Had a really bad experience my boyfriend and i went out for a date night. We had bought our tickets online to make entering just a little easier and to ensure we had seats we wanted. We paid for a Uber to bring us there wasted our money . We got up to the ticket girl she scaned our phones and then asked for ID im 18 but since my boyfriend didnt have an ID that said his birthdate we couldnt get in. They would not accept a school ID and Im of age but I have to be 21 to bring some younger then the legal age in to a scary movie. I wouldnt have wasted money on buying the tickets for the fact my boyfriends CA ID is coming in the mail if I had known we needed the IDs. The movie theater should of stated the fact that youll need IDs to enter the movie this is the first time I have ever been asked for my ID it would have been appreciated if I knew ahead of time. After that we were standing out side waiting for another Uber to take us home another waste of money and the theater had the security harassing us. My boyfriend had said something to me and the security had come up getting in his face asking what he had said, he obviously wasnt talking to the security. It was the worst experience Ive ever had at a movie theater the ticket lady was very rude along with the girls in the ticket booth selling tickets and the manager who refunded our money. For the theater to think we were gonna try to sneak in was uncalled for I told the manager that this was my worst experience ever and Ill never spend my money at that movie theater again and that Ive spent lots of money there, she was rude and had nothing to say. I will not be returning.

This place is okay. Theres nothing too special about it. Like someone said they were waiting in line outside in 40 degree weather. My sister works at the theater and I can get free tickets so my sister and I went to go see a movie. We get there and theyre telling us they dont have the tickets ready. We wait 15 minutes until we finally are able to get our tickets. We went to go see X Men: Days of Future Past and my sister brings her purse. She was in a hurry to get out and when we get home we notice she forgot to grab her purse. Its about 1am and the manager doesnt answer. We come back the next day and the purse is missing. No one reported it. So my sister goes and checks the security camera. Couldnt find anything. The people that watch movies here are sly people. In the exact same movie that we saw a girl ended up losing her cellphone. That was never found either. Beware of what you bring to this theater because more than likely you wont get it back. The theater is also really cold. Even in the summer time the movie theater feels like hospital, cold. So if you go to the movies late at night in the summer you might want to bring a jacket. If its in the morning you might want to bring one too. Around afternoon time you should be fine as around 3pm is when the heat is the hottest. If you do bring anything valuable with you like a new cellphone or your purse make sure your friend or family keeps an eye on it because like I said this theater is known to have things stolen constantly.

RACIAL DISCRIMINATION! Doesnt even deserve any stars! This place is terrible and the security can kick you out for looking at them too long.. I was an extremely loyal customer at one point and will never return due to the security taking their job a little too seriously. Heres my story, My boyfriend was wrongfully accused outside of a theater by a security guard who supposedly saw him smoke on premise. When my boyfriend asked the security guard to search him for whatever he was accusing him of, the security guard refused and got mad saying that my boyfriend was having attitude. (Come to find out the security cannot search anyone, but can still kick you out for something that he thought). Who doesnt have attitude for being wrongfully accused of something?! My boyfriend then empty his pockets to show the rent-a-cop that he had nothing in his pockets, and that still wasnt good enough. Not to mention, we were bringing our daughter out for a movie shes been waiting to see for weeks and was bawling her eyes out because the security guard wouldnt let us in. (Why would my boyfriend be smoking with our daughter with us?!) When I asked to speak with management, that only escalated the situation since management continued to argue with us and tell us how right her security guard was. Seems to me that management only wants to make their employees happy and do not care at all about their customers. I will never return to a regal cinemas due to poor management and racial discrimination!

Nice seats - ticketing system needs to be revamped. Went on a family movie night to see Boss Baby and Ghost in the Shell. Recieved tickets to both. I went to see Boss Baby with my sons and niece. After the movie started a lady approaches me and says we are in her seats, Im confused because I still have my tickets that clearly show my seat numbers. She goes to speak with the manager who then comes and looks at my tickets. He verifies that we were supposed to be in the confirmed seats but comes back later to say that the seats were refunded and that we were not supposed to be in the seats. Now Im mildly annoyed because we never asked for a refund nor were we ever given any new tickets to replace the so called refunded tickets. Tried to call the location to ask them how this happened as I questioned my dad to see if they had any issues or if they had asked for a refund. The answer was "no" and that the tickets given were what were provided by the box office. So having being interrupted twice and being made to feel like an idiot I am not happy. Im sure the family who also purchased seats were not happy as well. Please do something so that this does not happen again. Its super annoying to be put on the spot for something you didnt do, especially if it was not your mistake.

I always loved coming to this theater, but now I never want to come back again. The first thing what bothered me was the fact that they didnt let anyone know that you had to reserve the seats now. So myself and about 20 other people had to drive back home, which is a 40 minute drive. The second thing that I found inconvenient was the fact that you cannot use free movie passes to reserve your seat. Like I said before I live 40 minutes away from the theater, so I had to purchase my ticket online to reserve my seats which I was then charged a $3 convenience fee per ticket. Its not really convenient to purchase the tickets before when its really your only option. I do love the new seats, but they need to figure out a better way to have people reserve the seats.

Never had a good experience!! I’m not a fan of this place and I won’t do business with them. There movie time on the internet is always incorrect and I usually miss the shows! The staff is not very friendly and when you go see a new release they ID you and ask to see you ticket when you walk into the front doors, then again when you go into the screen room, and for the third time right before they start the movie! Plus they sometime have that Ontel Company with Guns inside and that’s just uncomfortable because they look shadier then and actual convict. So if you go on an opening weekend be sure to have your ticket and ID available since youll be pulling it out all the time.
