This is a horrible place, they do not know ANYTHING about reptiles or fish. All the girls they have that work there just stand around and chat like teenage highschool girls . Been in there once where a couple fish displays had fish eating othet dead fish, with fish carcasses in there too. Another time, over the course of a month, (4 different weekend trips) they had a very sick baby desert horned lizard with way oversized dead crickets each and every time. to top it off his eyes were shut because he was ill yet each time i went in there for the course of 4 weeks nothing had been done, nor changed. They also had their bearded dragons and reptiles on sand with food way to big for babies to even fit in their mouth.my adivce to them, with that many girls working there it shouldint be an issue. Have then learn about animal and be experienced before working in a rather SMALL pet store. Another reason this is unaccepptable. This is for the collier pet supermarket

This place has always rocked, this place has always been a really pet friendly atmosphere Ive always been able to get accurate information when I go there for the most part. It wouldnt hurt if they would make their staff do some classes on medical issues like pet shampoos skin ointments things like that. I always find it useful if someone in customer service can give me truthful and accurate information on my questions. But as far as being there being open and making themselves available to their customers they definitely do and they are seen from the road you cant miss the store. Im grateful that they are less than two blocks from my house.

This might not be all but there are a few employees that if looks could kill I would of been dead a long time ago, it seems like they do not care about their job and just there for a pay check and another thing how professional is it to sit there checking your cell phone at work when there are customers there? Better off going to the pet supermarket on Davis and Collier next to the super walmart.
