We went here to see Brad Paisley and Randy Houser on a Friday night. We bought VIP tickets and a VIP parking permit. For the money they charge here, you would think they would invest in a few signs. When driving in, there are no signs directing you where to go or which parking area to go to. We drove up to a few different parking attendants after randomly ending up in different parking areas. To enter our parking area, we had to drive through another parking lot full of people and tailgaters, take some ramp alongside the GSP, and got dumped onto a road that split off and we had no idea which way to go. One road had concert traffic backed up heading the wrong way against oncoming traffic. Very odd setup - with no signs. After we parked and went inside, there were no signs advising which way to go. We finally walked through the lawn section and ended up making it to our section. The VIP passes also entitled us to a separate bathroom and lounge area, but we couldnt find it anywhere... again, no signs. By the time we found a staff member to point us in the right direction and eventually found it, it wouldve taken longer than using the General Admission bathrooms. Half of the reason I got VIP tickets were for the separate bathroom area with minimal lines. It kind of defeated the purpose. The concession stand prices were absolutely ridiculous. We paid $53 for a hamburger & fries, two nachos, popcorn, 2 small sodas. The seating arrangement is decent, but even in the VIP section, it was difficult to see the stage. Being typical NJ, people walk just like they drive. Lots of people will stand up in front of you, blocking your view of the stage. There is a walkway in front of the VIP seating area, with a steady flow of traffic during the whole concert, which continuously obstructed the view. On the way out, a lot of people were pushing or stumbling into us. No wonder they cant drive...they havent even learned how to walk yet. All of the seats in the pavilion were hard plastic - including the VIP section. It didnt bother us much, but people who are older or have back problems could definitely have difficulties with this. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Some seemed like they didnt want to be bothered and were more interested in socializing with their co-workers, but that was only a few of them. The parking people were friendly, the seating people were very nice, and the waitress was was polite. VIP tickets here are a complete waste. Apply that same money toward closer seats so you have less people blocking your view of the stage. However, the VIP parking pass (which can be purchased separately) is well worth the money... itll help you avoid walking a mile to the various parking areas which are spread out all over the place.

This was a terrible venue. I went to go see the Oddball Comedy Festival. After Dave Chappelle got heckled off stage at the Hartford show, security regarding cell phones has been tight. There were signs all over about not texting, tweeting, etc. And I totally understand that. I got in, sat down in my seat, and security came over and asked to see my ticket. I handed it over, assuming they thought I might be in the wrong seat. I was asked to go with security and I willingly went, assuming there was some mix-up about my seating. Turns out that they were ejecting me. Why? Because while putting the Flight of the Conchords shirt that I had just purchased in my handbag, they had seen that there was a cell phone in my bag (which I wasnt touching). As far as they were concerned, this was violating their policy about not texting, tweeting, etc. If what they really meant was "Seriously, dont bring a phone into the venue", then the signs should SAY that and not just give warnings about using it for certain purposes. Not to mention the fact that the show wasnt even ON YET! I was told that I couldnt be given a refund for my $115 ticket because I was in rules violation...and I was not the only other person who was nabbed for not breaking the rules. I ran into at least 5 other people within 5 minutes who had similar events happen to them. Security was rude, pushy, and obnoxious - because lets face it, they were so busy attacking people with cell phones that they werent even bothering to eject the people who were rowdy, drunk, or high. Nice job screwing up, PNC.

Went to see Florida Georgia Line. They were awesome, the parking situation was definitely not. We got there early so we were lucky in that we were close to the venue. We did not buy VIP parking tickets as Ive never had an issue with the parking, until now. It rained all day and was still raining when we arrived at the venue. We were forced to park on the grass, which was now a mud pit with standing water everywhere. thank god I have a Honda CRV AWD or I would have never gotten out. When we left our car to head over to the show our parking area was as it should have been, everyone in a row with an exit lane. That was not the case when we returned. There were 4WD vehicles parked in every nook and cranny of the parking area making it almost impossible for me to get out of my spot. Thank go for the 4WD or I think I may have still been there. I had to navigate through cars and trucks all parked with no concern as to the people they have now boxed in. I had to navigate up the hill, hoping not to hit the pole that was in the middle of the pathway and bottom out on the sidewalk and pray that there was no cars coming in the roadway once I finally made it out because there was a van parked on the sidewalk and you couldnt see around it. WHERE WERE THE PARKING ATTENDANTS!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER PARK ON THE GRASS AGAIN. I WILL ARGUE WITH THE PARKING ATTENDANTS UNTIL THEY LET ME PASS TO AN AREA I FEEL COMFORTABLE PARKING IN.

I had the worst time last night at the Chicago/Earth Wind & Fire concert. 1st of all it took 45 minutes just to get in the parking lot. Then we had to park a mile away from the venue and stand for about 20 minutes waiting for a bus (which is one school bus going back and forth, ONE school bus). Now theres about 100 people or more waiting for this bus. So the bus filled up and when the bus driver was pulling off she says that this is the last bus. Now we wasted our time waiting for this bus and we have to walk anyway. Its now 7:30 and thats when the show started. So it took us half an hour to walk and we missed the whole beginning of the show. By the time I got to my seat I was so mad I couldnt even enjoy myself. Seating is so close that the guy next to me was resting his elbow on my stomach while he ate his pizza. A lady in front of me kept flipping her hair and hitting my knee caps. The stench of cigarettes and weed was killing me. Not to mention all the people that kept getting up and making us stand up so they could get by. I will never go to this place again. It was so miserable that we left before the show was over and walked another mile back to the car because it was to early to take the bus. Ive been to this place many times. I never experienced anything like this. Very poor planning in my opinion.
