I just wanted to say that I absolutely love Wabash Lanes the staff is very professional and accommodating. We spend every Friday and Saturday night there. I just so happened to be there the night Kristina Knotts was there just two lanes down from her and her family. Im not quite sure how you expect a problem or an issue to be resolved when you were yelling from the lane to the desk to try and get your problem resolved while the lady working the desk was busy trying to take care of other customers that were patiently waiting their turn. Your family was very rude and obnoxious acting like you were the only ones in the bowling alley that mattered that very busy evening. Yes occasionally a lane will malfunction but that is a part of life. The staff was working hard to fix the machine and when they finally had lanes open they offered to move you. I just cant believe you would be so low to make a public post trying to bash a great area business when in reality you were the ones that made my experience that night a poor one. For anyone else looking for a great way to spend your evening head over to Wabash Lanes. It is a very clean facility with great staff and even better food.

Wabash lanes has been a great asset to our area. The family that owns it lives locally and has donated thousands of dollars and uncounted hours to help our local schools start and develop a high school bowling program. They always look for ways to make the customer experience enjoyable. They have thought "outside the box", looking for ways to promote the sport of bowling, which has not been done in this area for years. Anyone who would give this establishment a bad review certainly has a limited view of what has been going on. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, WABASH LANES. YOU ARE DEFINITELY APPRECIATED!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. LANE DID NOT WORK PINS NEVER SET UP SCORE WAS NOT CORRECTED, WENT TO THE DESK PROBABLY 10 TIMES. THE LADY WORKING WAS SO RUDE NEVER OFFERED TO COMPENSATE THE HEADACHE ONLY OFFERED TO MOVE US FINALLY AFTER WASTING A COMPLETE GAME. AS A FAMILY RUN BUSINESS IM SURE THE SHANKLINS WOULD NOT LIKE TREATED LIKE THAT. GET OFF YOUR GREEDY BUTTS & DO SOMETHING RIGHT.
