5 star bowling. 1 star kitchen. Our family loves bowling and we used to have all of our kids parties here in addition to taking our visitors. Since I am a foodie, the food used to make my day. The HAD an extensive menu and Dan was the the coolest guy. They have a new chef. We usually go on Sunday afternoons as a family. Hubby does boys night on Tues, nights. Front desk: You might have to look for someone, but they will come fast. (I had to ask at the bar) $10 for 3 games plus shoes are a great way to spend a few hours on Sunday. Not happy with the kitchen service, it was amazing up until last year. The menu diminished each time and unfortunately, the lady behind the counter there now is not nice at all. Sorry, she is a deal breaker. (we no longer have birthday parties here) Beyond crabby, I nixed ordering food and jut bought our pitchers at the bar. Amazing bartender (drinks & service). They have a really awesome deck area I didnt get to try out, but will do so. Order your food before you do anything else, since it will take over 20 minute for just fries. Aside from the food, please come here for a nice game of bowling, a drink at the bar or a game of pool. I heard they have great deals on Tuesday nights. Please get a different person to run the kitchen, it might make a big (better ) difference.

It looks like a nice place, but once you get into the place this is going to be the WORST SERVICE of your life... I had an awesome trip in Orlando with friends until i know the "Manager", "Employee" or whatever is he called. First we waited for that guy for at least 15 minutes to be served, there was a line open but of course, it was broken. when i asked to play 4 people the guy said "2 hours" with a face of "GET OUT OF HERE" I cant understand how the only person working in that place is that AS&%#LE. We just waited for 10 minutes and there was like 3 lines open, so the "2 hours" was a great calculation from the awesome guy who serves the place. We ended up playing, after that guy threw us the shoes, as if we were dogs. At the second round the machine went crazy and we asked the guy just to fix the wrong scores. Imagine the answer of the "Manager" who had been working there for 20 years and the machines NEVER make mistakes, of course we ended up asking for our money back... Do not waste your time going there, if you want to have a good time.

So i came here with my church youth group tonight and i had the worst experiance ever . im a league bowler in various other alleys. And this has been the worst of them all. First i paid for a lane and told the receptionist that i was waiting on 15 teens on there way . i was told it was ok no problem. So i played one game waiting for the youth to arrive . i then ask him so i can add them as the arrived and was told oh you can only add 4 and you already have 4 which is a total of eight. Meanwhile i have about 18. Then the other lanes next to us which were ours also were then rented under us knowing we had more coming . so i have 18 teens waiting to play . the receptionist then gave my wife and i an attitude not willing to help or offer suggestions not caring for the over 250 dollars i was coughin up total disgrace to the bowling community and dont get me started on food . given wrong order and food was horrible and cold overall will never step foot in such a place as this one . never again.

I stopped by Three Point today. I t was going to be a total party of 14 people for a twelve year olds birthday. But as I sat in the parking lot a staff member or manager walked out to me and ask if he could help me. I could already tell he just wanted me to leave. My reply was I am waiting on my wife. As soon as I got those words out of my mouth. He said we dont want people in the parking lot . You have 5 mins then I am calling the police. At that point he turned and walked away. I never got to tell finish my sentence of I am waiting on my wife so we can go in . She got rear-ended done the road and is waiting for the police to finish up the paperwork. The we will be inside. On of the most rude people and places. I have ever been to I guess a place can really cange in 2 years.

Ive been going to this bowling alley since the early 90s and couldnt disagree with Ari more. Granted, this place has been here B4 all the runaway growth started when there nothing but it, all the nurseries and Royalty Foods (RIP). Soooo, your going to have a little push back from the local gentry if ya show in yer Lexis hybrid, sporting new Chinos and freshly cropped goatee. THIS IS A FADED DENIM PLACE and is what I would call a "Locals Only" establishment... So when your in Rome, do as the Romans do and if want Disney style sweetness and light, go to Sandlake Rd. or Dr. Phllips Blvd. So if yer up for the challenge, this is a place that takes awhile for the Local Yokels to take a shine to you... and then only maybe.

A bold middle age guy, I assume is the manager, kick us out, a group of 9 people, just because one of us had an International Id, which she was able to buy "beer" at this establishment, he said that it must be a fl ID. We where buying food, drinks and spending money at pool table. This is no way to tread customers, we will definitely not be comig back to this place, he didnt care about lossing bussines. This is Orlando, the capital of U.S. for tourism, I dont think this is way customer should be treated, specially after we buy alcohol and the bartenders were Ok with this foreing ID.

I found this alley by accident so I decided to check it out. I was pleasantly surprised. Even though it is a smaller alley it was very clean and had a few options of entertainment for all ages. My only complaint was mentioned in an earlier posting. Way too many of the bowling balls did have nicks in the finger holes and the selection was below par. Perhaps this is due to the recent remodeling. However, they are the foundation of the game and therefore should be in better condition. However, if you have your own ball I think you will find this place enjoyable for this side of town.

Came in with a party of about 10 people and old lady that was working in the kitchen was very rude and refused to serve us after we wanted to order more food a second time, she said the kitchen was closed but she was taking other peoples order after us, later on that night I ask to buy 2 bottles of water and she said go drink out the fountain, wtf is her problem? Either do your job or dont work at a position that deal with customers. We will not be returning for that reason. Other then that everything else was great!
