6-28-17 visit. One of two reasons I will not return unfortunately, is a result of the screaming welcoming employee, the young lady at the entrance today with the distinctive big curly hair. I couldnt get her name because I was in a hurry to catch my movie. I felt ambushed the moment i walked in. I would have liked to look at the options first. I later saw her making out with a gentleman in the hall. It was a wrong exit for a quick second on my part which i regret but this time she didnt have on a work uniform maybe she was off I assume but it was still uncomfortable for that split second. She wore an adorable jumper but I noticed the hair right away so I was certain its the same young lady. that really made me regret the trip dealing with traffic all the way from Manhattan Beach but besides that. The place is beautiful, I just wont be returning. Im sure its company policy for inappropriate behavior.

This is a nice theatre, dont get me wrong. It is just extremely overpriced. Typically youll pay $5+ more than you would at another theatre. Not to mention a bag of sour patch kids cost me $7. Id be all for the price bump if the place were that much more high end, but honestly it isnt even as nice as the AMC on the promenade (speaking of the actual theatres themselves). The seats didnt even recline. That said, the lobby and hallways are definitely classy, if that sort of thing matters to you. Lets just say I wouldnt go back to this theatre if I was the one paying when there are plenty of other options within 10-15 min.

ArcLight knows how its done! Great location and clean theaters, this is a good place to catch a flick. The seats are comfortable, and the film presentation is excellent. I also cannot express enough appreciation for the fact that they play no ads and only a few trailers (unlike a certain other red-dotted, Coca-Cola peddling theater chain). My only slight complaint is that, at least in some of the theaters, the screen is very high. I recommend sitting AT LEAST halfway back, or youll be straining your neck the whole time.

Bought ticket went to buy food... they served me melted ice cream so exchanged it for stale Carmel popcorn returned it. Then I got regular popcorn and soda. Whole took almost 15 minutes. Then I went to go in the lady, that takes tickets and points you to your theater said we are no longer seating. They wouldnt let me in the theater because it started 3 minutes ago. They need to change their policies!!

Tickets are overpriced. Seats arent as comfortable as the AMC theatre seats, and AMC is cheaper. The concession stand is outside the area in which you give them your ticket, so that is frustrating that it is not that close to the actual theatres

One of my favorite theatres. Clean bathrooms, great bar, not too big of auditoriums, which I really like.....but not too small either. Very comfy seats. Never too busy. Great service. Great all around.

Tried to purchase tickets online, didnt work. Called twice, both times the different people told me, "not compatible with Apple products," (WTF?) as well as, "we dont accept payment online."

Dont have the comfy chairs, dont offer military discounts, dont have Icees. Got there 10 min before the movie was supposed to start and they didnt even have trailers. Just elevator music.

Enjoyed the movie, popcorn, and Coke, cant ask for much more from a theater. The Arclight interviews at the end of the film had some interesting insights to the making of the film(X-Men)

Tickets are expensive but worth it for the excellent service. The popcorn is fresh, the staff is amazing, and the place looks fancy so it makes for a great movie goer experience.

Really nice theater. The prices are on the slightly on the high side, but the general comfort and atmosphere are more than worth it. The introduction before each movie is nice too.
