Okay look. I used to work here years ago teaching swimming lessons. I now have two kids of my own. One of them is 16 months old and has a pimp blue floaty thingy. So my 9 year old daughter wanted to go to the deep end to practice swimming. So we thought hey why not lets ALL go to the deep end and play as a family. Well apparently as we were minding our own business and one lifeguard but blowing his whistle like it owed him money I looked up to see what got into that guy. Turns out he was blowing it at me. And I was told that life jackets were not allowed in the deep end... To which I replied with "what do you mean?". Apparently life jackets are not allowed. I finally asked if I took it off would it be fine. He said yes. So I was holding my 16 month old without a life jacket in 56" water. Well it rubbed me and my wife the wrong way. It doesnt make any sense. If you dont want kids in the deep end totally get it. But no life jackets. Like you are only allowed to wear them where you cant drown. The places you can drown and die you cant wear something to save a life. Best part was about 5 minutes after that another father and his baby came into the deep end. Whistles were blown and we whispered to him the no life jacket policy. Well needless to say he was a 8yr marine rescue diver and had a few words with the 15yr old lifeguard. :) it was awesome. Turtle Splash your rules are dumb. Food is gross but your only saving grace is that there is a lot to do here for the kids.

I was visited on 7/15/17 and found this park management have some issue regarding the clothes so if you are muslim then DONT TRY TO VISIT. Our sisters not wearing swiming suite and also they are not swiming and diving in the water in public area they just come for kids to enjoy them. So my sisters was just standing at the corner and watching kids but she wear full dress as usually muslim women does. so one lady manager came and said u should not standard in the water even at the corner with full suite. and she had lot of arguments and I asked here gave me one single reason why we should not stand at the corner of the pool in the water but she said it is our policy I told her your policy for swiming and our sisters were not swiming. I am considering and discussing with my family to FILE a LAW SUIT against the park management. We are resident of West Chicage since 10 years and we did not visit first time but dont know what happened with this time with management.

I had my sons birthday party there today. The park was really nice. It has a variety of water levels. There were also mini versions on the slides for the smaller kids which was awesome. My host for my party was super awesome. She was very conversational and devoted to our needs. Not like other places where you get that vibe that they have other things to do. She sat in with us and kept me informed on not just the restrictions of my package but other options that could benefit us. The pizza was complimented on by many of my guests. My only problem was that it was a birthday party package but we couldnt bring a cake nor did they offer cake. Nothing of the package is birthday package(ish) no balloons, no colored paper products, no table cloths, goodie bags. You have to bring your own decorations, but nothing edible can come into the park. Everything else was great. We had a great time.

This place is amazing from start to finish. Water park is very clean. The staff is extremely friendly. The lifeguards are very courteous and child friendly. There is so much to do for little kids it was very very comforting. I thought that the concession stand was very fairly priced. A separate birthday area was a very nice touch. It had the feel of major water park in every way. Pricing for childrens parties is very reasonable. We have a 5 year old and 7 year old and I mention this because at some water parks my children are not tall enough... every ride at this water park my children could participate.

I took my 9 and 6 year old boys yesterday evening. THEY HAD A BLAST!! there were plenty of things for both of them to do and there were lots of life guards on duty so i felt very at ease letting them play :) we were only there for a short time, but it wore them out so much that they were both sleeping within 2 minutes of getting in the car to go home :D love love LOVE this place and even though we are not residents and have to drive a bit to get here, we will definitely be returning! <3 <3

Its a wonderful place for the family, very clean and excellent staff. The price is very inexpensive and very affordable. A wonderful place to spend a full day. Its just awesome and fun. I love this place.

This is a great place for the people of West Chicago every time I go here I always see my friends from school is an awesome place!!! The only thing they should add is a diving board.

Its so fun I wish I could live there cant wait to go aging I feel save to because theres a lot of lifeguard almost everywhere around the pool the guards are so trained very good

Clean pool, toddler friendly. Deeper pool and water slide for older kids and adults. Frequent pool breaks however.

This place Sucks. A little girl was in pain and you did not shut down the park or at least shut down that slide.

Turtle Splash is great for toddlers. My 3 year old totally enjoyed himself. Well definitely be back soon!
