I had the BEST time at this escape room! Ive been wanting to go to an escape room for so long and we just went on Monday for a private work retreat! We had a blast! I was worried it would be cheesy or really easy and this place really exceeded my expectations! The room was cool...so many clues to find...the puzzles were difficult but not impossible...and surprises galore! It took 8 of us to complete with only 5 minutes to spare! Definitely agree that it would be best to have a group of people you know to go with...Latoya was our room monitor and she was awesome...respectful, professional , and helped us without giving anything away! She was also genuinely happy for us when we solved the puzzles...overall amazing experience and I havent stopped talking about it to family and friends! I hope to go back soon to check out the other rooms!!

I attended a team building even at The Great Escape Room yesterday. I was not sure what to expect but I had heard great things about escape rooms and how much fun they are. My team of 11 was tasked with escaping Sherlock Holmes Library and we had an hour to do so. The experience was awesome! The challenges were difficult and I learned a lot about my team members. We escaped with only a minute and a half remaining on the clock! The experience was great. LaToya, our host, was very engaged and you could tell she really enjoys her role. I would highly recommend The Great Escape Room. We will be going back for sure!

Mason, we had a great experience at the Akron Escape room last evening. We were greeted by two smiling and friendly employees. I was making the arrangements for a grouo of 16 and Roxie was very helpful and accomodating. We all agreed would would have to come back again. Several of us had children ranging in ages from 8-15 and we only wish we could have brougjt them. Im not sure why there is an age 16 age restriction. Escape Room is a great concept! Tiffany Kert

Charles was our "librarian" for our 1st visit. Hes a friendly dude and really helped us understand what to expect. While I highly recommend this experience, get a group together. My wife and I booked this a while ago and a group of 8 booked the remaining slots. We felt a bit alienated. This was not a reflection of the service, but, the other "players" were a bit weird. That said, the production is awesome. Totally worth it.

Went for my friends 22nd birthday party and had a great time! LaToya was so welcoming and friendly, she made the experience better than we could have even imagined. Her attitude was so positive and she was so outgoing, just talking with her honestly made the experience so much more enjoyable. The room (the gameroom) was difficult but fun and we escaped! Definitely a fun experience and would love to go back!!

Our group of five college students had a great time in Moriartys Game Room. We were the first group to take on this challenge and came quite close to escaping. I would highly recommend this escape room series to anyone wishing to experience this type of entertainment. The staff were courteous and the facilities were maintained well. We look forward to visiting again to try our hand at Sherlocks Library!

My group had a great time doing this escape room! It was more challenging than any other one Ive been to. We loved our Game master, LaToya, she was most of the reason we had such a great time! She made us laugh & also made us very curious if we were doing things right or not just by the looks shed give us. If you go, if its possible request for her to be your guide! She wont let you down!

My friends surprised me with a trip to The Great Escape Room for my bachelorette party! The employee who worked with us was LaToya and she was wonderful, especially considering she had to deal with a big group of women (and one man) who were all pretty loud. We had an amazing time and I look forward to coming back!

My brother and I met in Akron for the weekend. We were looking for something fun to do and found the great escape room online. We went and even though we came no where close to escaping we still had a blast thanks in large part to our room monitor Megan. We will definitely be back next time were in Akron.

This was a great way to spend an hour with family. Our guide Mason was fabulous. It was hard but not so hard that you could solve it if you moved efficiently through the room. I recommend going with a larger group because there are a lot of puzzles to solve and small groups can work on a few at a time.

It was so much fun at the escape room. I went there with my girlfriends for my bacherolette party and it was our first time. Everyone was so nice and the room was challenging. Charles was a great host for our room and we would definitely go back again.

We had a fantastic time at the Akron Great Escape Room. We had a large group celebrating a birthday and everyone had a blast. It was definitely challenging but solved it (with the help of some hints) Cant wait to go back and try the other 2 rooms.

We have done many escape rooms. This was was excellent. Well thought out and executed. We made it to the very last step but sadly couldnt escape. Ran out of time. Highly recommend The Presidents Bunker. Our helper Megan was great also.

This was so much fun! The room was so cool and even the waiting room felt like you were in a Sherlock Holmes novel. We will for sure come back and do another challenge. We had 4 people and I think 6-8 would be perfect for a room.
