Literally the worst experience Ive had at a sporting arena. Bought tickets for the supporter tickets and was told we couldnt sit where we were supposed to because we didnt have membership cards. Had people checking tickets when we got to the line but didnt tell us one of our bags was too big until we reached where we got our tickets scanned. Employees were rude when we informed them we didnt receive any information about what could and could not be taken into the stadium until that point. Although we got In line 30-45 minutes before the game started we could not reach inside the stadium until half an hour after the game started because of poor line management. Several people left the line saying they wouldnt even bother going to the game because of how poorly things were managed and how rude the staff was. Will not be returning to this facility any time soon.

I love it, great design thanks to our wonderful City Council members and probably the greatest Mayor (Buddy Dyer) of all time. This City (Orlando City) has its own identity now. Not just the county seat of the East coast Orange County, Home to Disneyworld and Universal Orlando (just to name a few) but all of the progress taking place means evolution. From construction of hotels, sport venues, residential complexes, infrastructure. You see this one of a kind City evolving into its own metropolis, unlike any other. Hopefully theres a plan to keep it from getting the West coast jinx (i.e. Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Phoenix) with overcrowding and crime. Other than that Im #PROUDORLANDOAN <> #PROUDORLANDONIAN

Unfortunately a terrible experience. While I understand safety. I came in from out of town, purchased ticket from ticketmaster the morning of the game, took an Uber to Stadium only to be denied admission because of my purse. No where on ticketmaster did we see I needed to carry a clear 1gallin bag. We came only to hear our friend sing the national anthem. I did not get to see it. If there is going to be such a policy, then there should be a solution, such as lockers, offered for people like me who may not have been informed of policy. I will never again purchase tickets to an event at this stadium. I can get in to disney world with less hassle.

You would think a brand new stadium would have wi fi completely figured out. The answer is wholeheartedly NO on this place. They have A LOT of room for improvement with regard to technology use and crowd control after the events. The games and the audience are fun, especially in the support section where its all standing room only with cup holders on the arm bars and flags waving everywhere. Smoke inhalation is a concern after each goal, but hey, its for the kids! The GA tickets have vague information on them, so hopefully youll get someone friendly at the gates who will still let you in just like we all did. Overall fun experience in a clean new stadium.

If you want to enter gate b you have to walk to gate a. If you want to enter gate a you have to walk to gate c. Kinda dumb set up with all the barricades around the stadium. Also Gate A does not have metal detectors, you get the wand...but they tell you to leave your phone and whatever else in your pockets on the table, which is behind you. It makes no sense! Once inside the seats are cheap and dont have armrests or cup holders? Seriously, a new stadium with cheap plastic seats, no armrests, and no cup holders. Oh and the roof leaks in spots.

First off.... the entry is ludacris. Entry for gate B is at Gate A... dumb. Then I had to throw away my clutch because it was too big. Its a clutch, no strap. Then online it says smoking area closes at the half, but there actually isnt one and there is no reentry. I dont see too many games in our future. We will watch from home. No need to drive an hour and a half for this.

Such a great stadium to watch soccer. This team has really taken over the heart of central Florida. Be prepared for a sea of purple and a loud crowd cheering on the Lions. The food is great for a sports event. If you are a fan of live soccer, do not hesitate! Totally worth the price of a ticket.

Really well designed stadium, lots of parking options, great location. The atmosphere was really good, the energy from the fans on the wall was fantastic. A little pricey on the ticket, food and beverages, but hey, it was ok. Very entertaining game of football.

State of the art stadium! Those arguing about the "Seating arrangements" at the wall, obviously dont know what general admission means. First come first serve. We waited a long time for this, and finally have one of the best stadiums in the MLS

A very nice stadium with a beautiful open floor plan. Its not so big that you get lost, but not so small youre sitting on peoples laps. Accessing from i4 isnt bad, but the parking situation looks forward to some improvements.

Orlando has been rallying behind soccer for a number of years and the Orlando City Stadium is proof of that support. The stadium delivers fantastic views and allows City fans to be closer and more engaged than ever.

New soccer stadium is great. Space inside for walking and vendors, seats comfortable with drink holders (so they are not on the ground and getting knocked over), and WAY close to the field.

It was okay, but I was slightly offended when I clearly ordered the chicken parm and I received the fettuccine Alfredo (the waiter got tipped a little less for that lol)

LOVE this team and the stadium! Kakà did not score but he should have. Hopefully he can score next time. If they give the ball to KaKà every time it should help.

This place is amazing! The fans and the energy are off the charts. The food is great as well as the selection of beverages. Police presence is on point too.

Fantastic stadium! The atmosphere, the supporters, the noise, and the close view of the pitch make this the intimidating home of the Lions. Go city!

Great experience. Great job with the stadium and not a bad seat. Very crowded at halftime and tvs have delay while waiting in line.
