Pathetic greed ruined the experience. During the reception the bride/groom family decided not to drop thousands of dollars on alcohol for an open bar. Which is fine; any hall knows that people would bring wine or liquor in the private rooms for some drinks, right? Any mess or spills are usually handled after the fact with the bill. This is standard stuff that any hall understands. But NOT SO apparently at Chateau Luxe. They had staff literally opening cabinets and unattended purses, sniffing empty glasses and bottles in the private rooms like dogs trying to find alcohol. The groomsmen stored alcohol for the groom in his private room as a surprise. They ransacked ALL of the alcohol and either threw it away or kept it for themselves. How shameful and unprofessional. This place is new and their upper management need to know what reality is.

We are glad that we picked the gorgeous Chateau Luxe for our daughter’s 1st birthday celebration.Rachelle was always easy to keep in touch with,in answering all our queries and open to our needs. Overall, she did an amazing job to make our event successful.Our guests were incredibly impressed with the beauty of Chateau Luxe.The ballroom setup was amazing.The Chef Kaushik and Debolina did fabulous job.The food was delicious and beautifully presented.They have wonderful staff and crew. We are grateful to all for making our daughters birthday so perfect. We look forward to celebrate many such beautiful moments at Chateau Luxe.We will highly recommend this venue to anyone for their special event.

Amazing experience for the price. We had a baby shower and my sisters wedding here and they made everything run smoothly and perfectly. The food was excellent the ambience was amazing and the level of service was bar non highly recommend.

Once you get over the fact that its way out there the place is wide open really nice and easy to use
