Every time I go to this theater, Im sorry I did. The seats are uncomfortable, the sound quality is poor (unless its the sound from outside coming into the poorly soundproofed theaters), and the concessions are overpriced and of substandard quality. The popcorn tastes like its days old, even when freshly popped, and the soda is often flat. Only the jumbo size popcorn offers free refills, but it tastes so stale, we dont usually want one. All of this pales, however, in comparison with the dismal service. The employees are slow and unfriendly, and management is worse. Even the bathrooms are inadequate, usually filthy, often lacking soap and with the most pitiful hand dryers Kankakee County. Our last five visits have never achieved even passable ratings, and I have finally come to the decision never to return. Meadowview and Paramount theaters are significantly better in every area. I will wait for DVD or go out of town rather than ever subject myself to this punishment for the sake of entertainment.

I dont see why people give low ratings for this place. Good theater for the decent price and I have minimal complaints. No military discount though, but we live in America and the value and recognition of the Vets are slowly depreciating regardless, so its no surprise there. Its not the theaters problem, its the Countrys. Anyways, I live within walking distance of the theatre and I pick it almost every time: Seats are comfy and the bathrooms dont stink. I recommend this theater to you, your friends, and your parakeet that wont stop pooping in its cage that you forgot to clean.

The moment I walked in I received excellent customer service. The young lady that worked the concision stand was very polite (said sorry a few times since it was only her second day) I had Two large drinks and pop corn that I was trying to figure out how I was going to carry it. She offered a tray (Worse tray ever!!!!!) but it was still very unsteady. I was with my mother who needs a bit of assistance walking right now and the manager took the pop off of the tray and walked us to our seats. That is what makes great customer service.

I really want some more movies but I was denied 10 Cloverfield lane, which resulted me in seeing Eddie the Eagle. Honestly it was a pretty bad movie that I stood up and cheered at when the main character flew through the sky and hit the side of a mountain. So I cant blame the theater for this poor "quality" entertainment, but really screw Europeans with polio that have dreams of becoming professional skiers, your dreams are dumb and youll never get any ice-cream.

I dont eat popcorn so i wouldnt have a problem with that. But when I do go I only go because the other movie theaters dont have the movie yet! besides that the recliners are ok as far as being comfortable, BUT THEY SQUEAK. Also theres not a day i havent been in there and the concession stand isnt busy. One last comment is that you have reserved seating!! cmon nobody wants to have to sit were the employes tell you to!! but nothing further

The worse theater I have been in. New seat - whoopy you cant seat yourself but there is a lot of room and they recline. False advertising on what I call a matinee - I always thought it was before 4 PM, nope it is the 1st and only the 1st show of the day. And worse of all they have terrible popcorn, with no refills on anything. I really never want to go back there again.

I think your idea to put recliners in is going to backfire on you. Fewer seats=fewer customers=less money to operate the theater. I dont need to lay back and watch a movie in public. I dont like the reserved seating and you still dont offer free refills. You should have kept the old seating arrangement. I wont be surprised if you close your doors in the near future.

Not a terrible location (inside the mall). The parking isnt bad if you dont mind the walk (haha). However, the seating albeit not the most comfortable, Ive never had a problem with the screen quality, picture, or staff. Im a movie goer for sure and these aforementioned categories are needs rather than preferences.

Seats are terribly uncomfortable, concessions are over-priced and popcorn is terrible. Paramount and Meadowview both have nice(r) seats and delicious popcorn with free refills on both pop and popcorn. When Movies 10 gets a movie I usually choose to either not watch it until it comes out on dvd our I go up north.

I love the renovation. The new seats are great. The only issue I have ran into was not getting enough seats together when buying tickets at the box office. I do not like that I have to pay $4 to order online but for the most part this was a much deserved improvement to this movie theater

Good movies, terrible seating. Employees could care less about the customer satisfaction. And this is the only place in Kankakee/ Bradley/ Bourbonnais that doesnt have free refills on all the sizes of drinks and popcorn...kinda a rip-off if you ask me and my family...

Great setting, prices are fair, dont let anybody tell you otherwise. Its a quality movie theater so not going to be dirt cheap but fair nonetheless. The only thing they need to improve is speed of service. The drink/popcorn lines dont move very fast.

Always clean and staff is always friendly. I love the early bird prices! You can go see a movie early in the day, and still have plenty of daylight to do other outings. The only negative, I wish the refreshments were more reasonably priced.

Not a bad theater. Everything is alright in it sound and screen quality in the auditorium is alright. The only downfall of that cinemark location is that there is no icees frozen drink dispenser. So that is what made it a 4 star.

Worst Cinemark Ive ever been to. Terrible service. Sold us a ticket when there were no seats available. Person working concessions got more soda on the outside of my cup than inside. Needless to say I will never go back.

The guy brought me my cherry icee with more of it on the outside of the cup than the inside and thought I was going to take it and argued with me about remaking it. Cherry icee will stain your clothes damn it!

Took my grandkids there to see Secret Life of Pets. We thought the theater was fantastic; so comfortable with their new chairs! Nachos and popcorn were typical theater...good! Cant wait to go there again.

movie area is fair not great. Bathrooms are dirty and basic construction bathroom doors and facilities falling apart. Can tell from exterior the building is not maintained to be there for long. No refills.

Nice seats finally, but theater is always cold that even 3 layers including a coat is not enough! Had the vent blowing on me the entire movie! Will bring a blanket next time!
