I used to hold Shore Lanes in high regard, I used to bowl in leagues there. But the front desk service has gone downhill the last several years. My employer reserved 25 lanes for an event this past weekend. There was not enough front desk staff to tend to customers. Everything that was called to the front desk was told would be a while (except the person that organized, she had no problems). We had a pin in the lane and was told it would be a while...I had to bowl through it to get it off the lane. Luckily we werent bowling for prizes! I heard there were similar complaints. Ive had this type of experience the last several years Ive been in there (which is infrequent). Afterwards, we decided to let the kiddo play in the arcade. When one of the machines ran out of tickets, we were told yet again it would be 15 minutes before anything could be done. Twenty-five minutes later I went back to the desk, waited for all of the customers to clear, and when I approached I got a little snark from the manager. I may have been a little upset (wasn’t howling mad) when I approached him but that’s not how customers are supposed to be treated. I don’t understand why there wasn’t enough staff to cover the front. And no apologies at all from the manager when everything was behind. All he had to do was say, “I’m sorry, I havent forgotten about you - we’re short staffed and working as fast as we can” without the snark.

The bowling center itself is great. since this facility reopened after the fire it has been better and better. All the equipment works great, the staff is helpful and we always have fun. Once bad thing is there are no outside food or drinks and the restaurant is not a good value. The food is a little overpriced because the portions are very small. We ordered the Wisconsin cheese bites appetizer and it was so small it was ridiculous. Other than that this bowling alley is great.

Always a fantastic place to bowl, but their food counter sucks :/ the food isnt bad, its the service, and prices. Their wings are almost $1 per wing, and take 20 minutes to make. They dont greet you with a smile, and theyre not very friendly. You can just look at them and tell they dont want to be there. Which is horrible in customer service. If the food was made in a reasonable amount of time, and they smiled more, youd have more people coming back for more!

Bowling alley is awesome, but the restaurant sucks and has ruined so much about this place. DONT give them your debit/credit card Ive seen on multiple occasions customers cards just sitting on the bar counter or unattended on waitress trays on the counter (for longer than 5 minutes). Ive also had an extra charge on my card in the past....so cash is your best bet

We have been bowling and played the games in the play area with the kids. We went to the lounge on New Years Eve and had a very good time! We went there during Halloween in costume and there was a wonderful contest where they voted on everyones outfit. Prizes and good cheer was a great experience.

Amazing and fun for family and couples in love. The staff was very attentive to all aspects of our visit from making the perfect drinks to helping with a wardrobe malfunction. Thank you thank you sooo very much we will visit again!!!!!! I reccomend this to anyone of any age was sooo much fun!!!

Great for the family. They have leagues at some point every day but we never have trouble snagging a lane. The kids bowl free program over the summer has us hooked. This facility is clean and nicely appointed. I cannot wait for the spare time bar and grill to open this spring.

Rather impressed with this full service bowling alley. 40 lanes of fun with automatic pop-up bumpers for the kids. A small arcade and full service sports bar with decent bar fare...not sure you can ask for much more. Plus, this place offers some pretty good specials.

It is very clean! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The shoes and ball rentals are descent. The tables and lanes are nice. The only thing that needs to improve is the food and the concession service. A great place for all ages to have fun!

I bowl on monday nights here. Its always a good time and everyone is very nice. Id definitely tell my bowling friends to stop by and they have a new bar opening up soon! Its huge and very very nice :D

We had a work party here, and it was so much fun! The staff is nice and helpful. I didnt give it 5 stars because our lane was slippery where it should not have been. I took a bad fall because of it.
