JUST LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER PALACE CASINO..AND MANY OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY FEEL THE SAME!!! BOOMTOWN CASINO BUFFET...WITH YOUR 2 KINDS OF CRAB ALL THE TIME..SAY HELLO TO YOUR NEW REGULAR CUSTOMER!!

My husband and I was on our way to Pensacola on Saturday Nov 10 and we decided to stop at the Palace to have some lunch. We didnt expect it to be that busy but it was. We had our car valet and walked into the gift shop to take a look at the Fishcal Therapy shirts because we heard they were selling them there. Met a little girl in there while we were browsing around. She was such a cutie. Kinda shocked to find out it was Managers daughter at work with her but guess the casino was nice enough to allow her to bring her to work. Afterwards we went up to eat at the buffet. Food was great especially the wok station. We decided to play some slots to see if we could maybe win some gas money and surely enough we did!!! Was so excited that the winnings paid for our food and gas, well basically our whole entire trip. Best of all it was nice not to have to worry about breathing in any smoke while we were there!!!! We will definitely come back more often.

So glad to have a smoke free casino in town! Now I dont have to smell like cigarette smoke when I come home from the casinos!! My husband and I are regulars at the Palace Casino and we come there 2-3 times a week in the mornings to eat. We really like the newly renovated casino. There was just one thing I find disturbing, not about the casino but why on earth is there a child at work in the Gift Shop with her mother?? Shes been there almost everyweek for the past cpl months and at first we just thought it was a guests child but come to find out, it was the Managers daughter. The casino is not a place for a child to be hanging out at and plus wouldnt that be a liability to the casino if something was to happen to that child? The only reason why weve noticed this is because we stop at the gift shop frequently on our way in to look at the stuff they have on display. Other than this, the casino was Great!!!
