My experience in trying to book a karaoke room went like this: I call one day, and what is obviously a teenager answers. The first thing you will notice is their phones are very static filled. I say Id like to book karaoke for at least 21 people, their largest, and the worker says "Uh, okay hold please." I am put on hold for a minute before they hang up. I call back immediately and get another person who takes down my booking info, name, and phone number, and tells me that whoever is in charge of booking karaoke will call me back, as they werent there right now. A few days pass and no one calls me back. I call them again, and they have no record of my information and my previous calls, and moreover are booked up on the night I wanted. I point out how I called before and they put me on hold. They then tell me to call back at around 6pm and ask for a specific person, as "they should be in around then." I want to give them my info so they can call me back, but no, I should call them back. I guess they lose peoples information often and so stopped trying to keep track of it.

Do you want to play Japanese games? Well, you probably have no choice but to go to Round1. Round1 has tons of Japanese arcade games that are extremely hard to find anywhere else in the US, and that makes it a superbly unique experience for anyone who wants to try these games. They have 2 Sound Voltex cabs, FOUR linked Groovecoaster cabs (!!!), DDRA, Beatmania, and tons of rhythm game gems that you just cant experience in many other locations in the US. Sure, its expensive, and the games can be in Japanese leading to extremely confusing experiences, but, to me, it was supremely worth it. This particular arcade had competent staff that answered all of my questions for me, and the arcade games are arranged fairly well to avoid rhythm games from clashing with one another. Its not perfect, but its done decently well in this location. Id definitely recommend you stop by Round1 if youre looking for an unforgettable experience.

A good place with J-style arcade games, but today, one thing happened and made me feel really uncomfortable. I come here to play Groove Coaster because of the new event had just begun . But all the machines are offline. Theres a tip on the top of the screen "Its ready for update." Ive asked the staffs for several times to restart the machine and let us begin with the online event（it will update automatically after restarting). Ive explained how easy it is to update in 5 minutes (because Ive met this situation before, and on GCs official website, it says its a really small patch) But no one came to do this. I feel really angry because there almost have nothing to play with the offline mode. Ive driven for 40mins and have a really GOOD afterwork break :)

The worst experience of my life poor management from Cynthia Montoya and her employees very rude and laughed at the fact I wanted answers bout the situation Im loyal customer come every Friday buy unlimited lanes an have neva been so treated poorly in life people dnt bring ur family up here n waste ur gud earn cash because its not worth it .... EVERY ONE GO TO LAKEWOOD SANTA ANA IS THE WORST ONE YOU CAN BRING YOUR FAMILY FOR FUN

Just watched the Crane Couple video on YouTube and so disappointed that the staff workers treated them like complete criminals when they are such amazing people and just wanted to meet and play with their fans...god the staff even near me in treat my friends and I like we are children when we are twenty. Really disappointed and the manager gets new employees with better attitudes and better customer service :(

Great karaoke, great service, friendly employees, awesome location, lots of fun with bowling & pool. Only downside is that its not the most family friendly place, unless you dont mind alcohol being around you as they do serve a lot of booze for low prices. Not the best place to go if you would like to stay sober either, unless you dont mind the temptation around you

This place is awesome but theres only one thing I dont like THEY DONT HAVE MARVEL VS CAPCOM 2 they have the old game king of fighters but they dont have marvel vs capcom 2 cmon if this place had it I would give it 5 stars please get this game Im sure a lot of people would come for that please and thank u lol

This place is totally rigged. The employees are really rude,and the claw machines dont even go down. I got jackpot twice (which I got 0 tickets instead of 2000) and the employees did even want to help me. So much for spending $50 here. I highly recommend not taking your kids here.

Great place to kill time with the family a lot of options games and even pool and bowling but can be a little expensive though although they do have a unlimited play for an hour for some of the lower games but for the most part its a great place will go there again

A rare Japanese arcade experience to be had here in America. Exclusive arcade cabinets you will not find anywhere else coupled with bowling and a beer. The food is generic american-fair and no spirits are served. Also provides private karaoke rooms!

I called about 10 times asking if theres a lane open. No answer. We go there just to see, and it is completely filled. The games are highly overpriced and you will have a .1% chance of actually winning something. Do not waste your money.

Fun and entertaining recreational center. Available here is bowling, karaoke, billiards as well as a large arcade. I would rate this place much higher if their arcade had better maintenance as many of the machines are broken.

Very good place to kick it. About time I found an arcade that has Street Fighter and Neo Geo games the beer is Affordable and the competition is fierce. I came here not knowing what to expect but it far exceeded my expectations.

Very crowded, but fun place. Very very disappointed w/ their fighting machines. Tekken 7 and Super SFIV had three buttons each that didnt work. Wasnt worth the wait to fix if they just ignore them in the first place.

Super fun place that I wish I knew about earlier. It offers a bar, bowling alley, karaoke, and even an arcade! I would suggest signing up for their membership because it pays for itself in the long run.

Bowling lanes are in pretty good shape, lots of different weight/size options for balls available. Came here on a weekday in the afternoon, prices were 10$ for 90 mins or just go with the 11$ unlimited.

Matthew and Jakke were great at helping us out with a complicated order, for a party of 13 people, for bowling. In the end we had a great time and they set us up perfectly! Great customer service!

Pretty great, it has really nice karaoke rooms and the games are pretty up to date for not that bad of a price. The staff are great too. My only concern was the food as my burger was barely cooked.
