We had one of the most horrific experiences at this establishment. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with unwelcoming comments from the tall employee with glasses, I wish I got his name. Then that same employee harassed us while we waited, arguing that our valid IDs were fake. We continued to wait for two lanes to open up... when there were over 6 lanes open and ready.. the employee just left us sitting. ALSO, this establishment advertises for DOLLAR games on EVERY Sunday 6-10 pm, however this week the deal was conveniently invalid and not acceptable because it was "spring break" ... no where were there any signs to explain this "rule". All in All... an awful experience. I usually love this establishment but now Im not sure if Ill be back.

Horrible customer service. My boyfriend called to find out pricing and if they reserve lanes on Saturday nights. The employee told him yes and to call back the week we planned on coming. So my boyfriend calls back and the owner tells him that they dont reserve lanes and that they would see what they can do. So the next day my boyfriend calls back to make sure they would at least give him the price the employee told him and they said that the employee never said that. So they pretty much called my boyfriend a liar and said they were not going to honor any of the prices their employee told us. I hope they can hire employees that can actually do their job and give out correct information to customers.

I came into town from Miami with my family. I stopped in to two other bowling alleys before coming here and left due to the poor customer service. Not only was THIS bowling alley open, but the customer service was incomparable. It turns out the person at the counter just so happened to be the owner as well. His name was Bobby. He was able to guess my shoe size correctly and pretty much waited on my family hand and foot. I told him how great his service was and he gave me three cards for three free games for my family whenever we return. Besides the place being clean, safe, and affordable, Bobby is a great guy! Cant wait to return.

The only place to bowl in Tampa! I chose Pinarama for our company party this year, and the experience exceeded everyones expectations, especially my own. The staff was very friendly and surprisingly accommodating with all of our last minute changes and adding late arrivals to our party. I was also pleasantly surprised to find they have a solid Craft Beer selection...a must when bowling! My overall impression was that Pinarama is one of those rare businesses out there with old-school integrity and a belief in taking care of their customers to forge lasting relationships. I will be back for my birthday in January!

We went as a small group on a Saturday early evening. It was very festive all the areas were nicely lit and very clean. It is a very nice local alley for smaller groups but accomadates easily larger groups and parties. I posted a pic of just one portion of the arcade games available. The easiest way to to get into it is to be traveling north on Dale Mabry and turn right before Gandy into packing or to be heading eastbound on Gandy and turn right into the Chick Filet shop area after Dale Mabry. So if you heading southbound on Dale Mabry turn left on to Gandy then right.

I come here every Friday with my family and sometimes friends. The venue is smaller than most bowling alleys but much more intimate than the chain bowling alleys in Tampa. Service is always great! The lanes are never too oily and the seating is spacious. My friends always enjoy their evening here due to great prices for drinks, food, and great company. Its becoming a tradition for us to come here each week now. I dont have to break my wallet to enjoy a great evening here.

We took our family with young children here to bowl during the day. You can tell it was an older place. The bathrooms were a little dirty and the place wasnt that busy. Overall though it appeared to be well kept. Our children had a great time and the staff was friendly and helpful. He automatic bumpers and the ramps allowed our younger children to bowl and get excited when they knocked down the pins.

So, my family and I came in a couple months ago and have made this place our new family fun place! Every single time we come here we are treated like family! The owner/staff is so friendly and its so clearly authentic! I absolutely love this place! The food is good, the atmosphere is family friendly, also good for a date night! This place has become a new staple for my family!

Had my daughter birthday party here. The place is very clean. The staff was very helpful with all our needs.We had a large party and they were very attentive to us in anything we needed. Great customer service!!!! I would definately revisit again. I recommend anyone doing a party to definately consider this bowling alley by far the best all around in tampa.

Recently took my 5 year old bowling for the first time and we chose this place because it was close by. The man working there was so friendly and very helpful. He seemed very knowledgeable, especially about bowling with kids. The place was very clean and looked well kept.

We take our kids here on weekends, and just had a birthday party for our 6 year old. Could not be happier with the experience. The staff is very accommodating and welcoming, one of the nicest people you meet! All the kids and adults had a very good time!

Great place to roll some balls down a lane to hit some pins. Its a little dated but dont let the hipsters fool ya - bowling is supposed to look like this place, not some fancy disco hall that serves only microbrews. This is the way bowling should be!

The bowling alley, to include bathrooms and eating area, are neat and clean. The staff is very friendly. Food was good and well priced. Also well priced was the bowling itself. Visited here on a Thursday at around 3:00 and it wasnt too busy.

We love this place! It is a perfect spot for a birthday party for any age. The management is incredibly helpful and friendly. I have not experienced customer service like this in a long time.The atmosphere is warm and homey and so much fun!

Just your typical bowling alley... Their prices are actually pretty cheap! Especially on a Sunday morning. I think our group of four got out of there under $20 for one game. I cant speak for the food, drinks, or bathrooms...

What a great place to spend an afternoon or evening with family and friends. The staff old not be friendlier and helpful. They keep this classic bowling center in top notch condition. Dont pass this place up.

Had a couple of Birthday Parties at Pinarama Bowling for my nephews. Staff was great and kids had a great time. Have visited a few time when we were in the mood to Bowl. Love this place.
