I wanted to have a wonderful experience. When I got to their International Drive location in Orlando Florida, they advertised as low as 20.00 per person. Being that I was born in the area, I wanted to do something that was not regular so I chose an 85.00 natural Florida excursion. I told the representative what I wanted and a very rude young lady advised me that there was a 2 person minimum and I had to wait. I could not believe what I was hearing. I told her that I should go and find something else to do and she responded "thats fine, you can leave". They need to advertise better and know how to treat people....very disappointed. In response to Lubias response. What is not clearly advertised is the 2 person minimum on an explanation board that is very crowded and convoluted. What is not clearly advertised is outside your building when you advertise in big bold letters "AS LOW AS $20" you do not advertise a 2 person minimum. You say that it is an option to purchase a childs ticket and go alone, but who in their right mind would do that? I also feel that you are now discriminating against me as I was a single person on vacation and I didnt have a friend to ride with me. I suggest you alter your advertising, train your staff to not be rude (as this is a common theme on these reviews), and stop making excuses for your companies actions and disguising them as explanations. You will not see me, my friends, family, or associates.

My husband and I were in town celebrating our recent wedding and we went in to purchase tickets at 6:50pm. The gentleman let us know that they would have to refuel but will take us at 7:30 and that was our only option. We arrived with a few minutes to spare and were reminded by the guy at the desk that we would just have to wait for refuel. When we went out to the waiting area we were greeted by Lena and her poor attitude letting us know that there was no way we had a 7:30 flight because thats what time they close. Instead of speaking to the individual who book the flight she decided that she wanted to argue me down about what I was told. Me not being the argumentative type I reiterated what we had been told and advised that she spoke with the attendant. She came back saying we would have to wait another 20 mins and still continuing with the argument and basically accusing me of lying. Sadly we ended up getting a refund and didnt get to take the flight after waiting all day for it. At no time did she apologize for the inconvenience, misunderstnding, or wasting valuable time.

Not able to take reservations. I tried to take my wife on one of their tours as a surprise last year, made the line to pay approximately 1 hour before closing time and when it was my turn to pay , too late they sold the rest of the flights for that night~ highly disappointed my surprise did not work out. One year later again called to make a reservation to confirm I would be able to do this before driving 30 minutes to this location a second time. Young girl on the phone says they do not take reservations , just come by and we can get you on a flight ~ YEAH NO! Explained what happened last year I tried that, she suggested I make the 30 minute drive just to pay for tomorrow - LOL. This place is good for tourist that just happen to be in the area. I reserved with Helitours instead. The online reservation was so simple and I have a confirmation emailed to me. The helicopters also look nicer. Pay a little more for better service if your really interested in doing something like this.

Great experience! We only went there last week and I would say everybody treated us nice, I didnt see anyone being rude to us.I think it depends on your mood and how much youre willing to spend on this treat. We bought their tour 5, which took us over the parks of Disney and some more parks on International Drive. We saw Discovery Cove, some water parks, too. It was a pretty nice trip. The flights were clearly explained on a big board they had, so, we knew what were spending the money on. I think I wanted a longer trip, but for the first time it was long enough. We got a short safety briefing from one of the girls that took us to the helicopter and they also took some pictures of us. The pilot was friendly and he kept pointing at the things we were flying over. I would recommend this experience to anyone that wants to try something different and exciting while vacationing in Orlando and visiting the parks.

One of the highlights of my vacation in Orlando. I was shocked at the low prices of the tour packages available. I had always thought that these tours were too expensive for a 10 minute ride, but I was pleasantly surprised. As with any tourist area, I was expecting the usual sales pitch to sell the most expensive package, but that did not happen. The staff was pleasant and efficient and did not pressure me to buy more than what I wanted. We took package #3, a great value for $45 per person. The pilot was very very good at his job as he could land the R 44 on a dime and be a humorous tour guide at the same time. Upon your return you can view and purchase pictures from your flight. Again, I was expecting to hear an inflated price of more than $100 for the photos and a DVD, but i was wrong. The photo package was about $45, again a good value. Will I use them again? Absolutely! **TIP THEM** They deserve it.

Nice experience but rude personnel I and me husband visited from Argentina and came to Air Florida Saturday last week. The gentelman at the desk looked hispanic, and we asked in spanish. A lady interupts quickly and said "we do not speak spanish here". Ok, so we talk english, no problem. We buy a flight and enjoy. People at the desk in back spoke spanish and were very nice when we got photos. When we leave, we walk by the front desk again - and now the gentelman speaks perfect spanish to another group of people. Excuse me?! The lady smiles sweetly to us and says nothing. Btw, she is manager. I do not expect any US personnel to speak spanish, but IF they are able, it is polite and helpful to explain the differentes options and prices because it is a lot information. So do not expect any friendliness there.

We looked online to decide what helicopter company to go to. Saw the two bad reviews, however when we went to the competition they were hard to get a hold of, their website was down, and they didnt even answer the phone! This company answered the phone and there werent any hidden fees. We paid, and within 3 minutes the helicopter was ready to go. I wouldnt recommend taking the 5 minute tour because that would just be too quick. Ours was 15 minutes across downtown, and it was a great view! Our pilot was very friendly and very informative with the surrounding areas. They even let us take our video camera on the helicopter, and when we got back they had our pictures ready to go. All of our pictures came on a cd and it was reasonably priced. I dont understand the bad reviews because this company was great!
