ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SITE!!!! SO MAD AND SAD about how they screwed me over and refuse to do anything for me. I was on there the minute tickets went on sale for a concert I have been looking forward to for months and the website wouldnt let me buy tickets, instead when I clicked buy tickets it would take me to there advertisement for a citi credit card. I tried numerous times with the same thing happening, eventually I called customer service and I had a nice guy who kindly redirected me to the supervisor, all I wanted was the tickets for the pit section I was trying to get into but their site failed me. After 5 different reconnections of "supervisors" telling me they cant do anything the tickets are sold out one finally told me they would contact the concert promoter and ask for them to release any extra tickets for me and it would take 3-5 business days to here a response. within 5hours I had a call back from the website saying the concert promoter does not have any tickets left for the pit. I was beyond furious at this point. this website failed to let me buy the tickets I wanted and then "couldnt" do anything to get me those tickets. the best they could do was the farthest section away....Thats not what I want, I want the ones I tried to buy from their site but it decided to give me advertisement instead of tickets. There is no way the concert promoter has absolutely no tickets left. This is the websites fault and the website should be accommodating to their paying customers that they let down. I will never use this site again and I am absolutely mortified at their horrible customer service. They can easily get these tickets for me and they refuse to do anything about it except let down their customer and apologize. Apologies dont get me in the pit of the concert I have been waiting on for months.

Terrible. Presales never work right. Especially for the bigger events. Just tried to get Chris Rock tickets. Was in at the right time and I couldnt get 2 together. REALLY? Come on! Its 2016 almost 2017. Aint nobody got time for this.

By far the WORST experience ive ever had with any kind of company. the website is a joke and will screw you out of your tickets 95% of the time, and their phone line is even worse somehow. it blows my mind that Live Nation still exist.

This company is terrible, their app is even worst. If I want to download the tickets it doesnt let me. If the app freezes, which it always does, the tickets are locked in the app.
