We usually have a good time at oil bowl, were members of the kids bowl free which lasts the whole summer. And yes they bowl two games free but we paid for a pass to bowl with them and I also bought shoe passes for each of us so we spent a good deal of money so that we would have somewhere to go this summer but this time (Thursday) was the worst experience. There was two employees one had her 2 year old running around so she was more worried with keeping up with her than the customers and the other was in the food counter. We not only had problems with our lane but asked twice for the ceiling fans to be turned on and they still didnt turn on the right ones

Went for a tournament 2 day event over those r two days the employees seen very nice synthetic lanes, only bad part is after we had bowled the tournament I placed pretty high and the main guy said you sir are winning some money and he wasnt talking about the brackets.but its been almost 2 months and still nothing very poor on the money out but they sure try to take it fast .

Lanes have recently been updated, although lane 22 does not seem to be level at the end, who knows maybe its just us lol. The burgers they serve at the snack bar are great. Snack bar prices are very decent. While the lanes have recently been updated, the rest of the place looks like its stuck in a time warp, but its not bad. They keep it pretty clean.

Nice bowling lanes and screens with funny animations. Im not personally a fan of profanity and some rather vulgar language in music but they did try to keep it up beat with some oldies and new joints. Arcade needs improvement all around but other than that its not a bad place to bowl

Had my kids party there and the employees rolled their eyes at us and kept talking about me with their backs turned to me....I can still hear yalls sorry selfs....oh and they ripped us off some of our games and demanded I pay more to play.....will never return.....

Way too cold in there 39 degrees out side and inside feels like 25 degrees due to no heat on and the ceiling fans blowing at full force and noticed other people looking like they were trying to keep warm than to enjoy a game of bowling .

Would have liked it if the songs they played were edited. Guys working the shoe desk were super chill and really nice. Had to help us a bit because our lane kept messing up. They were quick to help

Havent been bowling in years had fun place just need to be updated and this one guy was giving my fiancé a hard time just for one beer but other than that we had a good time

The place has not been updated in quite a while. The lanes are not in very good condition, there are more problems with the pin loader and ball return than expected.

Will not return unless they go back to pricing by game. Paying by the hour isnt worth the money. An hour isnt enough time. 2 hours is just too much money.

I think pricing should be by the game not by the hour. We had 6 adults and never got to finish each round because the hour was up.

Customer service is friendly. Pizza is amazing. Shoes rental about double the price in Dallas or Texarkana.

Too crowded and it does not all you to finish you game, it cuts you off by the hour. Needs lots of work.
