If I could give less than one star I would!!! So I go bowling with my girlfriend and my best friend and I said Ill pay for the bowling and you pick up the bar tab. Well when I woke up in the morning I found out they charged me $450 dollars for the bowling!!! So I called my buddy and he tells me that he left his card on accident and checked his bank statement and he had a $300 transaction when we had only gotten 2 pitchers of beer!!! So I call up there and he said that he would refund me my money over the phone. Nearly a week later I never got a penny of my money back and had to dispute it with my bank and my friend had to do the same thing. Not to mention that the bartender took it upon herself to tip herself out on the couple of drinks that I had bought while I waited for my friend to show up after I had tipped her out in cash. And I had a separate charge of $35 from them for no reason. And to top it all off the crowd there wasnt good at all and someone actually stole my girlfriends wallet right out from under her nose and took her money out and dumped it in someones lawn not far from the bowling alley. Luckily the woman that found it was smart enough to look at her I.D. and we got it back the next. All in all they ended up getting about $780 between me and my buddy!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AND I SUGGEST YOU DINT EITHER!!!

If you want a cheap night of fun, youve found your spot. Positives: Good bowling prices Negatives: 9 lanes out of 18? are down for repair The lanes are warped and need repair The overall facility needs updating from the out dated floors to the warping discolored ceiling. The music is controlled by the staff, so you get to listen to what theyre into no matter how bad it is. The service is unpredictable. Last night the staff was great. We went 2 weeks ago and the guy behind the desk was nowhere to be found when we went to leave. He was gone so long that he had to comp our shoes to make up for the wait. If youre not there at the right time, you may end up waiting for a lane. The bar brings a somewhat unsavory crowd, so be mindful of where your kids are if you care about their exposure to smoking, foul language, and rowdiness. We will obviously return due to the unbeatable prices. The prices match the facility.

Had a terrible experience. We had to wait 15 minutes before anyone greeted us at the counter, and there were only four lanes bowling at the time, so it wasnt like the staff was busy. Also, Stephanie was extremely rude. We ordered one order of fries, and without asking if they were ours, she set extra fries down at our table, when nobody was at the table. She then blamed my young children, saying they raised a hand when she asked who ordered fries and tried to charge me for fries we didnt order. We paid for two hours of bowling but were forced to leave after only one hour because of THEIR mistake. We will not be going back. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I called 3 times (during business hours) and didn’t get a response. Finally, on the 4th call I was greeted very rudely, as if I was too much of a bother to deal with. I asked how much would it be for my party of 10, wondering if they have made any changes to the prices, and the woman on the phone was unsure of the price and that they “probably” don’t even have room. How do you not know the prices of the place you work. I have always given this bowling ally much business seeing as how I bring large groups of children and teens. We WILL be taking our groups somewhere else.

Lanes where dry ( and looked old and damaged due to the fact). Facility seemed out dated and broken (some buttons didnt work on the lane computer , kinda annoying ) believe they had the ac set on 80 degrees or so, cooler than outside but just barely, not comfortable. Overall not a good expirence , other bowling alleys seem to be doing much better , (have a pro shop and oil the lanes). I got the impression this alley is struggling or doesnt care and caters to amateur bowlers.

I love going there because they have sink or swim on Thursdays and Fridays. But the bartenders are horrible, rude. I always have to wait more than 20 minutes for a damn drink. If they hired better bartenders I would actually give the place a 5 star. But with the bartenders that are there now that place is gonna go out of business. IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM THAT NEEDS TO BE SOLVED ASAP.

This place is a dump not maintained at all! Went for my daughters 4th birthday when they first opened and the trash (beer bottles and food) from last night. We left several hours later the trash was still not taken out after we requested it to be told thats someone elses job. We had flies all around us plus on or near our beverages. Games kept taking tokens but not working.

WOW WHAT A DIVE. The sad thing was I had to basically fight my way out the door because of the drunks from the bar blocking the door going outside. I would suggest going elsewhere. We had to keep going up to the counter and resetting our frames. Who won dont know because we could not keep track of the resets. It was probably a nice place at one time 1980.

Always a terrible wait to get a lane on the weekends. The lanes are not very nice. The surrounding area of the bowling alley is terrible! Filled with people begging for money outside. Would never come here alone, especially at night. Drive 5 miles to Lane Glo South. Youll be glad you did.

didnt like the service on july 13 and 2 to 3 a Wednesday it says bowl you head off Monday thru friday and i did this for a whole week last week and they guy said nope and i said then why was all week last week and he just backed away and i just said ill pay 5 games and its 20 dollars!

I have had 5 kids birthday parties at Lane Glo North and is so reasonable we think we are going to continue this every year. Pricing is great and the staff is wonderful. Thanks for everything! We will see you next year for another birthday party.

Bowling is always fun at this alley even if youre bowling in the bar area at the machine. Bartender, Jovan, was awesome! He took care of us while we played the Putt Putt game. Needless to say, I never left disappointed after all of my visits.

For some reason the staff kept interrupting our game to sweep. When we left all our clothes and hair smelled like cigarette smoke and we were only there long enough to play one game. Price was good and they had everything for young kids.

Enjoy bowling here but I assume lack of bowlers they are not making enough money to keep it up. Pins don`t reset property and sometimes the balls don`t come back . Also they only have a couple of staff that has to do everything.
