We went as a group of 7 for a work meeting & to bowl 2 games. As we waited for everyone to arrive, we noticed that the gentleman in charge of the shoes & taking money was being very nice to a group of younger girls who got there before our group did. Joked around with them & everything. However, when our group was up next, he didnt even acknowledge us. Maybe we werent as appealing, Im not sure. Then when we wanted to get pizza, a young lady said they dont serve pizza on Tuesdays which is when we went. We confirmed with the owner Randy a couple days before that we would be there & that there would be food available for us. Pizza runs cheaper for bigger groups. Perhaps he forgot, but the young lady didnt care either. I dont recommend this place. Sad that its the only decent bowling place around, because if it were a heavily populated area, I guarantee this place would go bankrupt. Dont go here to have a good time, its not worth your hard-earned money. Bad customer service. Will not be going here again.

Awful customer service. Wanted to bowl with the family and ended up walking out. Approached the front desk and looked over their pricing sign on the counter which clearly stated that it was 4.10 per person per game on holidays and weekends. The employee behind the counter "Brooklyn" asked how many people were going to bowl and I told her five. She then told us it was $9 per person for one game or $13 per person for two games. At that point I turned their sign around for her to see showing her the $4.10 price. She got an attitude and said that she didnt know why it said that but it wasnt right. So I pointed to the other identical signs on the counter. She again was rude and said it was wrong. By this time I had enough of the disrespectful manner in which she was talking to me in front of my family and everyone around so we walked out. I even sent an email to the manager email listed on their website and have heard nothing! I will never go back.

I had the exact same experience as a previous reviewer... they wouldnt budge and let my elderly mom have a light weight ball. After asking for an exception to the "8 and under only" rule, I received the very professional reply "well, we have 95 year olds on bowling leagues." Fun place but mom had to use a ramp to be able to bowl.

HORRIBLE! Will never be back. Customer service was awful! The guys at the food/bar station were TERRIBLE! Ill take my business elsewhere rather than putting up with a bunch of smart a$$ punks. Too many stupid rules! I cant have a light weight ball even though i have a weak wrist?? NO THANK YOU!

The place is easy to find and get to, some of the people that work there are not real friendly. Its clean, but if you use the bathroom make sure you wear something on your shoes.

Lots of lanes (72) but my hands were totally black when we finished bowling 2 games. Snack bar is so slow on good. They should have it down since menu has not changed in years

This bowling alley is extremely nice. All 72 lanes are level and great to bowl on. This is the largest bowling alley in the state in Arkansas. You will not be disappointed.

Much better than Midland Bowl but still on the pricey side, arcade machines blare at you, best pizza ever though! I recommend but make use of any discounts.
