Good mix of free weights and machines in bright, airy facility. Nice variety of classes offered at a range of times during the week. Open gym available for basketball, badminton. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Clean locker rooms, showers. Steam rooms. Competitive pricing.

Came here to see what I could do during these winter months. They have a great fitness center, indoor walking track. They even offer a free pass just to see if Ill like it. Friendly staff and very clean.

Great place to exercise and enjoy the view out the windows on the the parks around it. Kept clean and very well friendly staff. Great for basketball.
