Jumpers beware! I was looking forward to this park. The park itself has a lot of great equipment but sadly my experience was ruined within the first 2 minutes of being there. The first worker I met inside the park was a unwelcoming and very rude. Quite frankly, he may have been on drugs. I felt unsafe and disrespected. Not to mention the employee was talking to a friend and not watching our safety the entire time. His sarcastic remarks were not appreciated. I paid for 3 hours of jumping but only stayed for 30 minutes because I felt uncomfortable with this employee. The employee was a white male with spiked up brown hair.

Horrible, horrible, horrible service. 1st they made a mistake with our party arrangement. They want to charge us again. Even after we showed them the receipt stating we already payed. We then order extra food. Which only gets ordered but not cooked. Then they hurry us up. Or they will charge us. But our order hasnt even arrived because they again made a mistake. For a first impression their service is awful. Their trampolines are great,but their organization lacks professionalism.

Simply amazing. A true Playground for adults and kids alike. There is a store you can order food and refreshments from, and many areas with different kinds of trampolines. An hour is never long enough here. You can celebrate birthdays or just come and enjoy jumping until your heart is content. What a better way to get a work out and have fun at the same time for about 7 dollars per hour.

This place was awesome. Took my 4 year old and my buddies 7 year old there for Sunday morning 9-11 for the under 8 hours. All the little kids were able to run around without worrying about bumping into big kids. The staff was great and engaging with the children. Kids are going to bump, and tears are going to spill, but they get right back up and play again.

It was dope. I went over there sometime in May 2015 and I had a blast. But I wish they were a little less strict about their customers doing backflips on the main court. I signed a liability waiver and plus, thats the main purpose of Indoor Trampoline Parks. The only good thing was the mechanical bull ride. But other than that, it was awesome.

Traumatic compound break at Big Air on Friday. Teenage staffers on their cell phones the entire time had no idea how to respond to an injured kid or contact emergency services. Another attending actually called nine-one-one and applied first aid while staff did NOTHING. (EXCEPT approach the kid to make sure he signed a waiver)

Great trampoline park with good deals during the week. Fun for the entire family with plenty of activities to keep everyone busy. Staff is good and place is kept very clean for having so many people at throughout the day. Place can get pretty busy so earlier you can go the better. Food is available in their lounge area.

Be very careful at this place..my grandsons cell phone was taken, they had no available lockers and did not care about the theft. Two weeks later my grandson and his girlfriend had both their shoes stolen. Management refused to view the video footage and didnt seem to care about the theft. Horrible place!

Big Air is a great Place to go. All the Staff are really Cool. Your kids,Family,cousins Etc. will have a Blast!! The food is Really good their, the Staff/Workers are really Helpful and Caring. Shoutout to working Daisy, Christoper(Chris) Keith, Janet, Kaylie, Aaliyah, And Gabe. Your Guys are All amazing

This Place is awesome! Had a blast here with my Girlfriend! Friendly, fun and awesome atmosphere and the staff was great! Bring the whole family in! Perfect for birthday parties and events, theres something for everyone to enjoy! Shout out To Matt who runs that place Great guy!

Great fun! Group of 7 middle schoolers who all had a blast. Did get pretty warm inside. We brought 20 waters in (cloth bag) and they drank them all. They let you bring in waters but thats all. Afterwards we had snacks and Drinks in the car so we didnt have to buy any food.

Had my 2 year olds birthday here. It was fantastic! We had a lot of different age groups attending and everyone was entertained. The only drawback is we had only 40 min to eat lunch and cut cake. Seemed very rushed.

Great place to let the kids expend some energy!. I bring my kids here and let them run around knowing that they are safe. The staff is constantly watching to make sure everyone is safe and not getting hurt.

The place rocks! The employees are friendly helpful and act like they want to be there. Its so refreshing! All the equipment was clean and in good shape. I came with 6 kids and they all had a blast.
