Let me start with you really need to read between the lines before giving them your card. First off. Its $4 PER PERSON PER GAME for shoes plus $5 PER PERSON PER GAME. It is not a one time fee for your shoes which isnt written anywhere. I have NEVER been to a bowling ally that charges the shoe price per game. Dont know how to work the bowling computer?? too bad! We accidentally didnt hit start game after we put in all our names, rolled 4 balls before noticing it wasnt keeping score. We had a friend that was on her way and bowled a few balls for her during the first game, she ended up not showing up which was totally fine. I went up to the front desk and kindly asked she be taken off BEFORE we started the second. They did and everything was fine. We only played 2 games each, there were 4 of us. Didnt think anything of it until we went up to pay and they told us how many games we did. It should have been 9 games. 9 games because yes we did bowl a full game for our friend thinking she would show up. But they insisted we played 10 games each. Come to find out THEY CHARGED US PER BALL WE THREW BEFORE STARTING THE Game when we were struggling. Ridiculous. They brought the manager over and she was beyond rude and snappy and just plan unhappy. I gave up and paid $50. If you look at their princes that doesnt add up until WAIT FOR IT you read between the lines. Never will we go back there, worst experience. If I could give no star I would.

Go here if you want to get ripped off!!! my kids and I tried to have some fun and the lady said the games were 5 dollars plus shoe rental sounds reasonable. We paid for ONE game so I thought when we turned in our shoes and asked for a receipt the lady said she couldnt provide me with one. Thinking its not a big deal I checked my bank account the next day and for ONE game and 3 shoe rentals she charged my card for 47 dollars!!! No wonder they want to keep credit cards on file and not give you a receipt for what youre actually paying for I will never give my business here again!!!

I would say this is a great place, however it seems under staffed. We had to wait for the manager to help us get shoes also grab us drinks, and food. She is amazing, and the only reason Im giving 3 stars at all. Now the arcade games are a decent selection. We just had to wait too long for our Veteran Roofing employee event to get started. The bathrooms are a bit weird, because they are remodeling half of them. I would go back, because the wings were great, what little staff they had was helpful, and it was not as crowded as the other places in the area.

We used a Groupon which made it a good deal. The lanes were decent. But when my son went to ask if we could have a picture of water, instead of a simple yes or no, the lady (Catherine I believe) snapped at him with a rude comment, and then gave him the water. Later when my daughter asked if they could fill it back up, she grabbed it impatiently with a grunt, filled it up, and slammed it down. How about treating your customers, and their kids, with some basic decency and respect? Again, a simple yes or no would be fine, without all the drama.

This place was just aweful! When we first came in they said it was $5 per person plus $4 for the shoes. When we were done playing two games our bill was over $90 for just 4 people! Ridiculous! They didnt tell us that they charge us for our shoes per game as well. It was over price and the manger and the staff was rude! That was the worst experience I ever had. I would not recommend to go here. Worst place ever!

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly when I went for open bowling. League nights could be improved by fixing the mens room on the south side that has been flooded and out of service for the first four weeks of our league. Also there are not enough tables to for all league bowlers and we have had no place to set our drinks or sit between frames for two of the four weeks.

The lane worked only half the time. Would have been better off with pencil and paper. Place was a mess with very few staff working. I think I noticed 3 staff the entire time. Seems a bit run down. Took 15 minutes for my brother to get a beer.... Youd be better off sticking it out with the Wii on a rainy day...

Went to have a good family night.My daughters first time bowling.Really had a great time,even my husband was really happy theres pool tables,good food and really friendly staff the only thing is the wait time other than that really enjoyed our family night.

Lanes kept breaking (machines not working), nobody to help fix them which meant tons of down time waiting. Seemed very under staffed, took 14 minutes to get 1 pitcher of beer, without anyone ordering in front of us at the bar line.

A couple things could be improved upon, such as cleanliness of the place, but nothing is bad. Staff is nice, good prices, fun bowling center overall. Had never been and now a preferred alternative to some other places.

We had our 10 yr old daughters birthday party here and what a blast!!! The price was reasonable and the food is Great!! They have a full bar for the adults and the service is Fabulous. Thanks for such a great time!

Seriously go to a different bowling alley. The staff is rude, the service is horrendous, and everything is extremely over priced. If you come here after reading this review, you get what you deserve

This place sucked ass. They told us that it would be 5 dollars per game. At the end the to told us that the total was 100 dollars for four games. They scammed us. Never go here at all.

Great place to roll a few games. Staff is laid back and great to deal with (especially Cathy). The summer pass is a great deal $27 gets you 3 games a day including shoes. Cant beat it.

Not a regular bowling person... but this place was FUN!! Pretty clean, comfortable/well-cared-for shoes, bowling balls, really a nice crowd. Look forward to going again!

Old house. Many mechanical lane issues, toilets on one end out for weeks, balls get marred a lot in returns. AMF needs to put some dollars into it. Courteous personnel.

Says theyre open at nine. Well we went at 1030, doors locked tight. The sign on the door says noon. Someone needs to match up the times

Great place to bowl. They have all sorts of specials for almost every day of the week. Good place to kick it with the guys.
