*Detailed description of my experience and why you should NEVER go to this place* This is the worst movie experience Ive ever had. Yes, the chairs are nice and comfortable, but that is the ONLY good thing about this place. All of the theaters are ridiculously small except one (the "XD") and the fact that they have reserved seating is ludicrous. Three times I have gone to this theater, and every single time the only seats left were the first two rows directly in front of the screen because most of the theaters themselves only have like six rows total in them. I dont know about anyone else, but I dont appreciate being forced to pick a seat on a screen before I actually arrive into a theater that I havent the slightest clue what it looks like on the inside. And on top of that, being told Id have to sit in a seat breaking my neck the entire show in order to see the screen. No matter how early you arrive, it is never good enough because people are allowed to pre-order their tickets online days in advance even though they might not show. Ordering online seems to be the only way to get a good seat, but they charge you a $5 service charge, and if youre going with your family that $5 can easily turn into $20-$30 extra, not including the ridiculous ticket prices. $10-$14 dollars for ONE ticket? I think not. Moving on, the concession prices are also through the roof ($18 for popcorn and two drinks) and you dont get refills on anything. You would have to break another 20 just to get more pop to wash down their salty and incredibly stale popcorn. The staff are okay, but could do better with their attitudes, and the managers are absolutely horrible! They act like you, as the customer they are supposed to make happy, are a nuisance and they could care less about anything youre saying. The concession manager, Ms. Jones, is THE WORST. She snaps at you when she speaks, rolls her eyes after every sentence, and obviously cares little about customer service. And dont even get me started on that general manager, Turel. She speaks down to you like youre stupid and gives off an incredibly rude vibe, as if she wishes youd never stepped foot into her establishment, when a newly opened place like that should be trying to build up all the clientele they can get. I will never be returning to this place, and I hope anyone who reads this saves themselves the trouble and goes somewhere, anywhere else but here. Thumbs down, and 0 stars for me if that were allowed.

OK, first the pros: -Large selection of food -Nice recliner seating with plenty of arm space and unable to kick seat backs. Now the cons: -Food was over priced, but this is typical of cinemas. -Limited staff holds up the process of buying food. They have a bunch of empty registers and long lines. -The assigned seating has to go. Some people might support assigned seating and in larger cinemas it can work. However this place has very limited seating and people walk in and buy the center seats which makes is very hard to sit with large families together. Basically if you want more than two seats in a row youre taking a gamble. The solution was to buy tickets ahead of time online so you know you can sit with your family once you arrive. However there is a $5 fee to do that which is ridiculous! I think they should either drop the fee online or just have first come first serve seating which works better for those who get there early so they can sit with their family/friends. I wont be returning simply because I can go to MJR and I know I can sit with my family. So unless they drop that $5 fee so Im guaranteed seats before I drive there to find out we are broken up, I wont take the gamble and go back. Neutral stuff: Food was mediocre (Hamburgers there are NOT recommended) Screen was normal and nothing special. Sound was basic and not impressive Bathrooms were clean but cheaply installed (who cares)

Great atmosphere inside, love the seats and surround sound. The biggest problem that needs to be addressed is twice when buying tickets online and paying a extra 5.00 (i purchased tickets days before to reserve good seats for my self and family). When i went to find our seats people were in them. Arguments happened which is never a good thing. Both times the people who were in our seats said they were told that the ticket vendor told them no reserved seating. Needless to say i did ask for the manager because i see big problems in the future for this Theater. My family and i were not going to cause a scene at a kids movie so we sat in other seats. But there are people out there nowadays that dont care about that. No movie theatre should have reserved seating.. it should be on a first come first serve basis..especially when they charge you for that luxury online and you do not get it.

Been here once last spring with my husband and daughter and some friends. Got in line to pay for our tickets and found out we couldnt sit by each other cuz of the option to buy online. I know its convenient to do that but not fair to others..I guess I can see buying online if its a big movie that is showing on the first day so you can guarantee a ticket. But the movie we were seeing had been out for a few weeks already. But yeah I did enjoy the seats..nice. However, Im a huge popcorn person while watching a movie..and I have enjoyed the popcorn from every movie theater I have ever been to..but the popcorn they have there was just disgusting. It was hard and sticky..I cant explain it..just gross..and that reason only is why we havent been back.

The theater itself inside is beautiful not huge but clean and modern. The staff was friendly, helpful and acted professionally. In theater seating clearly is taking a cue from some other modern theater chains with reclining seats a delightful plus. My one suggestion would be that there is really very little attracting patrons to the front entrance which unfortunately faces away from both Pardee Rd and Eureka and instead faces an adjacent wall of Southland mall, would also like to see a bar as this has become a far more common feature of theaters as of late.

The food here is great. Staff is okay. Though you probably need more staff for food those lines get really long fast. Seats and bathrooms are great. Ticket prices reasonable(in person). Hate that they charge a fee online to reserve seats. I hope you take this into consideration to get rid of the fee. Now food prices outrageous. 17.85 for 2 large drinks and popcorn ridiculous. Please take this into consideration to lower your food prices(just a little bit). If those are soon resolved Ill give you a great review the next time I may come.
