If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We called about getting tickets to the Kentucky game, for the 4th year in a row. We were told that if my baby sits in my lap that she didnt need a ticket. At the door, with baby in ergo, we were told that she had to have a ticket. We told her that when we called we were told that she didnt need one. The 3 people behind us had small babies/children also and tried to show her the lack of written policy. She wouldnt even talk to us. Margaret pulled us out of line. At that time she took a Kentucky foam finger from my 4 year old. But they gave adults towels to swing around. (Tell me how is that safer?) While we were pulled aside I had my phone/mini tablet in my hand and she knocked it on the ground. I completely think this was on purpose as she never apologized but said it was an accident after I said something about being assulted. She said that she would escort us to the ticket manager but meanwhile they let those behind us with children that didnt have tickets in. Why were we singled out? (Because we were wearing UK colors?) We had to walk to the other side of the arena where Stanley was no help. He said it was the rules for babies to have tickets. Yet when I asked to see it he couldnt show it to me in the notebook he was looking in. He then said he could pull it up online, but to no avail he couldnt produce this proclaimed rule. He raised his voice at me when I told him what Margaret did. There was no mention of foam fingers being prohibited. And he passively called me a liar about Margaret assaulting me, which resulted in my phone being knocked on the ground. Employees, especially managers, should know the rules AND where to find them. I have never been treated so rudely! I will be contacting management soon. Thanks for trying to ruin our familys experience. But it will take more than that, were from Kentucky. GO BIG BLUE!

i went to a recent concert. the seats had very little leg room, im 5;10" and it reminded me of being on a commercial flight. the seating design offers great views for a game, but not as intimate a setting for a show as i thought it would be. i was in section 103 row 18 and i could not make out the faces of anyone on stage, good thing they had screens on either side of the stage otherwise i wouldnt know who i was looking at. i dont know if those screens belonged to the arena or the band playing. sound was only so so, its first and foremost a basketball stadium, so dont expect great acoustics. drink and food was expensive so whats new, parking was $20 another gouge....the stadium parking garage is $12 flat fee, but they open early and fill up quick. with construction in the area, traffic was snarled going in and coming out. the bathrooms were clean, the staff i talked with were friendly, but the event tickets sold online or over the phone were handled by another vendor that charged an extra $30, which burns my butt, but i guess its legal. because of the expense for a venue that isnt acoustically friendly, the extra money they clip you for i can only give it 3 stars

Staff was violent and rude. Escorted me forcefully out of the stadium AND reported me to the police for bringing a small camera to an event. On their website it clearly stated the parameters for a camera and my equipment abided by their rules but for taking a picture a guy came out grabbed my arm and yanked me away. He was yelling, spit on me and was dishonest to the police officer claiming many things that simply werent true. Arena is great, staff is on edge. Will avoid events here in the future. I recommend just driving up to Charlotte instead.

Great venue, seats are spacious and all seemed to have a good view. My only complaint is the liquor sales. We purchased liquor drinks from a room on the edge of the snacks and drinks when we first arrived and had no problem paying and leaving the room. We went back for a second round and were told we couldnt take liquor out of the room. Beer, margaritas, daiquiris, and wine were sold along the walkways, so it didnt make sense that we couldnt take those drinks out as well. Kind of a let down as far as drinks sgo, that could be done better.

The worst staff Ive ever been around. Was here for the FLW Forrest Wood Cup all three days and it was different rules every day. The first day I had no issue taking in my camera bag to take pictures. The second day I got stopped and told I was not allowed to enter with the same camera bag. The third day the lady took my water and m&ms out of my bag. There were no concessions open to get a drink from. Please set the rules and post them to avoid inconvenient happenings the next time.

When I first moved here, concerts every other week..now circus, boat show, give me a break! Broke down and paid $85 to see Van Halen once , then they cancelled...just my luck. How about a weekend of all local bands. Could even make it a benefit, 3 canned goods, 3 clean articles of clothing, something!!! Otherwise, play your precious little basketball games while I move back to Charlotte where there is always SOMETHING to do...

I thought the purpose of handicapped parking was to reduce the amount of distance one has to travel to a building on campus. I had to walk 80 yards with my cane to see my niece graduate today. As a 100% disabled veteran, and a two-time graduate (B.A. & MHR) from USC, I find it incredible that the plans for a parking lot would NOT place handicapped parking at the CLOSEST distance to every building on campus.

Beware their online services. I bought tickets, filled out my home address and they sent the tickets to an address that had to be 10 years old. No forwarding address at that point. I never entered the old address when I ordered the tickets only my new address which coincides with the card I used for payment. Where and why they still had that address I dont know but beware when you use the service.

I have had the privilege of attending both a sporting event and a performance in this facility. The surrounding facility is very well kept. During basketball games, they have both traditional fare as well as Bojangles! Seating is traditional folding stadium seating. Box seats, of course, have more plush seating and are very nice. The staff I have encountered have always been polite and courteous.

경기장좌석이 엄청 많고 경기장 가운데 스크린을 통해 경기를 자세히 볼수 있어서 좋았습니다. 1층에 있는 기념품 샵에는 다양한 2종류의 모자 구매 가능합니다.
