I went to this movie theatre before and the prices are 8.50 per person which I think is rather expensive especially if you dont carry around 25 dollars to waste on two people and and a small popcorn, large is 5.50. During the film, the power went out and everyone was forced to leave. I was out and I noticed my wallet was missing so I asked the clerk if I could go back and get it because it had 65 dollars in cash, a 20 dollar gift card, and the wallet itself was 30 dollars. They were rude and told me no. I havent been there since and now that clerk has 60 extra bucks in his pocket.

Had a bad experience because of a couple having sex directly above me and my fiancee, we *had* to leave early before even half the movie was over the sounds were far too distracting and gross. Explained the situation to the staff and got a refund without any questions asked, they even said they were going to confront them. Couldnt be happier with the management, however last night I went there and the teen girl that rung us up was possibly the rudest person we ever came across. She genuinely seemed like she hated us and scoffed at us while we walked away. Weird.

To be fair, this theater has overpriced concessions (who doesnt?), the decor is stuck in the 90s, and their janitorial crew seems lackluster...but you get good stadium seating, respectable picture and sound quality, and about half of the crowd size of the theater in Chico. The only real downsides are that Paradise doesnt really have any decent places to eat (if youre trying to make a night of it), and the theater attracts some weird patrons for their late night showings. Overall, this is a good place to watch a movie to beat the crowds.

I could care less if the nachos are bad- they are bad for you. In a town of only 20,000 we are very lucky to have this clean, friendly, and independently owned theater that provided needed jobs to teens. Ticket prices are fine, and anyone who whines can drive 50 miles roundtrip to the Chico cinema. I visit the Paradise cinema at least 25 times a year.

Rude rude rude and that movie wasnt paying to and like the old saying : if you dont like your job, pleased be a good person and quit cause there is a person out there that really are easy going such as it is so forget that job and i go out there and get a job as a misirble sad person cause only u can change it

Reasonable prices. Never crowded (exception to that is premiere showings of course). If you order a large popcorn, you get a free bag refill. Staff is nice/friendly. Bathrooms are decent and most of the time are clean. Lobby carpeting can use an update but youre not really there to walk around.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Never crowded. I enjoy seeing movies there. Plus they screened the short documentary "Riding My Way Back" about veterans using horses as therapy. That was a great contribution to Veterans Day, thank you!

The Paradise Cinema offers New and popular movies for viewing of all ages at this location. You can pay easily for tickets and refreshments at the same time. The restrooms have always been clean. There are always friendly and helpful employees.

I know this sounds silly but popcorn is a big part of the movie experience and this popcorn is the WORST! Stale, dry , tasteless, YUK! Ill drive to Chico before I ever return here. What a shame, such a reasonably easy thing to fix.

Never crowded, courteous staff, reasonable prices, and the popcorn is fresh. I ordered coffee too, and they brewed it fresh, just for me. You can pay for it all with a credit card or bank card. I love this place.

Good prices and always very friendly. But, its beginning to show its age. Just needs a bit of retrofitting but that can be very costly. I enjoy the convience of this theater and the employees, a lot!

This is a smaller theater than the one in Chico but every time Ive gone there I havent had to wait for tickets or snacks and they usually offer the same movies as the Chico theater.

A very nice local theatre. Protection is digital and sound is nice and loud to help with the movie going experience. The concessions stand is well stocked and run efficiently.

Food prices are high and not very appetizing. I tried their nachos, the chips were stale and cheese tasted nasty. I then tried a large pretzel, it was dry stale, threw it away.
