I tried setting up a private area with the cordinater but was told its first come first serve. So I tried calling the next day to see if things would change but they didnt. So I gave up on that. So on Saturday we go in anyways we decide to eat be for bowling we had our reservation to eat at least. We sit down order drinks and food but we waited over an hour and a half. Spoke to the manager a few times to see whats going on with our food all the while our server is nowhere to be found and our buzzer for bowling goes off multiple times. So after a bit more waiting we get our food we were not happy due to the wait. All we received was an apology....no discount or compensation for the exsesive wait. So we payed just to try to enjoy the rest of the night. We get to the counter to get our lane to bowl and get told we have to wait because they gave our lane away because we took too long. All the while the manager who spoke with us was right there and again I spoke with him to help us out because it wasnt our fault we were waiting a long time as it is. Again manager apologized and we waited again....mind you none of us were happy at this point and we were a group of 8. When we finally got out lane we bowled and left having enough of the lack of service and consideration. Fyi WE WERE HAVING A BACHELOR PARTY Im the best man trying to give my best friend who is getting married a fun night with the guys. Thank you Kings for ruining that.

I just visited Kings last weekend while on a girls trip to Orlando for the 4th. We stayed at the Peabody (which is incredibly nice, I would highly recommend staying there) and asked the valet where to go for some fun during the afternoon rain. Both Valets recommended Kings! Upon arrival at Kings, we were greeted by a nice young man who asked what we would be interested in. He explained that we could eat, bowl and drink all at our lane! We sat on one lane together (there were 5 of us) and were met at the lane by our server who helped put our names in the scoring system. She then made a few drink recommendations. 3 girls got a pitcher of Stella, 1 got a Captain and coke and I tried the suggested Daddy-O. Holy cow it was delicious! I love gin and this hit the spot! We then started with the homemade guac and mango salsa. It was so fresh and the spiced chips were great! My friend and I then split the steak tip sandwich with fries. The tips were cooked to a perfect medium rare and very tender. We skipped the suggested big ball sundae, but did split a few milkshakes which we were offered to take to-go. I asked for a classic Black and White milkshake, and it came out perfectly! Our server (Kayla) was incredibly helpful the entire time and invited us back on our next visit into town. After an amazing afternoon at Kings, I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Ill be visiting there every time I come to Orlando for sure!

Visited on a Friday evening for a 10-person birthday party at 6:30pm. The restaurant area was pretty empty, with only another table seated near us, as most customers were already in the bowling area. After we all ordered food and drinks, we sat and talked. So far so good. Well, the dining experience turned out terrible. Out of 10 orders, only 4 were correct. And the other 6 werent simple mistakes like the wrong side item, they were the completely incorrect entree. So we requested a manager, who came by but never spoke to anyone at the table directly. He spoke only with the server, then disappeared to apparently resolve the situation. Well another 15 minutes passes, and the server comes back with more food...THE EXACT SAME WRONG DISHES! It is now an hour, and more than half our party has received two incorrect orders. All the while, the rest of us were unable to get any drinks, or even water, because the server was too busy trying to fix the food. By the time the third round of food came out, it was past 8pm. The server was apologetic, but no one else ever bothered to reach out. In the end, we all received a card for a free game of bowling, but no comped meals, which is pretty paltry in my opinion. The bowling was pretty standard...nothing special, but at $7/game, is far from cheap. I have no plans to ever return to Kings Bowl, and recommend you stay away from eating here.

For a bowling alley they dont do a good job catering to bowlers. If you are looking to bowl, a real bowling alley is going to be a better choice. Here is the breakdown of what to expect: If you use bowling lingo, the staff will have no idea what you are talking about. I have walked in and told the lady behind the counter that I wanted to roll a set, to which she replied, How many games do you want to play? Another time I needed a score change from a 9 to a strike and had to wait 15 minutes resulting in moving me to another lane. I have my own shoes and ball, and after talking to two managers it was ok for me to use them on their lanes and not the house stuff. I guess they didnt know that some people own their own gear. At night, the VIP bowling areas are normally filled with drunk 20 something year olds hooting and hollering and yelling at their dead relatives, while the girls in their party can be found dancing and falling down on the approach areas. I tried to make a lane reservation for my friends one night and was told that they dont make reservations for lanes but I could make a reservation in the lounge, everyone in my party had to order a dinner, then I would be put on priority. WTF is that about? All in all, the place is stupid clean and the staff are very nice, altho none have any business working in a bowling alley.

I dont know if they were just having a bad night, but the service we recieved last night was by far the worse. The waitress left all of our dirty dishes in front of us and didnt even take our menus, which stayed on the tables until we got up. The waitress kept forgetting our drinks and at the end none of our checks were missing items, she was lucky we were honest and told her what we had eaten. My friend food came out wrong and by the time she got it, we had already completed our meals. We were given a buzzer to alert us when our lane was open. The waitress then told us, they are waiting for us and our lane was ready even though it did not buzz. We left our table and went to the counter where they told us that the lane wasnt ready and we had to sit at bench and wait instead of at the table like we thought we could. When we got to our lane, another waiter came to get our drink orders, we waited 10-15 minutes before he came back to tell us that our drinks could not be made and if we wanted something different. Two of us choose not to get a drink and the third order but never received her drink. By then we were really upset. On a good note the food was good and the lanes and shoes well maintained. Hope it is better the next time we go, if we go
