I sent an form through the contact me portion of the website and never heard anything back. We are extremely disappointed with our trip this year. We went in 2015 and it was wonderful, but this December, our Elf came over and told both of my children that they were on the naughty list (both strive daily to be kind and make good choices and are VERY concerned with their actions) and they were highly upset. Both of my children were in tears, and the Elf got up and walked off. I thought maybe he would come right back and say something like "Oh, my machine is broken, lets try again" (it was an app on his phone that he was entering naughty/nice and then the children put their finger on it to activate) But he never did come back. I spent the next 30 minutes removing all the magic from the trip to my 7 and 10 year old strong believers in Santa and basically had to tell them that it was crap and non of this was real to get them to stop from being upset. They spent the rest of the trip as "Eh" and really didnt enjoy any of it because all of the magic was gone because of our "Elf". The microphone was half broken so the woman telling the story was YELLING it but the microphone would come in and out, so 3 out of 4 of us left with headaches. The people across from us didnt want to move out of the way so my children didnt get to see out the window until half way through I said something again and then my children could sit on each others laps to try and see out the window to the North Pole (no Elf was available to help us solve that situation.) My children were left out of the PJ fashion show, and our side was skipped time and time again when singing carols trying to pass the time to get back to the station. It was really an awful time and I will never spend my money again to go back. Too many things went wrong, and no response from the company to even just say "Sorry."

The whole trip was absolutely magical. The only bummer is that the "North Pole" is only on one side of the train and so the kids on the opposition side are at the mercy of the kids/families who sat on the display side. However, overall I dont know who loved it more, our 3 year old or his parents

The Elves were great and very engaging, BUT Santa actually refused to sign my 6 year old little boys Polar Express book!! He told him to have the elves take care of that. He was devestated And so disappointed. We will never go on this one again.

A lot of fun, for the kids. Do get a sense of how much smaller things were back then. Ultimately you will enjoy because your kids enjoy it. Well run all around.
