I have been going to this theater for over 10 years and it usually is okay but lately there is a rising concern over unsupervised teenagers that is beginning to become a problem. They(the teens) are letting multiple friends or other teens in through the back safety exit doors while the movie is playing. They are getting up and walking around in circles while the movie is playing. They are also talking loudly on their phones while the movie is playing and talking loudly to each other not regarding the movie. It is so disruptive to others around as i observed others were witnessing and being affected by their behavior. They were all together as they talked to one another and sat with each other. At one point some sat still stating they did not want to get kicked out of the movie. Not one employee came through while the movie was playing to ensure that things were running smoothly in this particular room. At the end of the movie i did proceed to see an officer at the bottom watching while we all left the theater. My husband and i were the last to leave and i commented to the officer that the teens had been coming in through the back and being disruptive and his response was, " i know but i am only one." I then proceeded to speak with the manager who i see there working hard all the time for many years and i explained what happened and he said they try but there are just too many teens doing the same thing that they cant be at all the doors. I understand all of this but i dont think its fair that i pay money and cant really enjoy the movie. Where are these kids parents and what are they teaching them as the misbehave so rude and like they are the only ones in the theater or watching the movie at home. There will always be chatter or side comments during a movie but pure disrespect and obnoxiousness is just not cool. I may have to switch and pay more at the Cine-bistro and know that i will not have to deal with this unruly behavior that is just unacceptable. I know they are just kids and they want to have fun but lets behave in a theater. so everyone can enjoy the movie they paid to see. I will think hard before again and will try alternatives. That how bad of an experience it was. Management will have to work better and keeping some of these issues at bay.

Usually dont have any problems with this theater, but in my most recent visit, the auditorium was dirty and stinky with a large, clearly visible stain on the screen. After speaking with the manager(?), we were given tickets to see the same movie in a different auditorium at a slightly later time. When we went to the other auditorium, it was cleaner, but our 3D movie was being shown on a 2D projector. (according to management [ yes, I had to complain AGAIN. ]) We were told the situation would be resolved, but it wasnt. The whole movie played thru in 2D and no one even came to apologize or fix the problem. Quite frankly, its just worth the extra money to go to another (better) theater in a different part of Miami. :/

My sister and I were watching a movie and as we are watching the movie, two roaches apparently joined us by climbing on the wall (we sat in the back right next to the wall). So we tried to ignore and continue watching the movie because I was too lazy to move. However, another roach joined in. It was disgusting (thankfully we didnt buy food there). Apparently, the manager said theater 10 is the only theater room with this problem. I took a picture of one of the small roaches there so be careful when eating and planning on watching a movie there. I would advise going to AMC movie theater. If i wanted to watch roaches unite I wouldnt mind but that wasnt the purpose of me coming to the movie theater. Disgusting

I have been coming to this theater since they opened about 10 years ago. Its never overcrowded(unless its a big movie on the first day), the seats are comfortable and all the different rooms are roomy and have great image and sound. The concession stand is not at the level of the movie places at the malls but in my opinion its good enough for a theater. Good to mention that i go to the movies to watch and enjoy the movies and not to talk, text, eat or drink. If you like to enjoy a movie without kids kicking your seat and eating on top of your head and bothered with smartphones screens this is the place. There is always plenty of parking.

This place can get packed easy on big blockbuster weekend events after 5pm, for some reason gets super crowed outside, which would be fine if a cop wouldnt be the on high vigilance (cop lights flashing like something bad happened) other than that recommended if you go on a odd time and day they seem to have frozen foods that if youre not careful can destroy your stomach. I can assume its drawn big groups compared to the family groups, and when its the other way around expect kids crying through your movie experience. Nice and fair service employees say hi and bye and direct to the appropriate theater room.

I come here because the ticket prices are more affordable. Its not as nice as Ipic or Aventura, but movies shouldnt cost to $50 for a family to enjoy, so this place is always my first choice. The staff is Ok, mainly young kids, but the management staff is always available, not as approachable though. They have a pretty decent concession stand with youre basic options, and some extra options like loaded nachos, chicken tenders, sweet potato fries, and funnel cakes. They also have some arcade game area. Cobb 18 isnt fancy, but its a great place to take the family

Economy movie theater that gives you high quality at lower prices. The place is very big with all the amenities of more expensive options. The consessions have good variety. The auditorium s are very big and seats are clean and comfortable. The crowd is mixed. Sometimes is pretty good and other times it might be a little rough. Parking is abundant. I like to go during the day as it is usually empty and less hectic. However, for a movie night date go to other theaters at better locations.

Great location, everything clean and the comfort in the theater was great also. But I think a business is defined by the service it provides and the people working in the candy store have no idea how to treat with customers. They were standing in front of my wife and I speaking and didnt care to ask us what did we need. after we ordered, it took about 3 minutes just to give us 2 large sodas and 1 popcorn.

Its convenient for me as it is close to home, staff is very cordial, ticket price is decent but food is quite expensive, the theaters are ok, seats are comfortable but patrons dont help, sadly some of them eat like pigs, they leave a mess for the staff to clean up, not the theaters fault; it may not be a state of the art ultra modern place or bistro but its cozy and the popcorn is delicious
