So Ill start with what was good. The bartenders are all really friendly and nice and the drinks they made us tasted great and were strong enough for the price. The servers were really friendly and energetic and were super nice about any changes we tried to make to the entree or sides. The seats are amazingly comfortable and if you really want a cozy experience while watching a movie then its a great place to go. I also love that you select your seats at time of ticket purchase, for me Im not even going to want to see a movie unless Im somewhere in the center above the floor level. What was ok. The popcorn appetizer was interesting, I loved the twist of real popcorn with popcorn shrimp/chicken/calamari but it tasted like it had sat for a while (unsurprising since the meal isnt coursed and they bring it all out at once) and my date swears he got food poisining from the calamari (Im not 100% convinced but we probably would just stick with the chicken/shrimp next time) What was not so good... We went during a preview and obviously they are still going to be working on things, I wasnt expecting to get anything extra but I was expecting the managers to give a crap. I went to give a manager my feedback on the experience (as they were practicing and I felt that it would be helpful and valued). The manager was a total dick!!! I tried to speak to him about the 40$ fillet that tasted 100$ charred with no flavor because of it (unless charcoal is the taste you are going for) and he just stood there telling me "well thats how we cook it" and "I hear what you are saying but thats just how it is" in such a condescending tone. The steak literally made the friend who I went withs throat sore the next day. I dont know if they have fixed it since then but YUCK! Nobody should have to pay 40$ for a fillet that tastes like ash. Apparently we werent the only ones who felt this way either. Also I wouldnt trust the several 5* reviews with no comments... Probably made the employees do it coming off all the bad valentines reviews. I honestly would recommend the place for a nice date night but they could really use a change in management from what I hear.

Last night was the first time visiting a CineBistro. I was not impressed at all. The price of the tickets were much higher than at a normal movie theater, and they included a convenience fee. From what I was told you can only buy the tickets online, so they add on an extra charge to abide by their policy? First, we had to wait outside near the bar area until the announcement to enter the theater was given. Me and my date sat down in our selected seats and waited approximately 20 minutes for the previews to start. As we sat in our seats we watched servers walk past without looking at us to see if we wanted to order food or refreshments. I waved my hands at servers to get their attention, but nobody attempted to look at us. I even looked at our seats to see if there was a call button for service, but nothing was found. Just before the previews started, CineBistro made an announcement that food will no longer be served. At that point a server walked past me and I had to put my hand out in front of her to be noticed. Me and my date gave a simple order for popcorn and drinks, which must have been a complicated order because the server looked annoyed to do her job. I would rather go to a normal theater, wait in line for 10 minutes, pay $35 for two tickets, popcorn and drinks where I know I will be served. Why go to a theater and sit down, wait 20 minutes, force service and spend $60 for the same movie and refreshments? The only reason why we didnt order food is because CineBistro wasnt going to get a penny more than we were willing to spend for bad service. Heres a thought, if you see a customer with nothing on their table, approach them to see if they would like service. I would rather have servers ask me 10 times than nobody ask. The only reason why I am giving my experience two stars is because the usher was funny and friendly. First and last time I go to this type of movie theater!!!

This place is beautiful for a dinner theater! I felt a bit under dressed wearing jeans and a t-shirt. When you walk through the front doors, it feels as if you have entered a fairly upscale restaurant. The bar is lovely and the entire decor is classy and mesmerizing. There is plenty to look at prior to being seated in the theater itself. I have been to other dinner theaters before but this one is by far the best one I have been to. You can definitely go there to just eat out, watch a movie or both. We had drinks prior to entering the theater. The strawberry and watermelon mojitos are a must try! Once we were seated in the theater, we had a waitress that explained how the process works. One downside to the dinner theater concept is that you order all courses at one time. Therefore, appetizers, the main course and dessert come out at the same time. It would be nice to have some spacing between the courses but I understand it is better to have all of the meal come out at once rather than be interrupted during the movie. The only other negative thing I have to say about this place is that they charge and automatic 17% gratuity when you order in the theater. It is a shame because I usually tip more than 17%, however, when I get into a situation where the tip is already assigned, I feel as if they are losing out on a higher tip amount. The price of tickets are reasonable for the quality you get. They have very comfortable reclining seats. I also love the concept of only 21 and older past a certain time! This allows for a more peaceful relaxing evening at the theater. The food here was fabulous! We ordered the: lamb, sliders, tres leches, and key lime doughnut. Everything was cooked to perfection! I couldnt have asked for better food! All in all, we will most definitely be back!

I would have given the place one star had the experience gone the way it had started, due to a technical error our seats were reserved for the day before, since it was a big movie opening and even though we had went on Saturday at 2pm we were seeing "Deadpool" so it was of course sold out so we were told to come back another time. This would have been fine however I had just left work that afternoon to see this with my boyfriend so I was upset. I told them to figure it out because we were seeing the movie. I am glad we were persistent because we ended up getting the handicapped seats. The drinks were great I had the watermelon mojito as well as the food we had the burger and fried chicken sandwich from the concession I will give you a tip because we saw the food coming out order from a server it was fresh and hot my fries were not at all hot, I also tried the Banana foster cheesecake it was delicious and we loved the electric reclining seats. I will say though they need to figure out their computer system because for a sold out show the first three rows were empty the entire movie.. If they did not give us the seats and I had known that I would have been very upset but luckily with our persistence not theirs we were able to get in and had a great time. Please work on customer service, please it will make or break your company this movie was not even close to sold out and you almost turned away 5 people that ended up spending over $100 you should really think about that and wonder how much more you lost out on by turning people away for a 50% full theater.
