We have been going to the Casino for too many years to recall, even when we had to pay and get on and off, have never been disappointed as much as last week. Could not get a money exchange??what is that all about, makes no sense to us, if I want to cash a bill or break a bill they will not do it at the cashiers cage? we were told to use the machines, they only give 100, 20.and 5, and I happen to like to play tens, and at times they are out of money, We were told if you cash a check you can have whatever denomination you want, and yet they will not break a 100. dollar bill??? does not make much sense to us., and what is even worse, if you are a stearling card holder they will do it, I beg your pardon but I feel that is discrimination and what is good for one should be good for all. I still think whoever made that judgement call is only going to hurt your business, which so many machines are already empty and we would sure not like to see that. I must say again after all these years to be treated like a second class citizen because you do not hold a high roller account?? wrong. We think you have some of the nicest people working for you, but the one who thought this one us should be let go. We felt so bad for the cashiers as many of them know us and they could not do anything about it, and there were four of them just standing there with nothing to do and no one to serve and they could not take care of us. I do hope that someone in authority will look into this matter and see what sense it makes and let us know???? Thank you for your time and I do hope we can remain friends?? (if the policy changes). We really would hate to change where we play as we have grown to really like most of the people there after all of these years, but this inconvenience could alter that. Again thank you and we will be waiting for your reply. Helen Lach

Nice. I took my grandmother here for her birthday, though I personally dont frequent casinos. We arrived at 1030a on a Tuesday and left a few hours later. We parked on our own, and found the garage to only be about 1/3 full (got a spot about 2 spaces from the entrance). While Grandma believed the slots arent as loose as years past, I take her comment with a grain of salt. I played blackjack and had no problem finding a mostly empty $10 minimum table on the main floor. Of 4 different dealers, 3 were ok. The last was excellent- friendly, some conversation, not frustrated that I wasnt a regular/pro player (I.e., not frustrated I took 2 extra seconds deciding to hit or stand) & offering good advice on what "the book" says. Because of the last dealer I will actually make an effort to go back & try to recoup some of my loss (Its a casino- dont go in expecting to walk out a millionaire. Know your limits or dont go!). Didnt encounter any unpleasant employees, casino & restrooms were clean.

I went to Grand Victoria about 15 times, i like the place, heres why: Black Jack: My favorite game, this casino just recently build an extra lower level floor for "low betting" players, every day you can play a 6 to 5 bj for $10 minimum, and upstairs they have $25 and $50 minimums for the 3 to 2 bj tables. Roulette: Same as bj, they have a low minimum table, starting at only $5! Then they alternate between 10-15$ buy ins depending on the time of day/day of week. Slots: I dont play them, but there is more than enough throughout the casino, wide variety. Staff: Awesome pit bosses, very friendly, never seen them be moody or aggravated. Dealers will help you make decisions and crack jokes, also very nice. Food: I only eat at the buffet when its $20 per person, good deal. Wide variety of foods and deserts Overall, very good atmosphere. Cons: $5 dollar ATM fee, on busy nights you might not get a seat at some tables, have to wait for someone to leave.

Waste of time and money. Service was horrible. Prices online did not match what we were charged and Shift Manager Pam was rude and could have cared less. She basically told me she would inform the IT Dept. and walked away. We ended up paying $29.99 for mediocre food. The brisket was rock hard and black and the garlic bread sticks were so rock hard I took a video, the noise rivals that of a toddler on a drum set. Their Special, the prime rib, was no better than any other run of the mill buffet. The food selections in general were terrible for $30!! I should have known better when 90% of the seats were empty at 6:30 PM on a Saturday. Worst Dining experience of my life! Dont waste your time or money!!!

I WAS THERE SATURDAY 6/4/2016 TO CELEBRATE MY WIFES BIRTHDAY. THOUGHT THEY HAD CRAB LEGS. BUT THEY ONLY DO THAT ON FRIDAY. THE FOOD WAS JUST TERRIBLE. PRIME RIB WAS CHEWY, AND VERY FATTY, DIDNT EVEN TASTE LIKE PRIME RIB. NOT MUCH FOOD TO CHOOSE FROM UNLESS YOU WANT SALAD OR FRUIT. AND THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE SERVING CENTER ARE ALL PRETTY MUCH RUDE. ESPECIALLY THE ONE SERVING SOME TYPE OF SHRIMP. I TOLD HER THE TINY SHRIMP IN THE BOWL LOOK LIKE THEY STILL MAY BE RAW, AND IN A RUDE MANNER SHE SAID THEY ARE FULLY COOKED SIRRRRRR. BS I WILL NOT PAY THAT KINDA MONEY FOR THE CRAPPY FOOD AND ATTITUDES EVER AGAIN. ONLY THE GIRL TAKING THE DIRTY PLATES WAS NICE.

Horrible pit boss! He is very rude and belittling to his players. I would NEVER play at this poker room again, and we frequent many poker rooms weekly including Las Vegas casinos. Not only do they rake the pots up to $8, they will not allow a reduced rake even with 5 people at the table if there are chips at the table for 6 players. These people need to take some lessons from a real poker room! I would not suggest playing here for any gaming. The employees all make you feel as if they are better than you because they deal your cards. Although, the Craps table was enjoyable and they were very helpful in assisting novice players.

We are a regular customer of the Grand Victoria casino and buffet. We encounter this manager, Cindy, who is mean and rude talking to us. The first time we forgive her. But last week, we talked to her again and we asked if we can talked to Ronnie or Melissa because we will tell them that we are going there with my family to eat because these two persons (Ronnie and Melissa) are very nice and have a very good customer service. She did not let us talked to either one of them. We were very upset so we just went to Rivers Casino. If this manager Cindy keeps on doing this, Grand Victoria Casino will lose customers.

I understand, being at work sucks. I understand people having a bad day too......But the entire staff? Ive never felt less welcome anywhere. Like I insulted each of the staff personally. I wish I had afterwards. Also, the guy checking ids at the entrance looked at my id, then me. My id, then me......For a good five minutes. He then asks if I have another picture id! He was looking at my drivers license, issued not a year ago! I wish I had a picture of my privates on me. Of course, I left them all in my car. Next time, hes getting my big friends smiling face. I wonder how long hell have to look at that? Jerk!!
