Normally I dont place a review unless I have a strong opinion on the place. My experience was poor. A lady there was cursing at us & going & getting our balls bc they got stuck in the gutter. Now keep in mind that this wasnt our fault. The lanes are crap & need repairs as well as the whole place in general. I particularly do not like the open bar. Much older men were flirting with us & yelling rasict slurs about African Americans, telling us that we were "acting" like them. I will not be coming back & I will be putting in a bad review to my friends. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

First off, the woman at the counter was extremely rude with us throughout our time their for no reason. Secondly, after almost every turn the ball was getting stuck at the return and took like 10 minutes to correct itself. Lastly what made me the most mad was at the conclusion of our final game, the lane shuts down completely without returning my ball to me (its my own custom ball) and the only thing that woman could say was, "thats weird, I dont know why it did that." I was never happier to leave a sad excuse of a bowling alley. AMF Lanes in Canton on W Tusc Ave is still my favorite.

Lady at front desk was very rude and impatient. Me and my group of friends got there at 10:15pm, they closed at 1am, we paid for 2 hours of bowling, at midnight, we still had 15 minutes left of bowling and she cut us off and said that we were done. We wanted to stay and bowl a little more, since they closed at 1am, but she kicked us out, because there was no one else there, she just wanted to leave instead of staying open till 1. Very disappointed in the service, and very rude of her to push us out before closing.

What did I like about it? Not much, rude customer service and attitudes. Refused to let us play another game because it would end 5 minutes after closing. Watched them move customers to other lanes so they could speed up the hours to get out on time. Next time I will to spend the extra money to drive to a better alley. Save your money.

The inside is cozy but clean . Only about 20 lanes or so. There were plenty of balls and even tho the shoes were broken in We had a good bowling experience. The personnel at the desk could use a bit of attitude improvement. Guess its not the Ritz Carlton Plenty of kids & seemed very family friendly

Playing bowling there was a lot of fun. The lanes were awesome the staff are very friendly and very helpful. This place has a good selection of bowling balls to choose from. I cant wait till I come back to this place, because coming here makes me want to bowl again!

They were rude and cussed at us and they shut our game off when we didnt finish and the lady talked crap about us and the ball got stuck and she gave us an attitude and said "damn cant you just follow the rules"

If somebody really likes to hang out with a bunch of trailer trash than id definitely go to this place. Everybody who was there including the desk clerk were snobbish and disrespectful.
