I arrived with my son at boomers in Ontario. We were at the batting cages around 730 after waiting five minutes with no one around I decided to call the manager, Jay answered, I had mentioned that I was waiting for quite some time, she then interrupted to tell me she just left five minutes ago and shut the gate. I then told her the gate was open and she cut me off again saying that she made a manager decision to shut it down due to the token machine not working. I told her she should have put a sign up to avoid people standing there and wasting time. Then Jay tells me shes sorry for the person that left didnt leave a sign I then cut her off and said you were the one that just told me you made the manager decision close the gate, and i proceeded to let her know I thought she was very unprofessional for not only putting up the sign but also lying to me. She then hung up the phone on me. My son is six and I was eight when I started going there, I expected A lot nicer management especially dealing with kids. Boomers you have a big issue that needs to be taken care of. I will be going to scandia.

Been coming here for 10 years nothing has changed ,which is not a good thing ... the cosmic golf is still fun so are the go-karts, it is in my opinion a bit overpriced and I say this because we pay for the arcade and theres always games that dont work or if they do work they dont work properly like the basketball game for example you get the balls back but you cant see your score, the mini bowling is fun but usually theres like one lane that doesnt work. Plus a lot of these games are really outdated. And theres certain spots where the arcade is that smells like mold I looked up at the ceiling and I can see that theres water damage and also that water leaks through the AC vents so Im guessing thats probably why we have that humid/muggy smell. If everything worked properly I wouldnt have a problem paying what they charge. In all honesty they should really remodel the whole place, and not just paint and flooring.

This place is out dated, has no A/C, and is honestly over priced for the services they provide. The manager on duty last night was rude and looked like a child so im not even sure if she was really a manager. (Not to mention the bathroom was out of service) Customer service was very mediocre and bottom line for what your going to spend here your better off getting a yearly pass to Universal Studios. It will cost about the same but youll get more bang for your buck at Universal. Visited this place last night, and seriously doubt I will ever go back.

Needed to get food for the kids and they only had corn dogs at the snack bar, and the served them to us FROZEN. Asked to speak to the manager only to be told she was busy. Finally tracked her down and got a refund. We tried to get drinks from the vending machines and the were not working and had no signs the were out of order. When we finally got up to pay for mini golf they were out of balls and clubs so we had to wait for the the manager to go get them out of the 19th hole. Not sure if we will be going back if we want to have fun.

Its very small, very run down, and very pricy in my opinion. The indoor arcade seemed to be half filled with broken machines. The outdoor attractions are underwhelming. I cant speak to the mini golf courses, but the indoor arcade smells like mildew because of the mini golf water displays. The staff was very friendly, and when one of the games ate our credits, she was quick to correct the issue. Overall Ill be avoiding this place until it is remodeled, however, the staff was very friendly.

Really nice time with the family, but all 3 of the employees in the little ones section had horrible customer service. They were all caught up in their gossip and looked annoyed (it was not even crowded the day I went). One of the girls was even giving other girls dirty looks and talking badly about their appearance, (which is something as an associate, they shouldnt be concerned about). That ruined my outlook on the place.

I came here a day before Easter with my boyfriend and at first I was a little sceptical about going because I had seen a bunch of little kids running around, but Im glad we ended up going because I had a blast. The thing I didnt like though was that a lot of games were not in service and I couldnt drive the go carts by myself because of my sandals. Management was a great help. Planning to go back soon.

Where should I start, the place is smelly,the games are old and dont work for sh@#, the cosmic golf cost $10 and is a joke, and the prizes that you can buy with your tickets are the biggest joke of all, THEY SUCK and they cost 5000 tickets for a small little speaker.Then if you want to use the bumper cars it cost an additional $10. The kids seem to like it somewhat except for all the broken games

Interesting place. Been there for few birthdays and first time all rides were available. The rides are carnival like. The go carts are crazy fun. Miniature golf indoors and outside. Miniature bowling and tons of video games. Now we would not come here and pay,sorry,not worth that but great for bday. Food was kids fashionable pizza and non hot wings. Not great tasting sort of microwaved.

Came here to get out of the Heat, and instead by myself in the swamp. They run the AC in the arcade and hope that it filters to the indoor mini-golf area. Cosmic golf was even hotter. It was hard to breath in there and I work in the heat. The place was empty for a Friday afternoon. Golf area could use some attention too. Wish I had played the cosmic, maybe they can fix the air soon.

Extremely hot inside, everything was overpriced. I paid $6 for a burnt funnel cake only fun thing was the mini golf which costed $51, and not to mention you have to pay a dollar if you lose your game card or even if youve never gotten one previously. Huge waste of money, only come here if you plan on spending about $150 minimum. Place should have been shut down long ago.

This place is a dump. The arcade games are dirty and old, the cosmic golf room was stuffy and hot. The security guard was a creeper and it looked like he was enjoyed turning off the arcade right at 8:00 without notice. The only thing that was up to par was the service in the dining area. I would not go back again especially if that creeper security guy is there.

I have been going here since I was little and the pizza place was Bullwinkles. Recently I took my daughter and we tried the cosmic golf. It was a fun time but they really need to work on the air conditioning. We also tried the storybook area and it feels like they took part of that out to make room for games and that kinda sucks.
