Worst customer service I have ever seen, would give it no stars in fact. First was ignored while trying to order. Movie stopped 30 minutes in, after 10 minutes in the dark was told if it didnt come back on in 5 minutes to come up front to get refund. So went to get refund and was told I could not get a refund only tickets for another date. After telling them I live 250 miles away and was going back the next day. The exact words I was given were " I dont know what to tell you my general manager is not going come up here to give you your money and we cant get it for you". So after watching the supposed assistant manager continually bow up to me. I decided to try and contact law enforcement to handle it so I didnt wind up in jail for finally having enough and doing something I would regret. Amazingly all of the sudden they had permission to turn on the register and refund the money to my card. Before I left I asked for the general managers contact info and when he would be in. The arrogant punk behind the counter asked why I needed to know when he was coming if I was going back home early in the morning. Unfortunately for him I am so offended by how I was treated I will be delaying my departure time to make a in person complaint to the GM. Moral of this review is just go somewhere else these people dont respect you or your hard earned money. I hear their are a bunch of theaters in this city.... GO THERE!
I have been to this theatre a million times and it is definitely clean well organized and the staff is in tip top shape. considering the amount of traffic that gos through there it is always well maintained and I have always been received with a courteous smile and i felt welcomed by all the professional staff. How sad and pretentious the people who have written bad reviews there complaints sound ridiculous! and petty these people I am sure consider themselves as privileged and have probably never had any consideration for anyone but themselves! go donate some time with the poor or at a hospital or help the elderly or take a class in basic manners and common consideration. I usually can spot them they always look like they are disgusted with everything and have diarrhea, do us all a favor stay home and deal with each other for a day and you will appreciate the working middle class. I was watching one film and hardly even breathing an even audible comment of optimism that essentially stated that things were better than they used to be. Someone overheard and apparently took this optimism to be a right to sue and defame my entire life. I proceeded to be removed from my faith and my zen was broken over such a trifle that my life has been stripped of its meaning. I would fight or sue but this enforcer refuses to be anything but anonymous. What I am saying is this theater is a waste of time to journey to because of the people present. If the theater decides to support this strange and confusing individual then I can only say it is a sacrilegious and heretical establishment. It has cheapened the movie going experience considerably for myself and Im sure for others as I am harassed by this individual while there or at home. Good day.
My son was bitten all over his arm and leg by a bed bug at this theatre. This theatre smells moldy and seems messy all of the time as it is. I understand a business can have a bad day, so Ive given this theatre SEVERAL chances over a few years. This was the very last time we will be visiting this theatre. I called the manager and asked if there had been any complaints of bed bug bites. I was just told, "Nope!" At least tell me youll look into the matter....thats what I was hoping to hear from him. He didnt even ask what theatre we were in or when. This was obviously not a big deal....and since they showed ZERO interest or concern on the subject, my suggestion is DONT RISK IT. You and your loved ones might be the next bed bug bite victims. Wish I could pick ZERO stars.
This was one of my worst movie experiences ever , and this just happend last weekend here at the quarry, I took my neice to go see storks the movie and when we go into the theater the sound wouldnt even work , we told staff member and the audience waited patiently after they said they would fix it and still no one had went in to check on the sound finally everyone in the theater gave up and had to get all of their money refunded. And this isnt the first time this has happend when finding dory came out people couldnt even sit down after they already bought their ticket, because the theater was so full they didnt keep track of seats and still let people buy tickets. HORRIBLE STAFF, HORRIBLE MOVIE THEATER AND HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Save yourself the money and time please.
Terrible. Waited in the long line, purchased our tickets to see Annabelle. Got upstairs and the lady taking the tickets said that there was a sound issue with this movie and that we can go back downstairs and see the movie for a later showing time. We then had to wait in another long line, about half way through one of the employees announced that the next showtime for Annabelle was sold out. We then got a refund. When we purchased our tickets no one informed us that there was an issue with this movie. If we purchased a ticket for the earlier showing time, we should have been guaranteed a ticket for the later showing time since there was an issue with our movie time. We will not return to this place. Poor management and lack of communication.
Honestly this earns more the 5 stars. Let my story begin. Right ok so im here with my friend and i this old guy is checking us out..... little weird but ok. So me and my friend proceed to get our tickets and food. ok he still checking us out. Out of no where he just starts yellimg "ALKUBUAR" "ALAH" ALLAHHHHH" AND THIS GUY CAME OUT OF NO WERE AND GRABS ME AND MY FRIEND AND PROTECTS US AND HE TOTAL FENDED OF THE GUY WITH HIS BARE HANDS!! THEN A PUmA COMES INTO THE THEATER AND STARTS BITING MY FRIEND AND THIS LADY JUMPS ON IT AND KILLS IT!!! it was so baller swag fergalicious money dank lassanga dank memes money loving rich wealthy upper class guy cool!! SO recoeind this theater
I went to the theater many times and by far my favorite employee was Myriah. She was extremely friendly and provided a quick and efficient service. She will be the reason I keep coming back. Most people that comment and complain about the service have to understand that in the food industry, when people order something that takes time to make, people have to wait. ITS NOT THE EMPLOYEES FAULT! Comfortable seats as well as cupholders for every seat. I like the industrial setting and feel that its a positive for the theater. My one complaint would be that the Galaga/Mrs. Pac Man machine has a joystick that doesnt work very well.
