Horrible. Took my son to go see Zootopia. It took almost 30 min to get through the concession line, then went to find a seat and there werent any bc people were "saving" seats. Went to tell an usher and he didnt even bother to go look, but said we could go in the 3D one that started 40 minutes ago or go exchange my tickets for a different time. I said fine, are yall going to reimburse me for the food and drinks I bought too? He just looked at me and smirked. So I went back in the Theatre and found 1 seat so my 3 year old had to sit in my lap even though I paid for him to sit in a seat. He proceeded to spill his drink because we had no room! Horrible Customer Service, Horrible seating. It was supposed to be a fun day with my son and turned out to be miserable.

I ordered a pizza. Got into my film room and took a bite. It was still frozen. So I took it to the concessions counter and told them. I stood in horror as I watched them take the pizza I had already taken a bite of and stick it back into the oven. Then watched as they used tongs off the counter to grab the piece of my pizza that was still stuck in the oven. In the midst of all this I saw an employee throw a bag of candy at another employee which fell on the floor and remained there not being picked up. When I offered the suggestion of next time just replacing the pizza in case there is a health inspector watching I was dismissed curtly and without any regard. The only reason this is still 2 stars is because of how clean the film rooms are.

All the employees were super nice, but the patrons...not so much. I went with some of my friends to see Annabelle: Creation, and the guy in the row next to us had to be under the influence of something. He kept talking to himself and cussing all throughout the movie. I told one of the employees about the guy in the theatre and nothing was done. They walked through WHILE he was cussing and left. I had to ask him to please stop talking. He did, but then leaving the theatre he yelled obscenities and threw hand gestures. And threw away several beer bottles. Not to mention the guy standing outside begging for money. AT A 2 OCLOCK SHOWING. Again, the theatre is clean and the employees are polite, but just watching out for yourself.

Went to this movie theater 2 times, this location really needs an upgrade. It looks old and deteriorated. Though that because of that the tickets would be cheap but no, 11 dls. First time we saw Logan and it was ok, so we gave it another chance with Guardians of the Galaxy 2 on 3D. Worst experience ever, the movie looked so blurry, low brightness, wrong contrast everything was bad. I think this cinema is not capable of going 3D. It was a very bad experience for such a great movie. Incredible how Gainesville doesnt have another Movie Theater. I have been to several movie theaters and I can easily say that this was the worst. I hope they can upgrade it or open another cinema.

This theater is poorly run. We went to see Finding Dory and the time for the movie to start was 3:15 and the previews lasted 20 mins. This is insane What a rip The line at the concession stand had 32 people in line when I got there I waited and now I realize why the start time is so late it took 20 mins to get thru the line Only 3 people working customers and making popcorn. This is the third time I came here and the lines are always horrible For $8.00 popcorn and $6.00 cokes the owner can afford to take better care of the customer I will not be back and I will start going to Hamilton mill threatens. They are fast and friendly and ON TIME

Stay Away from this place! There in no acceptable handicap accessibility to enter the theater. The wheel of my tire on my wheelchair broke August 2, 2015. I filed a complaint was told the GM would call the next day today is the 26th no call. Ive tried reaching the CEO Bill Stempler can not get past his gate keeper Charlotte who has been telling me since August 2, 2015 Mr. Stempler is on vacation. I am going to end up having to sue the company because they refuse to do the right thing and compensate me.

Ever since the theatre had changed hands it had gone downhill. The show times are not updated and quite frequently you will show up for a movie that doesnt start for hours! Unfortunately, its the only theatre in town and going somewhere else isnt always an option. The theatre is also an older building and lacks many of the features newer theatres have; however, the prices are the same. The management and staff are friendly, but they are the only positive aspect to this place.

For the longest before Regal bought this theater, I would avoid it. Lets just say it was not the place to be. Well since Regal took ownership a while back, this theater has done a complete 360° and it is now the place my family and I go to see the latest flicks instead of driving to Buford. We saw Rogue One on Christmas Eve and the theater facilities and workers were all in great moods and being super festive and nice.

A multiplex theater thats stuck in the past. The seats do not rock or recline. The screen felt mounted too high on the wall. Lots of low rumbling sounds from neighboring theater bleeding over into our theater, which took away from the quieter moments of "La La Land." Even worse, the screen itself has lines in it and during especially bright scenes, those lines are very distracting.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and nice this theater was when we went last weekend (July 1, 2016). The employees at the ticketing counter and concessions area were patient and courteous. The lobby and hall areas were all well-kept, and the seating was comfortable in the theater we went to (last one on the right, down the hall to the right).

The place was awesome 15 years ago and got into a steady decline as a consequence of its age and the recession. Regal bought the place from Georgia Theatre Company awhile back and I went to watch a couple movies since and its definitely got a little pep in its step again. Kudos to Regal for turning it around. Next step, remodel.

The theatre in Gainesville GA is just ok. The snacks are ok. The seats are ok. The sound system is ok. You can often hear and feel the sound effects in other theatres. No IMAX. But it is close to area eateries. All surrounding theatres are nicer, but further away if your destination is closer to Gainesville.

The concession guy named jake did not seem like he wanted to be here. He was a real jerk to me and my wife and my father in law. The movje we wanted to see was beauty and the beast at 3pm today. I really did not like the way jake acted. I would of gave a better revuew if this had not occurred.

its a movie theater. overpriced candy, popcorn and drinks, but arent they all? as far as the 2 bad reviews I read here, well one is racist and the other with the person that was in a wheelchair, Im not sure about the handicap accessibility never really paid much attention to it.
