Absolutely nothing.IM A PREFERRED CARD HOLDER (yes I have A casino Host) do she ever call to check and see if I need anything? NO. .. I only go because its the closest to my home. I dont know why i keep going back hoping things will change. But they havent changed In all these years.I WENT THE OTHER DAY I WAS PLAYING A MACHINE AND ASKED THE SECURITY LADY TO WATCH THE GAME WHILE I GO TO THE REST ROOM, and she did. ( so I asked her could she take a tip she said yes in the bathroom, so even tho I thought that was desperate of her I went back into the bathroom with her and gave it to her,, I figured she must have really needed it she was willing to risk her job. ( they should just let security receive tips that way they wouldnt be tempted to steal or lie. Thats just the smallest problem I have about this rip off place. When I first started going my car had a key scratch all the away across it, after I came off the boat . my guess was some one was pissed off after they lost their money, must have been parked next to me. Another incident. My truck was broking into and my radio was stoling, and of course security didnt see any thing And management team insisted on trying to make me aware of the small signs on the poles that hardly anyone can see,, stating THAT boomtown is not responsible for vehicles on their property. But insisted on giving me a small amount on my card in free play..( Pitiful).once I also was asked to step to the back into the security room for questioning by head security supervisor after I left the gift shop and return to the casino floor to play slot machine. ( I went with him and he told me he brought me back there because I had been accused of stealing 1 slipper( I told him what in the HELL COULD I DO WITH 1 slipper. HE ACTUALLY ASKED ME TO OPEN MY CLOTHES TO SEE IF I HAD IT, to no Advil I DIDNT( I TOLD HIM YAWL CAN WASTE TIME ACCUSING ME ABOUT A SLIPPER. BUT CANT SEE PEOPLE BREAKING IN MY TRUCK STEALING MY RADIO AMP AND SPEAKERS, never to this day have I receive an appology from him are the GENERAL MANAGER AFTER LEAVING SEVERAL VOICE MAILS TO HIM AND HIS SECRETARY SHE CALL ME BACK ONCE AND SAID SHE WOULD PASS ON THE MESSAGE. NO RESPONSE YET.YES THEY WILL COMP YOU THEIR BLAME NASTY FOOD AND HOTEL ROOMS WITH THE VIEW OF GHOST TOWN AROUND YOU..I REALLY HATE LEAVING OUT OF THERE SMELLING LIKE AN ASH TRAY.Yes I MUST ADMIT I GUESS I WAS A GLUTEN FOR PUNISHMENTS. THIS PLACE SITS NEXT TO HELL IN MY BOOK.I WANT GO BACK nor will I EVER recommend it to any one. Not even a DOG

For this to be a new hotel, I am surprised at the condition of the frayed carpet, lack of cleanliness in the room, no wall furnishings in the room, and the absence of a tub and fridge. In addition, the food at the buffet was beyond terrible. By terrible, I mean dried out food sitting too long by not getting changed out and prepared horribly. The worst experience was the staff both in the hotel and the casino. With the exception of only a couple of people, they were not friendly and treated me as if my mere presence was an imposition. One cage cashier was actually rude to me about signing a form while I watched others purposely ignore other guests while they were busy gossiping. When the guest asked if the window was open, the cashier rolled her eyes and said "well Im standing here arent I?" This wasnt the only instance I observed. Unreal... Things that really concerned me the most were the lack of an observable security staff in the hotel and especially the walkway between the hotel and casino. The walkway is way too close to the parking lot and pretty eerie late at night. Considering a police officer was killed and the murderer picked up a few miles from the property, I would suggest fixing this. Also, the side door to get into the hotel at night sometimes didnt work and when I reported this I was informed "oh, it acts up sometimes". These are serious safety issues! The ONLY good thing I can report was the slot machines played nicely and would pay out enough to keep playing and have fun. This, however, is not enough to make me ever want to come back. As a Preferred MyChoice cardholder, I am stunned that the Pinnacle executives havent come in here and cleaned house with these people based on the reviews Ive read. This could be a nice place if they could hire people that have customer service skills and fix the security deficiencies.

I will say that the customer service and wait staff was excellent! Very friendly and quick to pick up any used dishes. The food on the other hand was horrible and tasted like it sat out all day and was made by someone who couldnt even cook pre-frozen food. The dessert was not labeled and again tasted old. Pies that should have been cooled, along with puddings, were warm and not because of how it was supposed to be, but because it settled into room temperature. The buffet itself is also very small with not a lot to choose from. Their corn and crab bisque tasted NOTHING like it should - something that is typically one of my favorite things to eat. Their photos of the food on their web site is very misleading. It was NOT fresh at all. I even found a small gray hair in one of my desserts. I do not have short hair nor is it gray. Definitely wont be eating there again. The only thing that saved them from an angry rant was they had wonderful customer service and staff - couldnt blame them for how awful the food was.

My mother and I stopped into this casino the other day. It was our first visit and it will be our last. The casino is depressing. We walked around the first floor and we got depressed just looking at the customers. My mother said maybe we should go to the second floor to see if we could find anyone having fun or maybe a machine that was giving some playback. We have been on the Gulf Coast several times and we were always able to find some excited people plus machines that both worked correctly and were letting customers have a little bit of playback. Needless to say, the second floor was worse then the first. My mother tried 20 dollars in one of the machines and lost it in under 10 minutes. I should have read previous reviews before ever considering taking the time to drive to this place. Absolutely horrible place. Stay away. Read all reviews before ever considering going to this place. They look like they are a couple of steps from bankruptcy!!!!!!

I had the most fabulous time EVERRRR!!! OF ALL THE CASINOS I HAVE BEEN TO BOOMTOWN TAKES THE CAKE!! It was my first time so I was told if I got ten points on my card I would get a 30 food voicher, which was well worth it. I ate at the buffet by entry the Mac n cheese was good as well as the cabbage so great lunch, my voucher was enough to pay for two buffets, the Micheal Jackson slot was hitting and even when I didnt win just listening to the greatest hits made me happy and want to break down and boogie, lol real talk. There was much more, the staff was friendly, the people around me extremely lit, it was just a great experience. Now you will have to hunt a server down for those free drinks but I managed to get 8 maybe more midori sours (my fav) so even as I type my review I am nice and right. 5 stars all the way, cant wait to come back
