Here is the email that I sent last night: "I was interested in finding out more information about hosting a party for my husband on Friday, January 27th in the evening. I am not sure how many people we will have quite yet, but Im guessing around 20. Would you be able to accommodate us? Please let me know any packages that you have or ways that we can make it more fun. Thanks!" Here is the response I got back: "We will not have open lanes on Fri. the 27th between 6:30pm and 9:30pm." I did the math on it and figured that we would easily be spending between $700 and $800 that night with the lane rental, shoe rental, food, beer/liquor. To get a one sentence response without a "sorry", "heres another date we have open" or even the persons name is just appalling to me. I would NOT recommend doing an event with a business that does not treat their customers like they are important.

Not enough staff on hand. Had to wait in line, multiple times, for half an hour each time, for things like ordering food, or getting more(but not enough) water. Though understaffed some employees still had time to stand around playing with their phones. One of the video games was malfunctioning and when I told the girl behind the counter she just looked at me like I was trying to share the details of my latest bowel movement with her. Also our lane machine busted halfway through the set and they tried to fix it to no avail, and no comp was offered. So pretty much everything you go to a bowing ally for was bad in some way.

The woman that works there is very rude and doesnt know anything about customer service. I just went in to bowl and proceeded towards the front counter to pay, and was not greeted by the woman at the counter. Instead I stood there waiting to be acknowledged and I look to see her just staring at me with an annoyed look on her face. She then told me there are no lanes open and went back to what she was doing...sorry for being an inconvenience to your life lady. Its unfortunate that myself and family will be taking our business elsewhere from now on because all the other front desk employees are very nice to work with.

Lady working the bar was not very attentive. Who waits 45 minutes for chicken fingers? While I was still waiting on my chicken fingers, my sister sent hers back after biting into one and they were cold, as were the fries. They refried her food, even the one she bit into. That is so disgusting and also a health hazard. I asked for my money back because by that time I wasnt hungry anymore. I cant even use the restroom because it smelled so bad. We will not be returning to this location until they are under new management.

My 2 Sons, My wife and I we went on Saturday at 6pm. Cost was $54.38 for 2 games each with shoe rentals!!! I know they can afford to replace the water soaked ceiling tile charging these rates but they havent. The mens bathroom in rank at best. Next time your there...look at the paper towel despenser in the mens restroom...It is totally gross. I dont know if they ever clean the place..... Maybe on other days it is less expensive but for us, it was gross and overpriced

Alley wasnt packed, and was clean. However you can still smell smoke from when it was allowed. The dj was subpar, music line up was narrow and was made up of 90s alt rocks worst hits. Worst of all the volume was so loud that the table and chairs were vibrating. Pretty sure the lane was too. It didnt make for the best social experience and we all left with headaches.

I was super surprised at how much fun this was for my kids. Took all three of my little kids here (5 and under) and they had a blast. The lady even put us down at the far end so we could have some space for them to run around and not be in the way.

It may not be the fanciest bowling alley in the world, but they have great deals, decent food, and pitcher beers. The staff is no non sense, get stuff done kind of people, so dont go in expecting concierge service and youll have a great time

I had the most amazing time ever. Food was amazing (especially the mini corn dogs, pretzels, and root beer.) And the staff is exceptional!! They greeted me right away with a warm smile and were like hey how are you!

Never have lanes open, they confused our reservation and did nothing to make it right. They wouldnt even let us play darts because there was a "private party" of about 7 people in a huge room.

The staff is very welcoming!! They make you feel wanted. Ive been to other alleys that treated us like we were in their way. Love the bartender as well. Very sweet and pours a true cocktail!!

Lanes need work. Seen three people fall, including me, because shoes get caught and if you like to spin the ball, sorry, your ball wont move but an inch or two because of slick the lanes are

Staff is VERY RUDE and unapologetic for the lanes which broke every 10 minutes. Bathrooms are disgusting and the place is extremely dirty. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Go bowling!! Its fun! And super inexpensive. Couple pitchers of beers and a pizza and youve got yourself a decent Saturday night! I would totally hang out at the bar too!

Great deal on cosmic bowling. I think it was Tuesday night. 10 bucks with does for 10p-1a. And tater tots for sale by the pound.

This place is your fathers bowling alley. They have cheesy appetizers and well drinks. Darts/air hockey/pool are all available.
